Our furnace would not kick on during one of the coldest mornings weve had. I went on-line looking for a highly rated profressional to fix the problem. I contacted Parris Heathing and Air and Joe was at our home within a few hours. He was very polite and friendly, remedied the problem within a few minutes, and had our home heating up very nicely. The charge for this service was very reasonable! I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family!

We had our heat unit fan go out last week, as well as our gas logs so we called Parris Heating and Air. To my surprise, they were able to come out the next day. They fixed our unit and got our gas logs working too. Joe was very professional and courteous and very cost effective. Great repairman. After purchasing our AC unit 3 years ago from a advertise all over the place Heating and Air company in Crossville, our unit started not working very well and needed repair. However, the company we purchased from wouldnt return our calls for days. A simple Google search brought us to Joe Parris.
