There is only one nail tech, so sometimes you have to wait however I have NEVER had any issues with lifting or my nails coming off organically.

There was only one nail tech when a friend and I went. But she handled us so well! She did a great job we really appreciated her efforts! Please give this place a try ❤

Staff were friendly and dealt with some rude customers in a very pleasant way. The pedicure I received was great. Long scrub and massage, and the color on my nails looked great! I highly recommend this place, even though the outside isnt much to look at. The service is worth it.

Worst experience ever! They ruined my nails completely and would not offer any discount to fix. They came off after 2 days and ruined my natural nails from all the drilling. The owner is the rudest and totally unprofessional and out of line. I was showing him what had happened and he claimed it was my fault. Totally waisted sooooo much of my time and money. Please be advised to NOT go there. It’s not worth it at all.

Andy is amazing! He did my nails and toes to perfection. We took my acrylics off and redid them since they were a mess from the prior nail tech. I would definitely recommend this nail salon!

New owners bought salon this year sometime. GREAT nail salon. Very nice techs, good customer service. Always willing to go the extra mile. Have added more nail techs due to business volume. Nail techs are always smiling and you are always greeted when you walk in the door. I go every two or three weeks for acrylic fill with gel polish and pedicure. Never had bad service. They have a punch card for discount after ten visits.

I love this place. You pay $40 for a deluxe pedicure but it is well worth it. They take their time and really take care of you.The staff is very friendly as well. I will never go anywhere else!! Highly recommend!!!

Seriously one one the worst experience. What’s supposed to be a relaxing time to get my nails done they were just rude and done wrong. Nail tech was unprofessional and acted like he just didn’t want to be there did a horrible job and ultimately ruined my natural nails and when asked for them to redo it they argued with me don’t recommend this to my worst enemy will not be going back

These people do my ombré nails perfect every time and take care of you while you’re getting your nails done. Best Nail place I’ve went to in crestview !

If your going to be loyal to your customers ensure you get there names correct. Refuse to go to a place that insists I need a new set each week. Refuse to go to a place where my name is wrong and Im confused with others so my nails are screwed..

It saddens me that I have to give this place only 3 stars. They used to be soo good. My only go to place. But everytime I go there now I leave having to go home and fix my eyebrows. I dont color in my brows so I prefer them to look on point and full. I hate when they pull dominant hairs out that make my brows look spacey. I keep giving them second chances in Hopes that maybe its just an off day, but I shouldnt have to pay for a service that I have to go home and fix. Im disappointed and hope something changes. I will be looking for a new brow place.

Searched for a nail place in Crestview that could take two people and stumbled across Classy Nails. Quan and Hannah were very nice and attentive. Reasonably priced and excellent service.
