My days off just changed to SAT SUN so i googled car repair shop near me. I found A-1 AUTO REPAIR and just a few others as most shops were closed on the weekend. I had rusted fuel line that had started leaking. I read the reviews and that is how i chose this place and true to the reviews they were so welcoming and to my surprise they fixed my car on SUNDAY. SUNDAY when most places are closed. This made me so glad i did not have to miss a day at work. Will definitely make them my auto repair shop for future repairs!TY guys.

If you are looking for an honest place to bring your vehicle look no further than A-1 Auto Repair. I brought my Toyota Avalon in a few weeks ago and both rear struts needed to be replaced. There were several other small issues going on and Fer did an excellent job of breaking down the costs. We thought about trading the car in and I asked what I would owe them if we decided against the repairs and Fer said nothing. I was shocked. That is a great example of customer service. They looked over my vehicle and provided a complete breakdown of what was needed and they werent going to charge me a penny if I decided against the repairs. I ended up getting the struts replace and my car is running great. Also, my serpentine belt was squealing in the cold weather and they tightened it at no charge. Its so hard to find an auto repair place that you can trust and we feel very fortunate to have stumbled across A-1. P.S. Google reviews were the reason we found A-1 and I think 4.8 out of 5 says it all! Thanks Fer!

We have brought 3 cars for repairs and they have always been reasonable with costs and done excellent work on our vehicles. My wifes 2007 Cadillac CTS which is costly to repair has beaten the dealerships by hundreds if not thousands of dollars. My 2008 Hyundai Sonata had over 224000 miles and always fair and quick with repairs. I bring my cars here and you should as well if you want fair prices and great service.

Very honest with pricing (and very fair too), quality repair. Took my 2013 Ford Taurus SHO to get the EPAS (electric power assisted steering) system replaced. Most shops wouldnt even take in the repair because of the extensive labor and computer programming. They were able to program the EPAS with Ford software and successfully replace the EPAS system. Going to take my cars here from now on. Great staff

Fernin, the main mechanic I suppose, is a very honest and humble man. My parents been going to him for years and now I will too. I broke a sideview mirror, but not completely, went to see him about it and he stood outside his shop telling me the best and least expensive way to go about it. What could have been probably a $250 job is only going to cost me less than half that amount. I ordered a brand new paintable mirror from carparts.com I got a 12 oz can of paint from another website and a can of gloss spray for the paint from the same website... He also quoted me on the labor on the spot. He definitely takes care of his customers with a kind and honest hand

They were real friendly and honest. They repaired one of the rear ball bearings and the annoying sound went away just as they said it would. They didn’t try to get us for our money but told what they felt needed to be repaired at that time.

I had a car problem on a Sunday afternoon around 230. Fer was only supposed to be open until 3. I was able to get my car to him and he stayed late to fix it within an hour and a half to make sure I had it back for Monday morning. Very nice guy and very good service 👍🏻

My key broke Sunday afternoon. I called 245 and they closed at 3. He was so helpful let me come in and he worked late on Sunday to replace my keys and programmed them. Just want to thank them for being there when i called and helping me out. Price was very affordable

Recently I visited A-1 Auto Repair and had the pleasure of working with Fer. Not only was he extremely nice and knowledgeable but he allowed all the time it took for me to understand the issue with my vehicle and the necessary remedy. He even allowed me to walk under my vehicle so I could see the corroded brake lines myself. I had visited another mechanic and spoke to several on the phone whom werent willing to even to attempt to fix my issue since it is labor intensive and a PITA. My car was almost undriveable bc my tire was so low and A1 was the nearest place I could get some air. I went as a walk in and asked if they could help me out, I just needed enough air to get my child to daycare 15miles away. I didn’t have to wait, he took me in right away and Fer filled my tire right then and there. Quick 10 minute visit and I was out. I even offered a tip, which he refused. So genuinely helpful. A couple hours later when I got home, I heard a hissing coming from my tire. I looked around and sure enough I ran over a nail. I gave A1 a call, asked if they could patch/plug the hole. Fer told me to come in 30 minutes and took care of my car right away. So incredibly courteous, excellent customer service, helpful, honest, timely, and affordable. Highly recommend!

I was recommended here initially by an Auto Zone nearby after a check engine light in 2013. Since then I have had four major repairs including damage fixed due to a car wreck and several minor repairs including normal maintenance and upkeep done to vehicle. I have never had a shop be so honest with repairs and the work performed is true quality. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my car and Im a hard sell when it comes to shelling out money. Trust is key especially in this area and for anyone second guessing dont waste your time or money elsewhere you wont get the same results.

This place was honest. I took a key to get programmed and my key internals did not work so they did not charge me for any labor.

I was reading reviews on google and they were excelent so i decided to try this shop. Im impressed how good these workers are. This is a family running bussines so they really care about costumers. They gave me a fare price and finished their job quickly and made my car safe again. I will come back. Highly recommend.

Fermin was such a nice guy. I had a breakdown and went to drop off my towed car on a Sunday afternoon. When the tow truck driver was a little late, Fermin volunteered to stay a few minutes late so he could get my car, and then even waited for my ride to come pick me up. I will be returning the next time I have car trouble.
