This entire operation is run very well. Initially when I called, they had no record of my stove (probably because the original model broke and was replaced after four days). However, the associate did a great job of searching and finally found our stove with the associated extended warranty.Our service call was scheduled very quickly. Austin arrived on time and completed the repair in less than 30 minutes. He was very professional, wore a mask and had booties covering his shoes.Any future products I purchase at Lowes will definitely have this warranty added. Unlike many warranties, this one by Via was quick, easy, professional and worth the money.
Service Representative Fred was extremely professional, prompt with arriving on time wearing his required PPE mask, had a very friendly personality while greeting with a “Hello”Fred was so prepared & knowledgeable that he already had the replacement part on his work truck before seeing the non working washing machine! He even offered smart tips advising on proper measurements of detergents. Blessed to have such a wonderful worker on your team!

Wonderful warranty service provided by this company. The office staff were helpful in putting us on a waitlist for an earlier appointment, which they did eventually fulfill. Our repair took 2 visits from 2 different teams, and all of them were very friendly and highly professional. They called us when they were on their way and arrived on time. They wore booties and COVID masks and kept their work area clean and were careful with our wood floor. Most importantly, they quickly diagnosed our problem and implement quality repairs and fixes. We are back in business and appreciated these folks. We would highly recommend them.
Customer Service is rude. Phone system half works. What company cant schedule out more than 2 weeks, very incovient for working people. They need to get better agents with customer service skills.Monica was not helpful, if you dont book something in 2 weeks your ticket gets closed out and that means no fix, now I have to remember to call back and change that to week that someone can be home. I am not on there payroll and seems like I have the work to do and not them.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Fred to fix the casing on my brand (one year old Whirlpool fridge). While I will not purchase another Whirlpool product, I would happily work with Fred again. The repair he provided actually looks amazing and I was delighted with his professional Independence and quick work. I honestly cant believe how nice it came out and although it was quicker than expected, Fred clearly took time to ensure it looked nice!
Fred brought the ordered part that Daniel ordered last week installed however another part was needed so he went to his truck and installed it but the machine needed yet another part. Fed called Daniel who was on his way home but had the part necessary. within 15 minutes Daniel arrived anc both installed it. With all their combined efforts the machine need yet another part which needs to be ordered. My washer still does not work but the efforts of both men was incredibly nice. Five stars for them both!

Great service! This company ROCKS!! They only service kitchenaide and whirlpool brands but they are good. I always ask for Kevin as he’s one of the techs in my area that I really like. He’s top notch, professional, personable, friendly, efficient, and highly knowledgeable about my refrigerator. I highly recommend this company. We use them even though it’s extra work involved for us in having to get our invoices reimbursed through our warranty company. Still totally worth it.

I thought for sure you my gas stove was dead after the self clean feature melted the control panel and locked the oven but John P. came and fixed it. He was friendly. My husband and daughter literally raved about how cool he was. He apparently gave advise to my husband about our other whirlpool appliances while he was here! I called over the phone while he was there and hubby passed my questions along and John P. was on it. Its workers like this that make all the difference. Friendly and knowledgeable. Cant beat that with a stick.

Technician Bernie came out and diagnosed the issue our 3 year old Maytag washer was having. It would intermittently not spin out after the rinse cycle. Since Maytag has no setting for “spin only” that meant our clothes would be soaking wet. Bernie ordered an Inlet Valve Console.The part arrived in about a week’s time and a different technician, Andy, came to install it.Both technicians were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I waited a few weeks to do this review to see if they had repaired the washer since it was an intermittent problem. I am pleased to state the washer seems to be working properly.The only issue I have is with Lowe’s, where we bought this washer and a dryer. They sold us a 3 year extended warranty that is only good for 2 years. They totally misrepresented the extended warranty as being for 3 years by saying it covers the washer from the date of sale instead of beginning after the manufacturer 1 year warranty expires. But that’s on Lowe’s and I will never purchase any appliances from them in the future.
There was condensation outside our Whirlpool freezer door. We called the Appliance Protection Plan (Home Depot Warranty)and scheduled an appointment to have someone come out. The first company (First Family Appliance Repair) said it was the gasket and supposedly repaired it and even advised my husband to put Vaseline all around the Gasket to make it a tighter seal. We noticed it again a couple of days later. We called again and the APP set up an appointment with Via Services. Fred was our technician. He was very professional and knew exactly what the problem was. He said that we needed a new door and ordered it on the spot. We were very happy with the service that Fred provided.
I must say I was extremely impressed with the service on my Whirlpool dishwasher from the phone call requesting service to the service man that completed the repair. The repair man was pleasant and knew the product. He quickly accessed the issue and following replacing the part, ran the machine a short cycle to be sure my dishwasher was operating properly.
We hadnt quite lived in our new house yet a year and our dishwasher started acting up. We called VIA Services and they looked up our warranty and saw it was still in effect. They quickly got a repairman out here after the part was order and arrived. The repairman did the replacement quickly and efficiently. They are on the ball! I recommend them highly.

