Riverwood Apartments was a great place for me to live in Crestview! The rent was fair for the well-kept units, nice amenities, and helpful staff. It is a small, quiet, and safe neighborhood in close proximity to Cresvtviews shopping and major roads. The gym was well-stocked and hardly ever more than 1 or 2 other residents using it at the same time. Same with the pool- I had it to myself many times! It was easy to submit a maintenance request and staff was very prompt on fixing the minor appliance issue I encountered. I highly recommend Riverwood Apartments!

If you want a place to live in a peaceful neighborhood, this is it! Besides that, GREAT Management! I dont believe any other apartment complex Management is can be this accommodating than Ms. Sue, and Sarah. They are very understanding and helpful. The apartments are clean, I never had any issues. I lived in an 1 bedroom and it was very roomy. Thank you guys....I miss my apartment! Greetings from Africa!!! :)

Apartments are perfect and quite, near to plenty of shopping and restaurants, theaters, hospital. And the property staff are professional, helpful, friendly

I stayed here for 2years. I really enjoyed it. The complex was quiet and clean. The front desk staff is very nice and extremely helpful.

Apartments are trash. Coming from California and moving here was a huge difference as far as quality wise. The walls are thinner than paper. You could hear your neighbors talking. They take forever to respond to our repair requests. The complex is turning into one big frat house with all these young college/ military folks moving in. Thank god im moving out soon. Wouldnt recommend it if you like your personal life to remain personal.

By far one of the best places Ive had the oppurtunity to live in. From the monthly socials, the helpful staff, and my friendly neighbors Im more than positive I made the right choice in moving in. I only wish I had signed up sooner!
