As soon as I walked in. The man in the salon bluntly says, no. He dont do men. But the lady I must say was very respectful and offered to do us one by one... and I thought that was nice of her

I was supposed to get my nails done elsewhere but they were not available after telling me to be there at 9am. I went online and found Nail Experts I am so pleased and happy I did she did an awesome job on my nails and polished my toe nails for me. I will for sure be going back again and again!

Great service everyone was friendly and I love how my nails turned out! This salon is very slept on.$33 when at every other salon for less quality I’ve paid like $70 and up lol this is my new go to spot 100%

I asked for certain colors and they said oh sorry put on entirely different colors that were still not it. The nails were crooked. I will never go here EVER again. I still had to pay full price for these ugly, crooked nails. They do not have a good variety of gel nails either. Don’t ask for orange, it’ll be red.

Let me start by this was originally my favorite place to get pedicures. Then June 29th I went in for a pedicure and a set of powder dip nails, after seeing my sisters set of acrylics that were beautiful! During my manicure I expressed I was not happy with it...you could see my nail through the powder and it was super uneven! I was told we can paint over it, I said I’d rather have it taken off. The stylist then spoke to her mother and they decided I’d be charged regardless so no it wasn’t being taken off. I would like to express I gladly would’ve paid the cost of the set because I understand you used supplies and your time. However the service of refusing to take it off, was outlandish at best. Then to top it off when they (because both the oldest daughter and mother worked on my nails) started to finish by buffing and filing they with a regular file not even a dermal were so rough they cut four of my fingers. Today all of them are super sore. As well as I had to go to another salon who was shocked at the poor quality so they knowing my hands being cut open would hurt to take the nails off went out of their way and gave me acetone so I could come home and leisurely remove the atrocious nails! I’m so disappointed in the service I got from nail experts I will never be back!! As well as am sure to tell everyone how horrid my experience was!!

These folks are fabulous, best prices in town and my nails are always flawless. Ive done pedicures, gel manicures and full sets here and have not once been disappointed. This is the only place Ill go!

Recently tried to give this salon a second chance. We will never go back.....EVER!!! The only person wothannera is the youngest daughter. They never trimmed nails appropriately or asked anything about what I needed. Polish was a joke. Came off next day and I havent been anywhere. Worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever!!! Do NOT go here!

The owners have ZERO professionalism or customer service!!!! Absolutely rude and unapproachable! Came here twice trying to give it the benefit of the doubt despite the negative energy I felt in the salon the first time and after reading reviews from others online complaining of their hospitality.... I Got the acrylic dip done, she told me this is usually done for people who dont regularly get their nails done. Should last up to 3 weeks... it lasted me 8 days before several of them popped off and were peeling from the edges and were catching on my hair and clothing. I went in to try to have them fixed and immediately was given attitude, telling me its not their fault, insinuating it was mine... And I began to get upset because I did not get my moneys worth for the service I paid for, therefore, I wanted it fixed. She said I would have to pay to take the rest off, they would only fix the ones that have fallen off. I said I would rather they just take the remaining off instead of redoing the ones that fell off to avoid this issue again in the future and instead paint with regular nail polish. They made a huge fuss about that and said I would have to pay for the nail polish change. Will never go here again!! Absolute awful experience and service!!

Customer service here is not up to par. I usually do not leave less than 4 star reviews but I felt the need to on this occasion. My husband took my daughter to get a quick polish on her nails (she is 8) and they walked in the door at 6:30pm (this salon advertises they close at 7pm). They were not greeted and the staff was very rude. There were at least 3 staff members that were available to take a customer. When they were finally acknowledged a man on the staff flipped his hand at my daughter and husband and said they were already closed. I will utilize the services of another salon in Crestview.

Cheap so pretty mediocre. The acrylic is applied thick. They rush over your nails and the polish. I was not impressed. Your experience may be better than mine but I will not return.

