Great lead generation! I have been using them for about 3 years and my Account Representative, Bree asked me to write a review on my experience. In the beginning, I didnt do as well but I was also a new agent and I did not understand how a lead generation program should be worked. I was waiting a long time to call leads and only calling them once. I expressed my concern about not converting the leads and Account Representative asked if she could give me a suggestion.. (at this point I was willing to do anything to make this work)... She suggested to call the leads as soon as they come in and if they dont answer, call them again. Tweaking how I worked and approached the leads have helped tremendously. 34 months later and I am still with them. No program is perfect but I close an additional deal or two every month and have an awesome pipeline. All I can say is thank you, Bree for helping make this work for me :)

THIS COMPANY HAS LIED TO ME REPEATEDLY. The Leads I got either didnt pick up, or told me they never made any enquiries about buying or selling homes - DEAD LEADS. Asked for a refund which they said they would, only to call me back a week later to say, no refunds given under any circumstances. Assessing my options to take them to court, as well as have a dispute open with my credit card company.

The team at Home Property Solutions has invested time, money, and effort into understanding our business, learning how to prospect to our target audience, and have been nothing but professional in their interactions with us. When we needed changes made to the program, they were responsive. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality leads and an actual ROI

I dont always do reviews but this time i will, so i sign up for this service 3 months ago and wasnt so sure about it but i said lets try it for a few moths there is no contracts, so i started out by speaking with Allen who was great at answering all my questions and setting up my profile and account and i was getting leads with in hours of signing up, i had one issue with login but there customer service fix it fast and was there to help me with anything else i needed ( thanks guys ) . The leads i have gotten have been able to work with some of the buyers and a few sellers and 2 weeks ago i had my second closing witch was great and shows the me the service is working will so i wanted to say thanks and keep sending me leads ... Finally.. A lead generation that follows through on what they say! I have tried so many different companies and there are some good ones but this is by far the best I have used thusfar. You dont compete with other realtors. You get an entire county to yourself and every referral only goes to one agent. Other companies cannot come close to the quality of leads and conversion rate closed. I am glad I found a company that works! Thank you Home Property Solutions!

Great company, been using service for about 5 months now and have gotten a few solid prospects and a few under contract, not all the leads are great but thats expected from online but i hit my goals and have been able to work with buyers and a few sells so im happy, Customer service is great and very helpful and always there for me when needed . After 2 weeks I received 2 leads of which no one responded back to me and they were searching for a price that had 0 available. I had an entire country ty and got nothing. Cancelled.
