Pam absolutely killed my almond shaped spooky Halloween nails. We kept it classy yet fun. I would highly recommend this place. She does incredible work and is very detail oriented.

Amazing detail and really took his time to make sure my nails were perfect!

I called to make an appointment and they said they were available. I brought my little sister in to get both of our nails done before she goes to school, she got acrylic which turned out good. I got dip powder and man she tore my nails up! They’re super sore today, red and swollen...I tipped 20% because well I’m nice but I’m super disappointed in how my nails came out. Paid over $100 for the both of us and she was doing both of our nails at the same time so it took twice the time. You might ask, “how is that possible” but she literally would start a little on mine and switch to hers (back n forth). I totally get the staff shortage but she was obviously rushing and maybe thought we didn’t have money to tip or something. It’s a bummer because we won’t be coming back. It’ll take a good week or so for the finger cuts to heal.

Pam and Joe are two of the best! They are both very attentive. Sunnys Nail Salon is the only recommendation that I would give in Crestview, Fl.

The staff was friendly, patient (as we had my lively 2yr old grand daughter with us) they were also very professional and did a great job on both my daughter in law and myself. They did not rush through, offered suggestions and there was no long wait.I had a manicure and my daughter in law had a manicure and a pedicure/massage.Photo is of my manicure.

Pam and the entire staff is friendly and helpful! I have been going for months and I’m always happy with their manicures and pedicures! They give you prices of every service before performed! If I have lost a diamond stone I just go back and they fix immediately at no charge! I would recommend them to family and friends!

I had a appointment Friday for a pedicure and my nails. I was seen right away. I was handed off 4 times to different people for my nails. The person who did the color wasnt satisfactory. I later found 4 nails without complete coverage. I am leaving to go on vacation so no time to fix it. Very disappointed.

My daughter and I went to get our nails done here for her prom this weekend. We both got the deluxe pedicures, she got a full set of acrylics with a chrome polish and I got a regular manicure. I came to Crestview for a part of my Vacation, to visit some old friends. Since our nail salons are not open yet in California, I was not able to get my pedicure for a long while. When I got here I was very happy and started reading some reviews. First the name(Sunny) caught my eye and when I read the reviews I was happy to give them a try. I also got a referral from an old friend. I was so happy with the professionalism, cleanliness, and kindness. The pedicure was wonderful. I needed it. Thank you Sunny Nail Spa.

The tech was really sweet but she glued acrylic nails on and put on a gel polish and charged me for gel nails ... Ive gotten my nails done hundreds of times and never seen anything like it before. My nails are super sharp and look and feel cheap nothing like the pic I showed.

When I got there the shop Parking lot was empty… I should’ve known something right then. I decided to go out on a limb and just try them anyway which was the biggest mistake of my life. I paid $115 for Both a manicure and pedicure just to wake up an see that two of my gems were missing the next morning . The very Next day one of my nails broke doing Minimal to no work ( it hasn’t even been 2 weeks yet) I do not recommend this nail spa at all.

Dont waste your money def not an expert in lash extentions...over charging for poor quality!!!!

I love this place Soo much!!!!! Everyone is super very friendly, the service is like being pampered like a princess. The massages are to die for!!!! I fully recommend everyone I know should visit. Rushed on my nails, did them wrong, I told him to remove them he got upset and started to scream. My hands where burning so bad. He dug his real nail into my skin that’s unprofessional. It was a horrible experience ‼️

The last two visits to this place, I was told one price and when it came time to check out, I was quoted another. The workers there should be advising on the prices before they do the service. These people aren’t honest. I won’t be back...

I really enjoyed my pedicure at Sunnys but was very over priced. Ive been three times so far and every time the price has increased for the same service. Started with a $40 pedicure, then it was $45, and the last time was charged $55. Probably wont be back.

I have tried Every nail salon in crestview and Sunny’s nails is by far the best nail salon in town. The staff is extremely accommodating and helpful. They go above and beyond every time. The facility is extremely clean and my nails Always look amazing. I had the top pedicure service today and it was the most relaxing experience I ever had. This salon not only meets my expectations but they exceed them every time!!!! I will not go anywhere else and neither should you!!!!

I absolutely love them all. I get lashes which last about 2 weeks if you dont wet them as much. Nails and toes always last! They make me feel like family and i laugh alot there my #1 place to go for EVERY thing!

My wife has visited the salon twice and both times she received excellent, professional service. Pam was her nail tech the last time and she is very pleased. She is taking our granddaughter today.

I have to change my original rating. My first rating was 5 stars because we had such a great time and our nails looked great! However my daughters acrylic nails ALL popped off less than two weeks after having them done. That has never happened to her before in the three years she has been wearing acrylic nails. We will still go here for a pedicure or for my regular manicure but for acrylics she will stay with CT Nails.

I got a pedicure was the best ever. The chair that messaged my bad back was amazing plus I got new feet in the process. I have bad ingrown toenail and they fixed it with no problem. Only costed me $45 dollars great deal they even have wine. Im pregnant so no wine for me I got a little bottle of water.

Didn’t push my cuticles back .also the powder she used created a patchy/ marble effect . it was supposed to be solid blue .my nail isn’t smooth . was $65 for a full seth with only two holographic nails .

Not the best pedicure I ever had but the staff was compassionate about their work and they had a LOT of different kinds of polish choices. I had my eyelashes extended for the first time and I will come back to them for that service.

