After being unsatisfied with Progressive for years (seriously, you’re gonna give me the runaround about my parked car getting hit during the ice storm?!?!?) I have had State Farm for a couple of years, but I recently made the switch to Josh Hanna’s branch, because it is closer to home. My first interaction with this office was with a representative named Cindy. She not only helped switching branches a smooth process for me, but she has helped me since then with renewing policies for better rates, quoting other policies, etc. She is so knowledgeable with the policies State Farm has to offer and always so patient with my continuous questions.

Just purchased some insurance at the State Farm in Crowley. I normally dont like this particular location because the employees here at less than friendly to say the least. I know Josh Hanna doesnt work at this branch but the workers he has working for him NEED some customer service training Badly!!! Except for Jacki Kelly, she is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Jacki only helps me with my home/auto insurance..she needs her own agency.

Each time that I had to buy a policy or get notary services she was very proficient in explaining everything and extremely professional in her customer service.
