Absolutely the beat service!! It was raining and I know he would have rather been doing anything else. But he was helping me and was such a great person. My tow driver was better than I ever expected!!

I recently had a break down Danco was reasonably priced and picked me up very prompt. John suggested a good auto repair shop that was priced within my budget. If you ever need towing I highly suggest using them upon request.

So at midnight trying to find someone to tow your car with 2 flat tires seems impossible. I called 2 other towing companies which basically refused to assist me until the morning hours. Danco was on top of things, friendly and good service will use them again if needed. Thank you guys for your help

Two months after I received horrible service, today I had to use this company again and they did give me a tow.😊 When you need a tow, it can be frustrating, but the driver, TJ was kind, very personable and helpful. He went over and beyond and took the vehicle to the dealer for me. Thank you so much! I am revising my previous star rating from 1 ⭐ to 4 ONLY because of TJ.The tow came in sufficient time, however, I asked for a tow and he only have me a jump start. I did not have the means to drive the car in and he refused to tow me. He was so rude to me and just left. This was a government vehicle and in my 27 years of military service, I have never had someone treat me like that. Would not recommend this service.

Other than the mix up in hours due to the holidays, the gentleman was very curteous & respectful. This company has been In business (in the Crestview area) for YEARS now & since it is a small, locally owned business, this should tell you why. I highly recommend Dancing Towing.

These people are rude and unprofessional.

They had me wait almost 2 hours. Once I saw them they would not help me out and left after saying that they called someone else but they couldnt help and also told me to call them the next morning and they think it alright to hang up on the phone while trying to call

Showed in a timely manner at night. BUT got an attitude because his credit card thing on his phone wasnt working. Tried to blame my cards and I even showed him they were good Then said he wasnt arguing about it and got totally rude. Then after he realized it was his own issue then tried to blame it was because the cards had a chip. I had to drive to an atm and get him cash. But how could I get cash from a card if it didnt work. Hmmmm. Use a different company if possible. Hopefully you wont have the same issue.

John towed my vehicle twice, no problem. The first time he came late at night and in a timely manner. He also stayed a bit in the dark to help me with engine problems. After he dropped off my truck, he took the time to write down a few honest companies who would service my vehicle. He is the only towing company I would use. Thank you Danco and John specifically.

I called them to get my vehicle towed. I was having trouble explaining to them where I was located so instead of asking questions they just hung up on me. Tried calling back but it just rang until I got d/c. Poor customer service. Im trying to pay you for a job you provide. If my money isnt good enough Ill go else where.

The tow truck driver parked his truck blocking traffic for 15 mins while he went into a store to do shopping. The driver rudely refused to move his truck until his shopping was done even tho there was a line of blocked cars that couldn’t move. Needless to say I will never be using this towing company with such horrible manners.
