Great apartment. Amazing staff. So happy to be a resident at Carlyle.

Very unprofessional!! Felt like we werent Good Enough for them, and, ended up moving to an Elite Apartment Building in Annapolis Md.

I had to update my review and take away two stars. EVERY time, and I do mean EVERY time I speak with the Property Manager, she NEVER returns my calls. This is not through leaving a message. This is speaking with her voice to voice. I may call to ask a question or concern about something going on in my building. She ALWAYS says, Ill get back to you and I will NEVER hear back from her! This is a real INSULT for me. You are saying, I dont value you as a resident, nor do I care what the problem is because Im NOT going to look into it.I still feel the same way about the staff and also the additional staff members (please see below):Professional and Courtesy describes the front desk gentleman (Larry) and maintenance gentleman (Jose) teams! The grounds are always Beautiful and Clean! Ive lived here for several years and these two gentlemen have been two of the Best! I would not want to live here without them! 😊

The office and maintenance staff of the Carlyle Apartments are OUTSTANDING. Before moving in, I came to visit the Carlyle quite a few times, and each time that I went into the Office, Larry was always very helpful and accommodating. No regrets...Im glad I moved in!!

I recently stopped by this community for information and Larry (the gentlemen working in the office) was very friendly and helpful! I was impressed with how thorough he was; He provided me with all of the information I needed and he was able to answer all of my questions.The community was nice, quite and clean and I especially loved the location. Its perfect for someone like me who works in DC but doesnt want to live there. Sounds like home to me!!

Friendly staff, outstanding customer service and maintenance. Very nice large aparrments. Beautiful surroundings. On a bus line and very close to shopping.
