Today we had the pleasure of getting a couples massage at Adiva’s Ageless Aesthetics Spa. Our experience was amazing. The staff is extremely kind and courteous. They take all of your personal preferences into mind and also curate the experience to your specific needs and aches. I had the pleasure of having a masseuse names Nina and my partner had a masseuse named April. They held light conversations and respected our space while at the same time providing a very intimate professional experience. Nina was able to find all of my knots and tough spots. While April made my partner’s back feel refreshed. He has a lot of shoulder and back pain in general and she was able to locate all of the trouble spots and provide some relief to that pain. My sister-in-law Brittany recommended the place and actually works there and welcomes guests and provides support to everyone in the business. They have tons of different services and products available for purchase, all of the highest quality. The staff genuinely care about your health and visit. Their prices are very competitive and they also give 10% military or referral discounts. Overall, I highly recommend going in and giving it a try. You will not feel let down.

Adivas Spa is everything and more! Today was my first visit and Ive already scheduled my next appointment! Not only this spa a local business, but the people there make you feel so welcome! Ive tried a few medical spas where the judgement is real and you feel so uncomfortable, but they knew all they customers on a first name basis and really cared about each of us.Sumalee is AMAZING and so knowledgeable. Not only does she do amazing work, but she also walks you through every step and seems to really care about your skin health and ensures you are comfortable and educated. I cannot say enough great things about these ladies and Im excited to glow my skin with them!

This place is topnotch. It bring class to Crestview. I have had massages, nails done, pedicure and my eyebrows tinted. I was extremely pleased with every service I received. The only reason I gave it a four star ⭐ rating is that the parking lot is not paved.

My mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and I went here for a spa day. I truly enjoyed it here. They are so wet and it feels like we have the place to ourselves. I had an amazing massage by Breanna Bishop. She listened to me and went above and beyond. I go to the Hilton and she was by far my favorite massage. I ended my day with Gabriella Burden. She is so cute and friendly. She took part in our conversation and was very sweet. My toes also looked amazing. :)

I went to Adivas for an eyelash extension fill and I cannot say enough about how great Sidia was. She was so sweet and professional. I came out of there with my lashes looking better than when I got them first done at another salon in Fort Walton. It was a great experience overall, the salon receptionist was super helpful and kind. I felt like I was one of their friends and not just a client. The atmosphere was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep while she did my lashes. I will 100 percent be returning!

Ive been going here for a while now and Ive always had a good experience. Its clean, quiet, and welcoming. Last time I had April Madeiros as my massage therapist and she was amazing. She used various different techniques (hot stones, stretching, pneumatic gun, etc.) to work out all my knots and aches - the conversation was top notch as well. Probably the best massage Ive ever had - and Ive had them in all over the world.

I had a facial on Saturday with Sadia!!! She is amazing best experience I’ve ever had!!she was lovely professional knowledgeable and made a plan for my skin has never felt and looked so good ever! Also today I had my eyebrows micro-bladed by her and OMGGGG I’m in LOVE this entire place is like a therapy beauty stress free ZoNE!! I’ve booked all my appointments on the future I’ll never go anywhere else !! Sadia I adore you!! Thank you for all of your kind and loving words and the wonderful job you’ve done for me!!!!

My first time getting a massage and Breanna Bishop did such a great job I will definitely be back.

Scar camouflage done with Sadia was a very bad decision. All the color from areas that needed camouflage was gone 10 days later. So now, light scars that were barely noticable are very noticable because Sadia used dark ink around the scars which IS NOT my skin color its darker than my skin color. Now that all the ink on the scars is gone (was gone 10 days after Sadia tattooed them) I have dark areas around the scars which was not there before I had procedure done. My plastic surgeon said a REAL medical tattoo professional would not have tattooed the scars until they healed more. I was overcharged by $350 (was charged a total of $600). The price was changed from the time I made my appointment to the time of my appointment. It went from $125 an hour to over $300 an hour. I was tattooed on less than 2 hours. This was my second time having it done at Adivas. The first time it turned out great with a different person. Sadia is not a real medical tattoo professional. Do not take people money if you do not know what you are doing!!

