Chris was on it. I called after-hours and left a message, received a call back the next day with two windows for him to stop by. He took a look at our washer, diagnosed the issue and was able to get the part installed the next business day. Great experience and great price, would recommend.

I dont think they are even open anymore. Never or return phone calls. Nor do they check messages as it says the mailbox is full.

Fixed flat top range and same issue came back 2 months later. Cant get a return call. been trying to call Belair for 2 weeks, calling almost daily. Cant leave a message because mailbox is full. Wont call back or answer to texts. Have zero idea how they are in business. Not reachable or reliable work. Use at own risk.
