They either don’t want business or don’t need new business. First they canceled my appointment three weeks ago. I called GE to get another repair firm and they insisted I try AIV again.They do not answer the phone.

Roger at AIV Elite was an excellent technician who methodically figured out the solution to my washing machine issue. He was very patient and thorough. In addition, Courtney at the front office was very helpful and professional.

As of this moment Im still waiting for someone to come out to repair a dishwasher. After overbooking for yesterday they rescheduled for today, to be here no later than noon, it may only be 10 minutes after noon but I cant continue to wait around all day for a repair man that was supposed to be here YESTERDAY.Edit: 12:53 and still no phone call, they are also conveniently on lunch from 12-1 so there is no one to call.

Hello - I was referred to your company by GE for a repair to my dishwasher under warranty. I have tried to call your office numerous times for the past three days (beginning 7/27) and no one is ever available to take your call. This is very frustrating, as I cannot currently use the dishwasher. PLEASE reach out to me ASAP. You should have my info on a GE service ticket.

Wondering if these guys ever show up on time? 2 visits in 3 months. 1st one had me sitting around all day with no call and showed up 10 minutes after time frame. 2nd is a no show and no one answers the phone. Worse than the cable guys. Thanks for wasting my time.

Prompt, friendly, gave calls in advance to let me know the technician would be out in 30 minutes, was on time both visits.