Tech was too occupied with watching the stupid tv show vs do my pedicure. He did not ask what I was wanting nor said 2 words to me.Waited 10 minutes for different come to paint my nails.Had my daughter with me. They barely did anything to her feet besides a small amount of lotion on feet none on legs and then painted her toes.Will not be back.

I am very disappointed with the service here. I asked to get my cuticles trimmed and they told me I’d have to pay for a manicure and a full set on top of that. absolutely crazy. horrible service, will never go back.

Been here twice.You Need help with employees attitude & customer service! I have left and never got the service I went there for twice.... The nail techs are very rude... Hours of operation says 8:30am-7:30pm & Sunday 11:00-4It is 2:52pm and the nail tech rudely said I’ve turned hot water off then ask if I would come back tomorrow.. umm NO NOT WASTING ANYMORE OF MY TIME AT YOU RUDE PLACE OF BUSINESS...It really doesn’t deserve the 1 star marked....

Rude AF!!! My wife and I wanted to get our eyebrows done together and as we were walking toward the lady, the owner told me to sit down cuz they don’t do men’s eyebrows for W.E weird reason. He had an attitude like I have the audacity asking to get my eyebrows done. FYI nowhere in there does it say “we don’t do men’s eyebrows”

The staff was very rude. My polish will normally stay on my toes forever, went on Monday and by Wednesday was coming off. Did not wear any closed toe shoes. Asked that my nails not be cut just shaped and they cut them very short!

Just wow. I dont think I have ever been to a salon where they give you ONE coat of the nail polish. And such a poor job of applying that one lone coat. The guy doing the massage was so invested in the episode of Storage Wars that was on the tv that he literally froze, mid-massage, just holding my leg. Weird. The whole experience, the staff and the vibe was about as friendly as a yeast infection. Money wasted.

$25 get you a decent set of acrylic nails they did mess one of my nails I went back the next day and got it fixed they still didnt fix it quite to my liking but for $25 you get what you pay for and it was a decent experience. So over all not terrible experience would go back again if I really NEEDED too.

This place is the only nail salon I will go to in Crestview! Its family owned and operated and they all speak english (unless they are picking on eachother) lol. The pedi chairs are all new and they always use liners. My acrylic nails always come out perfect, and if I have a special request they are always willing to work with me. In just over a year I have become a regular there and they always remember me, and ask about my kid and my job. And even if the dad comes across cranky, just know that hes a big ol marshmallow on the inside ;)

When they did my nails they cut them too short and I told them they was too short so they soaked the nails off and told me they was goin to charge me $5. whenever they started over they was cutting the nail to the length I want & did it so aggressively they cut my finger! Then the staff was really rude the whole time acted like I wasn’t going to pay for my nails

This is the 3rd time Ive come for just eyebrows and have waited over 30minutes. The first 2 times i left. It literally takes 3 minutes to do eyebrows, you can pause on a set of nails to do eyebrows. And the guy is so rude, i just heard him yell at a customer. I got here at 3:05, it is now 3:55 and i am still waiting.

My gel nails chipped after a couple of days, they offered to fix the them. During the appointment I was barely spoken to and charged full price

I walked in asked for a fill on my nails and she said oh we have errands to run can you come back tomorrow? They didnt close for at least 30 more minutes!! If they were experts they could have done a fill in about 15-20 minutes!! I said no I have to work tomorrow to so I wont be back. And walked out!!

CALLED THEM AND THE OWNER STATED SINCE I TOOK OFF THE OTHER ONE IN WHICH KEEP IN MIND CAME OFF WITH OUT HURTING OR STICKING I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AGAIN WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME I WILL KEEP MY BUSINESS IN PENSACOLA CAUSE THESE PEOPLE IN CRESTVIEW DONT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING . WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A HALF OF STAR. BUT I HAD TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR AWFUL .

I came in to get my nails done for an event and I showed a picture of the design I wanted and one of her daughters came in and she did an amazing job. I don’t think I could be more happy with the results. And it was her first time doing it!!! An amazing job will definitely recommend and be returning!!!
