I really loved this shop car looks new! The huge dent on the side of my car is repaired and looks like it never even happened.I got a quick appointment to repair my car. The instructions are very easy and clear (you park outside and call them they will come to you). They worked with the insurance for me. I also really loved that they kind of work with enterprise so I could leave my rental there when I picked up my car!The initial estimate they gave me was 4 days but it actually took almost 2 weeks. It’s fine though because they kept me informed the whole time and did excellent work. Thank you!!

Great customer service my truck looks amazing again

I limped my car in after a collision, and they told me to get it out of their nearly empty lot for a week. I bring it back in after a week, and it takes them another two weeks of ignoring my calls to even look at it. No progress reports, no acknowledgement, nothing. Finally, they give me a call to get my stuff out so they can scrap the car. Thats it... I had to talk to my insurance company to hear their diagnosis!

Not happy feeling at all... Service King cut up my back hatch causing more costly damage then actual crash I feel. Insurance refused to fix my car labeling it “total loss”. The cost difference of insurance fixing my car was $350.00

From getting my initial estimate back in the second week of January to finally having my repairs done in the middle of a pandemic in mid April, these guys were awesome. They kept me up to date, made sure I knew I could specify OEM parts be used with someone elses insurance, they even had my car back sooner than anticipated. All around, Id definitely recommend them and Ill for sure be back if I need any services again.

Service King repaired my SUV and had it looking brand new. Honestly, it looked better than it did when I bought it. The customer service was great and I loved the updates I got on the progress of the repairs.

My experience was great they kept me in the loop and finished my vehicle before scheduled return date.

We would like to thank all the mechanics, staff and Lauren who assisted with the repair of our van. Thank you. Heading home to Texas after a wonderful family visit a deer jumped right into my path. I was in cruise control - never saw the deer. Needless to say this repair was quite extensive. Repair took about two weeks. We have a new radiator, new battery, new condenser and the many parts whether it be electrical, bumpers, headlights or even valve cover. We picked up the van and immediately headed home to Texas. Made the 1300 mile trip with no problems. Never overheated. Always started. Air worked perfectly. My husband checked the oil on a regular basis. No issues at all. Van was perfect. Thank you - home sweet home never felt better being able to hug my grandchildren. You were the very best in a very difficult situation.

Great place friendly staff

Did a good job of replacing my bumper. My fog lights stopped working though and I realized they never put on/gave back my license plate. Called them 3 times over the past couple months to schedule an appointment about these issues and I keep getting told they will call me back but I am still waiting....Update: Looks like they replaced their receptionist so their communication has improved. Got door fixed here because they’re closest to me and now my window won’t shut properly. Nice people but this is the second time I’ve had issues after repairs.

Fantastic service and work. This place was suggested to me by family after I got in my first wreck on over two decades. Went in and they made things easy and relaxing which is rare for auto shops. Highly recommend going here..

Took my 2 month old car to get fixed after an accident. Luis was fantastic!! Got my car back in a short period of time and it looked EXACTLY the way it did when I bought it. Paint matched perfectly.
