We absolutely love the complete renovation to our kitchen thanks to Morgan Building & Remodeling. Its been a month since completion, and each day we comment how much we love our new, fresh and bright kitchen, as well as the new floors in the kitchen and beyond. The results have really injected some life into this central part of our house, exactly what we were hoping for. We were extremely pleased with all facets of Tonys process - his professional no-pressure estimate, his excellent communications, his pleasant personality (a BIG plus when these guys are working in your house, like family, for 3 weeks), and of course most importantly, the quality of his work. Its beautiful! In addition, Tonys helpful suggestions were key to navigating the maze of daily decisions: appliances, the countertop, back splash, flooring, cabinet handles, colors, lighting fixtures, etc. He and his team have a great eye for this business and they are true professionals. It might seem unbelievable but they also completed the work a day earlier than scheduled! When Tony commits to your job, his company is working solely on your project - rest assured they will be there every day until it is done. Highly, highly recommended! We look forward to having Morgan Rebuilding & Remodeling return to our home to renovate our upstairs bathroom.

Our new kitchen is STUNNING! We have an older home and Tony’s ideas, craftsmanship, and attention to detail make the renovated space look as though it were a part of the original layout. Tony’s communication during the process was outstanding. He texted us at the end of each day about progress and next steps so we were never left in the dark. It was apparent from our first meeting with Tony that he is a master at his craft—he is well-organized, always on time, he was onsite each day working himself and guiding the work of subcontractors, and he gave suggestions for things like lighting placement and window options based on his years of experience—a plus for those who aren’t familiar with design or construction best practices. We are extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend MBR to those looking for not only quality work, but a great working relationship during the remodeling process!

Tony Morgan and his team are amazing!! My husband and I decided to do a large renovation of our home - master bath, guest bath, kitchen, basement, and other various projects. After meeting with many different contractors we went with Morgan Building and Remodeling and we could not have been any happier. Tony came out to meet with us right away, he was extremely professional, personable, and took his time explaining every step of the process to us. Throughout the whole project (which took less time than we expected, they were so efficient) the whole team was wonderful. It is very clear they take great pride in their work. After every day they cleaned up after themselves and put everything back in order. I work from home and not once felt inconvenienced by having them in our home, as they were all so courteous and friendly. Tony always made sure to come to us with any questions or issues and made sure we understood everything. If we ever had any questions I could contact and he would respond immediately. Now that everything is complete we are in love with our new home. If we ever wanted any thing else done we will definitely be going back to Tony and his team - and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor!

Tony was wonderful to work with. His work is excellent and he is very helpful with creating the design. I would recommend him very highly. He always left the kitchen clean at the end of the day. I have been using Morgan Building and Remodeling, since June 2009. I would not use another contractor. I never had to have Tony come back and fix anything he has remodeled in my home, I had Morgan Building replace my roof, never had a problem since. No leaks. Tony is also pet friendly. Tony comes when he says he will be there and starts the day he gives you. I am more then pleased. Kathy

Morgan Building & Remodeling, LLC was contracted to do some minor work on my house prior to the sale of my home as a contingency to the sale. I had noticeable water damage around a skylight in my sunroom and other minor areas around that spot. After inspection they claimed that they couldnt find any place where water was leaking. I was adamant that there was indeed a leak at some time which could be clearly seen in the house and it was lightly covered up. After their inspection they claimed that they used some industrial strength caulk/sealant and assured me that this would suffice. I believe the warranty on their work was 12 months. Sure enough about five months after the warranty had expired I had leaking and puddles in my sun room right around the spot I had alerted them too. Now I have a home insurance claim in. I am extremely disappointed with their shoddy workmanship and it clearly did nothing to mitigate the issue. Terrible workmanship and service

The work was professional and of the highest quality. They work one job at a time so you feel and are their top priority. Tony and his team are hard workers who care about doing the job right and making sure that your home is safe, clean and secure. I will be looking to hire them in the future.

Our experience with Morgan Building was positive right from the beginning. Tony was very responsive to our initial inquiry and came out to review our project within just a few days. He was always quick to respond to any calls or emails. All the people who worked on the project were courteous and skilled at what they did. I am a local Realtor and I called Morgan Building and Remodeling for a estimate on a property my buyers are purchasing. I was in a time crunch and in the middle of a negotiation period. Not only was Tony professional and understanding, but he visited the property and provided me the invoice I needed the very same day! To add to it, he was more than happy to discuss the situation with me and my buyers after his visit. I work with a lot of different contractors and its safe to say that this is not always the situation. It is hard to find contractors that are not only great at what they do, but also great with communication, follow through and timeliness! I will definitely be calling Tony again when we need good professionals for renovations in Anne Arundel County!

Highly recommended. Professional from start to finish. Tony worked with us every step of the way. We had our countertops and backsplash replaced. Granite countertops and tile backsplash are beautiful. Tony uses local vendors, in the Severn/Crofton area, who also have great customer service. We had other estimates with other companies, but they were either very pushy, ridiculously overpriced or very unprofessional and didnt seem to know what they were talking about. Tony knew exactly what we were looking for and did not try to upsell us. He also made professional recommendations to improve certain aspects of our kitchen that we didnt want to upgrade. Tony kept in regular contact with us and had the project finished in less than a week. I will be hiring MBR again for a future project without hesitation.
