Had a reservation at 7:45PM, I arrived to 7:20PM the stylist was doing haircut for some customer and asked me to wait out for my turn as the door was locked maybe due to covid restrictions so I waited.. the stylist completed the haircut to a customer by 7:25PM and I was waiting there for her to call me… at first I thought she is having dinner and she would let me in 7:45 as per my booking.. but in between I noticed she was roaming in the hall and I waved her to let me inn around 7:40 she noticed but dint care and I waited for another 12mins until 7:52PM and I left with frustration. Seems like Supercuts dint even give basic professional training to the stylist to respect the customers time.

Went in at 5:30 when they close at 6pm. The lady was finishing up on a mens haircut and there was another gentleman waiting. I wanted to get my teenage son just to get a quick buzz clean up but she said she was closed because of the other gentleman waiting for his. But am I mistaken to think that when it says you close at 6pm that you actually close at 6 and not 5:30 like she was doing. Then why dont you put up close at 5:30 instead of 6 so you dont have to deal with all the last minute customers. You lose a lot of extra profit by turning away customers just because you dont want to do anything more than you dont have to. Wont be coming again to a business that cares more about laziness than profit.

I’ve had my last 5 haircuts here and I am satisfied with their service. Definitely going there again for my next haircut

Solid haircut, not much of a line. Only complaint is the staff turnover. Its not uncommon to get comfortable with a barber, only to have them not work in the shop after a few months.They should find a way to retain the staff for longer.Great service though.

I made an appointment thinking yay I finally can dye my hair red. Well I went in to this location and the lady was nice at first. Once I told her Ill show you the color . She said no fun colors right. Well maybe yall specify before making an appointment that you dont do non natural colors at this time. So now Im going to be saving money and try doing it myself. Wont be coming back

Danielle is a wonder. I have short curly hair, and almost no one gets it right the first time. Danielle did. I haven’t had a cut this good in five years, and I usually pay $50 for a haircut. Supercuts was an expedient today, but Danielle will be a plan from now on.

Got my hair cut and colored by Ruby. She did a FANTASTIC job. Im pretty self conscious about my hair since Im a new mom and havent had a chance to spend as much time and money on it as I used to. But I left feeling so happy and confident! She even taught me a few tricks on how I can quickly style it in the morning! She is SUPER sweet! And it wasnt just to me. While my color processed, a mom and her two boys came in for haircuts. Ruby was amazing with the kids and the mom, and they left super pleased. I will definitely be coming back!

I came to this place to get a haircut right before my wedding. Needless to say they did an excellent job! I come here all the time now and Im always very satisfied with their work. I like the stamp card to get a free haircut. I also like to see that they record each haircut with size information and what type of style I had last. This makes the whole process go a lot more smoothly and less stressful for me.

Never disappointed! Employees put notes in the company computer system as instructions to the hair dresser that services the.client on his or her next visit. No guess work

My original review from late 2019 was 5 stars and as follows: Very professional staff. Porscha is very meticulous and personable. Ruby and Rebecca were also excellent. Premises are well kept and clean. I switched to this shop and left a barber I had for 8 years who was good.In January and February of 2020, all of the stylists turned over including those who has been there for two years or more. No notice to regulars. Though the industry sees a lot of that, it was unusual. I felt sorry for the new staff as they were put in a bad situation. The haircuts became inconsistent and the place took on a negative vibe. Post covid, in June, went back and whole staff was different again. My first cut was not what I wanted though there should have been notes in computer and I tried to explain to stylist. She was nice but a bit clipper happy and took off entirely too much and didnt have insight or judgment as to what a man in his fifties would want. May try again one day if desperate.

I came here today for a cut and color. I showed the stylist a picture of the coloring that I wanted and she assured me she could do it. It was a light blonde color with highlights (Im already blonde, so not much of a color difference, just a little lighter). I dont know the stylists name, because she didnt even introduce herself to me, but she was the one with very dark hair. The haircut was fine but the color was so awful. Not only was it nothing like the picture I showed her, but it came out yellow with no highlights and a very distinct line with no blending whatsoever. It looks absolutely awful and embarrassing. I will be going elsewhere to get it fixed. If you are looking to get your hair colored, definitely do not go here.

I have met 3 of the stylist, and those 3 have wonderful energy and have given me amazing service every time. This is my favorite salon, I will continue to come to this salon as long I am able to. Wonderful service.

I have been going to Rebecca for 3 years now and will not go anywhere else unless forced to and even then Im not happy about it. Rebecca can fade like no other, I look like a whole new man every time I walk out of that place. All the ladies are cool there and give quality cuts.

I have not been able to find a salon that did what I asked. Porsha (sp) was wonderful, so pleasant and she really cut my hair the way I wanted it.

We went in nearly close to closing, just got off a 4 hour flight. They cut both of our hair and it looks amazing!!!! Carina is SOO talented! I showed her a picture and she made it happen. I was cutting my hair short for the first time so she was super nice to put my worries at ease. Sharon was also super nice. We loved hanging out and getting our hair cut! Thank you!!

Great place to get a haircut. They have you in and out as quick as possible and they have a very friendly staff.

All the girls here are so friendly and nice. They all do a phenomenal job with the styling and hair cut.i take my kids for haircut as well and they are very patient and handle with Care. They close at 6 pm on Saturdays, which means you have to be there by 530 for shampoo and style, otherwise they wont take you in.

Stylist was very bossy and unprofessional! When I called and talked to Annie (manager) to explain my disappointment in my cut 10 days later she said we have a seven day complaint cut off I called corperate and apparently this is not necessarily true. Shame on you Annie the manager! Myself and my boys will be going to someone else that cares about their new customers.

This has been our families go to salon for over 5 years

After trying five different hairdressers in four differrent shops I gave a try here and it was a good one. This was the only place they understood how to create a hairstyle in a way it was before I moved to the USA two years ago. They know the art of using scissors to make the cut really perfect (not like those I tried before who were mastering trimmer only). In addition I strongly recommend the teatree experience (actually discounted) - a great, couple of minutes of relaxation that everyone deserves sometime. I am pleased I found them and will definitely bring my whole family here.

People with natural hair please do not watste your time here. The lady did not know how to comb or attempt to cut my daughters hair. I asked multiple times if she was able to cut natural hair but apparently she was not. Please do not waste your time here. This place doesnt even deserve a star but I had to inorder to give a description.

I didnt remember the lady name who did my haircut today, My skin is burning like hell due to machine applied harshly, completely unsatisfactory hair cut. I visited this place to give a try using $5 haircut coupon, my haircut not at all worth that.
