Cardigan just finished a total master bath remodel for us and I am excited to say it is BEAUTIFUL! We have never experienced a remodel but after this experience I would not hesitate to do another. From design and planning to demolition and rebuild every person was kind, respectful and professional. The contractors were top notch and willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. We made a great decision to work with Cardigan rather than bigger companies.

Cardigan installed new kitchen countertops, sink and a backsplash for us at the beginning of the year. Their attention to detail is phenomenal and Jim is super responsive. The measurements were triple checked. The project schedule was well defined and they stuck to it. The whole team was professional - we highly recommend them.

They were very professional and did a great job. Bobby and his helper couldnt have been more attentive and were exact in all the details. They also did a wonderful job cleaning up every day before they left. They never did anything without asking our opinion.i would definitely have them do work again.

Cardigan did a fine job remodeling two bathrooms for us. They came in on schedule (for the most part) and on budget. We did have a couple of issues with scheduling (e.g., two workers sked to show up between 8 and 9 a.m., but only one showed up at 11.a.m.). I ended up helping him with the demolition (no big deal; I volunteered). A mistake in cutting a piece of backsplash delayed finishing the job for a week. Again, no big problem. The bathroom was usable at that point. Had to ask the technician to caulk around the perimeter of the Kohler Choreograph used in the master bath. He said they dont normally do that, but I pointed out some gaps that I feared might allow water to seep in behind the board. Overall, an acceptable job. I dont, as a rule, recommend contractors, so dont assume anything because I dont include a recommendation.
