Cutco was the first “real” Job I ever had. As a kid I shoveled snow, raked leaves, mowed lawns, sold concessions at the pool, was about as entrepreneurial as you could get. When I was 16 I jumped Into the employee role at a local ice cream parlor and loved it, for about a year, and then I was fired. When I started with Cutco at 17 years old, I was jaded from the previous employee experience and excited about being my own boss. Turns out, it was the right fit. Jon Godwin was my my mentor, my friend, and my district manager and he trained me from the first day I started until the day I moved on with my experience. Not only did Jon help me realize my potential in the role, but he helped me be who I wanted to be. I was able to spread my wings, learn practically, grow personally and professionally, and make a good amount of money. It was my first “real job” because it was the first exposure I had to the real world of business and life. If I had stayed an employee with the ice cream parlor I never would have had the life experience and skills I have now and with Jon helping me every step of the way, I was able to succeed beyond my potential and flourish into something special. Thank you Jon, for not only your leadership, but also your friendship, for some of those crucial years in my life.
Worked here for two years and good things come to mind. Welcoming environment, positive vibes, and enthusiastic staff
You have to pay to have a job for some knives you won’t sell. They specially target vulnerable people like high school and college kids. Predatory business and pyramid scheme
Love the people I work with and so many opportunities that are available with working here
It’s an MLM do not buy or work for them, I worked at their Towson location and it’s a pyramid scheme
The office has a good vibe and great pay!