Great at providing updates on service and status of the items needed for repair. Needed my Kitchen Aid Microwave door serviced and even with the delays due to COVID it was not that terrible of a wait. The technicians were both very nice and polite and showed up within the arrival window.

The technician was fantastic, he does this often. The rest of the company is absolutely awful. I have not experienced worse customer service in a very long time and I work in this field. They took my money before the repair was even started and when they couldnt meet their own deadlines, they kept rescheduling me, not showing up when promised and in the end cost me thousands of dollars being off work and I ended buying an entire new fridge because they could not fix mine after I waited over 3 weeks to get it done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Job # 493706 We purchased a new Whirlpool Fridge during February 2021. The Control panel failed to work after a few weeks. Austin D from Via Appliance Repair conducted an inspection. I was able make an appointment to repair my brand new Maytag Washer within a short waiting period of 3 days from the time I called in the problem. I was notified of the appointment in advance, and was able to keep track of when the Technician would actually arrive. My Tech arrived on time was Very personable and knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose the problem in short order. I am disappointed that a brand new washer was defective,(not Vias fault), and I am going to have to wait for parts to arrive before the actual repair is completed, but so far I am very satisfied with the very professional service from Via Appliance Repair and the my Tech person Ezra.

Roberto was the 7th VIa repair person to work on our new Maytag washer and its replacement over the last year. While it has taken up to 3 weeks to get each service call, the technicians are very professional, polite and efficient. Roberto appeared to be the most informed about our machine. He worked quickly and we hope finally fixed the machine.
My Maytag washing machine was under warranty and Via is the local appliance contractor for them. The first visit found a bad gear case and the tech was really in and out because the part had to be ordered. He barely looked at it. (he’s no longer with the company from what I hear). Well the second visit was by an awesome dude named Mitchell who went above and beyond. He found extra components that were shot and replaced those as well and helped me move the washer back into place and took his time testing it. He was respectful, social, but most importantly REALLY knew his stuff. A rarity in the trade to have someone so knowledgeable at such a young age. If you need service I highly recommend asking for Mitchell to be your tech. It’ll get fixed right the first time.

JUSTIN L, out of Manheim location, greeted me at door with ID, announcing his name and the company and his purpose. Gathered info about what triggered the error code in our 1 y o dishwasher. Removed access panel... discovered water accumulation in tray and tracked to a plumbing problem, rather than a dishwasher issue. Explained everything. Suggested corrective measure by plumber. Explained company policy to return if plumbing didnt correct problem and not require us to call protection company again unless a new problem surfaced with the dishwasher. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. All on a late Friday afternoon service call without any indication that he was rushing to finish. Terrific service.

This company is absurdly over priced. They charge $120 *just* to come look at the job, before labor and parts are charged at all. They are unwilling to apply the cost of that visit to the cost of the repair. There are much more reasonable repairmen around. Skip these thiefs.
I scheduled a repair man to come in because my washer had been making a lot of noise. I don’t normally leave such poor reviews but he was condescending and did not even run the full washer cycle to hear the noise, but charged the fee. He didn’t even attempt to open the washer, just told me I was overloading the washer and there was nothing to do but let it die. I put in a load after he left and it was still making the noise. Waste of money and time.
