This company seems like they do great work. They have a lot of selections to choose from, however communication with this company is not the best. Shortly after the Joe came to my house to take measurements of my kitchen, the designer Amanda developed the CAD drawing. Months later when we reached out to her, it was brought to our attention that she was no longer working on our project-Samantha had taken over the project. After meeting with Samantha to discuss change in budget and cabinetry selection, she advised that she would contact us with the updated quote. Welp, radio silence. I left several messages for her and even spoke with Samantha one day all for her to tell me she would send it right over from her person account.. That was never the case! Its unfortunate that a company doesnt maintain communication with prospective customers. Responsiveness is a part of customer service and that is why theyre receiving this rating.

Bowen Remodeling & Design installed a bathroom for me and I couldnt be happier. The quality of work was top notch. They were great in giving me ideas on design which I never thought about. The workers were punctual and very clean. I am very happy with all aspects of the work done and would highly recommend them for any bathroom work that you have done.

We were SO disappointed to see what has come of this company. Used them years ago to finish our bathroom and Joe Bowen himself was extremely talented. Since then they have apparently grown too much too fast. Joe Bowen is no longer the “hands on” guy. His daughter is the “designer”...but not really. She won’t share an actual design. They are overpriced and non-responsive, and strung us along until we were unable to get our project done (with or without them) in the time we had. Look elsewhere.

I recently had 3 bathrooms remodeled by Bowen. I am very happy with the remodeling of each bathroom, the staff was very professional. Now I have bathrooms the whole family can enjoy. Thanks to Samantha and Joe. 5 stars for jobs well one.

I met Joe and his team at the home show in Upper Marlboro MD. At that time I was planning to remodel our main bathroom. After my first appointment with the designer Samantha I knew I had made the right choice. From start to finish everyone was professional and respectful of my home. All I can say is my bathroom is awesome. Bowen did such a great job I have now hired them to finish my basement. You cant go wrong with Bowen Remodeling & Design.

The crew arrived each day on time with positive attitudes. They took extra measures to protect my carpets and cleaned up each day, you would never know a bathroom remodel was taking place! Ive never used their service before, but Id like to leave a review of the driver I met on the highway today. I guess he doesnt understand what a zipper merge is because on the bay bridge he rode my bumper the whole time after I showed him how a zipper merge works at the toll. Learn to drive my dude.