Went to this place because of the positive reviews. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the same experience as a lot of the reviewers. I’m pretty sure the person who did my nails isn’t very knowledgeable on acrylic nails—- which isn’t his fault (the owners/management should train their employees until they are comfortable to perform services). It took my tech over two hours to do a full set and that wasn’t even to completion. After two hours, I couldn’t wait for my nails to be done anymore... I had to go. Services should be done in a TIMELY manner. I’ve worked in the beauty industry for 10 years almost and have worked at two nail salons in the area. My service should have taken NO MORE than an hour and 15 minutes. Having an inexperienced nail tech is not the nail tech’s fault—- it’s the owner’s fault for allowing an untrained employee take clients and not step in and help. I left before my nails were even painted and received an attitude from whoever was stationed at the front. I paid full price for an unfinished service. I paid for an acrylic full set with gel polish and didn’t even receive polished nails. I just didn’t want to argue any further with the rude employees. I should have known better than to stay when I saw another tech speak disrespectfully to another client right after I sat down—- resulting in her walking out.And OWNER OF SUNNY NAILS: if you feel the need to lie and say that I must be leaving a review on the wrong salon’s account, you can call me. You have my number in your check in log.

This was a spur of the moment decision, to get a pedicure. I thought I was just getting a basic pedi, but the treatment I received was so much more. The gentleman was so nice, offered a drink right away, and excellent pedi! The whole area seemed to be very clean. Including the instruments, which us so important. Very happy that I decided to give this nail salon a try. I will be back.

I dropped in to Sunny Nail Spa late afternoon on a Saturday. The people inside are welcoming and super nice. They are all family oriented and each person there offered me a drink of water or Coke. They got delivery for dinner and they offered me some of their food! Each person chatted with me. The interior is kept very clean and has been recently renovated. Pam did my nails (SNS with tips - French manicure) and took time to ensure they looked natural, not too thick, and short as I work using my hands daily. When I went in my cuticles were dry and horrid. Afterwards they looked so much better. My hands are not pretty, my fingers are not thin, but my nails are beautiful!

Suzan was awesome. I will definately be going back. Very friendly atmosphere.

This spa has the nicest atmosphere! Just had a mani pedi to reward myself for finishing spring semester, and this was an excellent choice for celebrating. I highly recommend this day spa.

That was the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. I have glue all over my fingers one of my nails is sideways and when I told the lady she told me I was wrong. She ripped a nail off my hand bc the person that put it on was training and did it wrong. They glued and unglued several different nails on and off several different fingers and it took an hour just to get the tips on and told me if I wanted my nails done faster I should have made an appointment. Long story short I’ve never been treated so rudely at a nail salon and I will make sure to tell any one I work with,my friends and anyone else who ask that y’all are the rudest and slowest nail salon in town.

I unfortunately have to change my original five star review. I had been regularly going here to be serviced by Nick and Liz who were amazing. Im not sure of the exact details, but Nick and Liz are no longer at this salon. I had gone in for a pedicure and SNS nail set, and this is where things went badly. My pedicure tech was great, it was the SNS aspect that I had issues with. I had picked a very light, natural pink from the swatches for my nails. The tech began her work and when she was done dipping my nails I noticed that the color did not match the swatch at all, it was pretty much clear with no pink. Thinking there was a mix up, I asked the tech why my nails were not pink like the swatch. She almost seemed frustrated with me and told me that this was the color I chose. I tried to get up and retrieve the swatch to show her what I was talking about, but she wouldnt allow me to. She then said she would paint over it with gel polish to make it the pink I wanted. I had never heard of putting gel polish over SNS, but allowed her to anyway. As my gel was curing under the UV light, the tech was bringing over a bunch of pots of pink SNS powder telling me that I needed to ask for one of these next time. She almost found it funny, and still would not let me show her the swatch. I paid the unreasonable $55 dollars, still left her a tip and left. The next day all of my gel polish was lifting completely off my fingernails. After the price I had just paid, I obviously went back to the salon for them to fix them. I walked in and showed them what was happening and waited awhile for them to try and fix them. She drilled the remains of the gel off and had me go pick an SNS pink to dip over top. I did, and then the owner came over and told me to go pick a gel polish instead. I told him that the gel was just going to peel off again and that the lady had me pick out SNS. He told me the gel would not peel off again and to pick a color. The lady came over and they started fighting about what to put on my fingers in the middle of the salon. This made me super uncomfortable. The man sat me down and started to prep my nails, telling me that the dip powder is going to make my nails super thick, but if thats what I want fine. He said my nails didnt match the swatch because there wasnt a nail tip on the swatch. He then accused me of picking my gel polish off on purpose because I didnt like it! Unprofessional and rude to accuse a customer of that! He was extremely rough with me when fixing my nails, he cut multiple cuticles badly with the dremel, my thumb was dripping blood and he went on doing my nails anyways. Dipping my bloody thumb in the dip powder that many customers would then dip their fingers in! My fingers and nails looked terrible, but I was so angry that I just wanted to get out of there! Low and behold, not even a week had passed and every single one of my fingernails had lifted up halfway up the nail bed. I had to go to my normal salon to have a completely new set done. Turns out they had never put the SNS bonding powder on properly, resulting in the lifting! I will never return and I only recommend this salon to people who would like a rushed, painful, unsanitary, expensive, and rude experience!
