I had them come out last winter to reattach the ductwork back. But they only taped it not attach it with screws so I came off again. If I hadnt checked I would be looking at paying $400 dollars electric bill again this winter.

Called this morning -- was without heat. They told me they were a little short handed but would be out sometime today. Came early afternoon and got me back up and running. We recently had Action install a new Trane HVAC system in our home and we couldnt be more impressed. Dylan came out to give us an estimate and was very patient with our questions and answered honestly while giving us a quote that could not be beat. Action Heating & Cooling installed a 6000 BTU mini split in my off-grid tiny home in Cookeville. Im sure thats not a usual project, working with solar power and inverters, but they were very professional and helpful throughout the process even if there were some hiccups along the way. I would recommend Action to anyone looking for a professional installation of their HVAC system.

My heat quit working the first cold night we had this fall. I called Action heating and cooling and was able to get a service person out the same day. Due to the age I decided to replace the system. The man I spoke with about installing a new system was very professional and knowledgeable. Action was able to get my system installed quickly and for a reasonable price.

After another company left me in the cold for 2 weeks, and broke their promises, I called Action. The supervisor came right out and looked at my unit and gave me an estimate. I had my new Trane HVAC unit installed that same week. The guys arrived a few minutes before 8 am and got right to work. They explained everything to me, and answered all my questions courteously, including how to operate the new thermostat. Professional and well-priced. Ive used Action Heating and Cooling for about the last 10 years. I deal with Jay Wood.Jay is very professional and Honest. Ive used him for things as little as a thermostat issue, all the way to a complete new install in older homes that I have remodeled. There were 2 of these that didnt have Heat & Air previously.I just recently called Jay because my sons heat stopped working at about 2 am while it was 19 degrees outside. I called him to see if there was anything he could do. Not only was my son there, His wife and my my 3 grandkids were there and the temp was down to 52 in their house. He & one of his technicians was there in less then an hour. -- They had if fixed in less then 2 hours from my phone call!I cant think of any other company that would take this kind of care of their customers.So, I highly recommend Action Heating & Cooling to anyone who might be in need of any services they offer.Mark Norrod

Our builders subcontracted with Action to install 3 mini HVACs in our new house. The units were placed about 3 foot from the ceiling. This is about 2 foot lower than recommended by the manufacturers for maximum efficiency. The outside condenser was made in China.

Good job installing my gas furnace and helping me reset my thermostat.

We had a new HVAC system installed in our home this past May 2019 to the tune of almost $6800, this included a 2 year service agreement. When the system was installed a tech named Hunter said he would bring by some filters next time he was in the neighborhood. When we had our winter inspection the tech who came out checked the filters said they weren’t too bad but said they should be changed. I told him Hunter was to bring the filters but he never did. The service tech called the office and said they couldn’t find the paper work and that someone would call me back but no one called me back. I called the office the next day and that person told me I could stop by the office and buy the furnace filters and they would install the filters the next time they were in the area. The man I spoke to at the office said there was nothing he could do .I will not recommend Action Heating and Cooling to anyone who is in the market for a new systems as well as any repairs. They make false promises and have no idea of customer service.

Two years ago we purchased a home in Fairfield Glade that had a new ac/heat unit installed two months prior to our purchase (Sept.). In November of the same year, we called the installing ac company as our home wasnt heating. We were told that the unit was too small for our home (1,600 sq ft) and that they would credit us a small amount toward a new, larger unit). The cost was greater than $8,000 and we declined. Now, two years later, we decided to bite the bullet. We called Action for a second opinion. Their tech came out and found that the original unit had never had the heater wired in!! We paid a $50 service fee and now our heater is working very well! Thank you for your honesty!! We will definitely refer friends to Action for their heating/ac needs!
