Great people, great service. I highly recommend Forbes Printing. My boss needed several copies of an important presentation printed in full color and spiral bound. Beth at Forbes took care of it right away for us and it looked great! The price was very reasonable. Well be using them again.

* UPDATE * I have downgraded this business from five stars to one star but even that is generous due to the owner being verbally abusive.A few weeks ago, I used the online form about a rush job for my company. I made a follow-up call to the owner a short while later and got lambasted about why I hadnt used them for three years and how I dare I now expect them to drop jobs for their loyal customers to rush my job, since they had not heard from me for so long. I explained it was a combination of simply not having many print jobs anymore and no longer having that responsibility for my company. He refused to print my job and subsequently told me he no longer needed my business.I have NEVER been treated so rudely by any company, much less by the owner of a business. He was just so nasty and condescending. I should have hung up on him but I have more decorum.I do freelance work and would never speak to anyone in this manner. In fact, I have had clients reach out to me after not hearing from them for years and I am happy to work with them again. If this owner had wondered why we hadnt given him work, why did he not pick up the phone in those three years and reintroduce himself.The 180-degree difference from when I last worked with Forbes to my most recent phone call is astounding. I have no explanation nor do I care to have one. Great Printing & Marketing. Have used Forbes Printing for many years to print my office stationary, etc. They just helped me create a mailer for a Direct Mail campaign that is getting great results. Completely unhelpful and did not help with resolving an error. I had to start my project over at another printer in Annapolis. (As a reply to the owners response, I used them but under a different last name. My review is very legitimate and I have not confused them with anyone else.)