I have been a few times and each time has been great. The staff are friendly, helpful and caring. The atmosphere is calm relaxing and pleasant. I have had a facial, massages, nails, and make up application and have been happy with all of them which rarely happens every time.

I always had a wonderful experience every time I go here. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. There prices are very reasonable and I have yet to be disappointed. This is a fantastic place to go and unwind and relax. They offer a variety of massages that have never disappointed and I enjoy getting manicures and pedicures there as well. During my manicures and pedicures Im always offered water, soda or a glass of wine. They offer a wide variety of high end services as well. The couples massage was very nice as well.

I came in this past Thursday and I just wanted to say Gabriella did the best job on my manicure and pedicure. My nails look so good! She was so friendly and sweet. I will definitely be back!

My experience here was nothing short of spectacular. I went in for a Brazilian and was nervous at first. The ladies there are very sweet and funny. I can honestly that my lady bits have never felt this magical!! I will definitely be returning and stay as a loyal customer. You wont regret coming to them for services.

My sister, sister-in-law and I had a massage at Adivas today. Breanna was our masseuse. She made our day together a special one. Breanna was professional, very friendly and accommodating to our different requests and needs. Breanna really surprised me because I didnt expect such a petite person to be so strong. I will definitively request Breanna to be my masseuse for my next appointment.

As always I got the best service. My back is a difficult one and it decided to seize up twice on me and I was put on muscle relaxers by the doctor. But Rebecca at the spa was actually the one who gave me relief from the pain with her deep tissue massage. Shes amazing!!!!

I had my 1st massage here and it was so relaxing. They had a range of times for appointments for any schedule. If I had more time without childen and money I would go again. They found a few knots that I have had constant trouble without me telling them. I will be back again!

Sad to say my experience at this location was unpleasant before it even started. I made an appointment for Monday February 26th at 9:00 a.m. That was the next available opening. The person on the phone asked for my name & phone number in order to book the appointment, which I gave.Prior to showing up I googled the location since I’m still new in town and I’m not familiar with the area. The website said their hours start at 10:00 a.m. which confused me because the appointment was booked for 9:00 a.m. l decided to call and confirm the time, I called at 8:43 a.m. NO ONE ANSWERED. So I told myself maybe it was 10:00 and not 9:00.I showed up to the location about 9:38. I decide to sit in my car until 10:00. Then I noticed another car pulled up beside me and the driver went inside. I assumed that was one of the workers so I decided to go inside shortly after.I spoke to lady at the front desk (didn’t get her name) I told her I had an appointment for 9:00 a.m. but the hours on your website said 10:00 a.m. & I called at 8:43 a.m. to confirm but no one answered.She gave my one of those (mhmmm yeah you missed your appointment) kind of shrug. I did my best to be calm & see if it was any confusion on my part.She said “if you would of left a voicemail I could of called you back I was here at that time but I was switching the phones” (whatever that means) “we can reschedule your appointment” (No apology) & disregarded the fact that I called and no one answered.I decided to respectfully step outside and gather myself. I went back inside and asked her what’s the point of taking down names & phone numbers if you don’t give courtesy calls, don’t your phone show that you have missed call ? She smiled and said once again “if you left a voicemail I would of called back”. Then finally decided to say “I’m sorry”, which would of been nice the first time at this point I honestly didn’t even want to reschedule.Long story short it was just an unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

I RECEIVED CONSULT AND LEFT. BECAUSE OF HER MAKING ME WAIT I WILL NOT HAVE THE PROCEDURE DONE THERE. THE TRAINING COULD HAVE STOPPED AND RESUMED AFTER MY APPT. VERY INCONSIDERATE.

I am from Puerto Rico and I am visiting my sister Elizabeth Rivera who lives in Crestview and gave me a Christmas session for a massage. We were on Saturday, January 4, 2020, and Breanna attended us. The attention, professionalism and excellence in the massage that Breanna gave us were excellent.
