I went out to my car the other morning to go to work and I quickly realized I wouldnt be going anywhere. My tire was flat. I was a walk in and Pomps got me in quick even though they were quite short staffed. Great customer service and very efficient. I would recommend and use their services again!

I have used Pomp’s twice in the past 6 months to fix a tire issue.Both times I was back on the road the same day,I had to wait a little longer the second time but the staff was very kind and apologetic.They were understaffed that day so I understood and they still got me in and out in an hour and a Half.They do a great job and they’re great people

Walk in. No appointment. Flat yard equipment tire AND leaking car tire. Both repaired well. 2 hour wait was a bit longer than what I expected. I was in parking lot before shop opened. Shop opened a few minutes late.Real pleasant and helpful folks.I would go back to and recommend this store to others.

I have an 25 yr old vehicle that occasionally needs some extra TLC, and Pomp’s is my go to place! They answer all my questions, are always patient with me and offer great prices!I have gone to Pomps for almost 3 years now! Very thankful for their time and service!

Pomps has had my vehicle for over 3 weeks now for some simple things. Theyre too overpriced for the shoddy work they do. Last time I took my car in to them they had it for 2 weeks for 4 tires when anywhere else takes a hour maybe 2 max to do that simple switch. My girlfriends mom took her car in there for a starter problem got it back after they fixed it and it didnt work after the first day. Everyone claims theyre the best shop in town but i would rather watch a youtube video on how to fix my car then take it in there anymore. DO NOT GO TO POMPS IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR CAR

Dropped off lawnmower tire a couple hours before closing time to be repaired! Was late afternoon the next day before it was fixed! Seems a little long to just fix a flat lawnmower tire! Usually really good quick service! But now days unfortunately I guess that’s not far from the norm!

Front lady was a little stressed due to an employee leaving early sick. Besides that I was in and out with my tire patched up in 15 minutes. Service was top class.

I have always been treated well at Pomps. They are professional and do quality work at a fair price. Something that is important for me is how they take care of my wife and kids when I am not there because of work. I know they will treat them the same as if I was there in person. My wife always feels comfortable when going there. Giving me peace of mind.

I don’t typically leave reviews but my husband and I have never gotten better service than we do at Pomp’s. Brett goes above and beyond to get your car back in action. You’re never happy to have issues with your vehicle, but when these guys are handling it at least you know it’ll be resolved. Weve made this our go-to for routine maintenance as well. You pay half the price that you would in Indy for drastically better service.

Nice service got me in and out quick

I was traveling back to Wisconsin, when my boat trailer suffered a flat tire. The shop took care of me quickly and I was able to get back on the road. I highly recommend them.

Pomp’s was great! I got a flat tire. They change it promptly and I was on my way for less than I’d anticipated!

We were 2 hours into our 8 hr trip when we ran over a piece of metal which bled the air out of our tire. Two fortunate things happened, we were able to get off I-74 before it went completely flat and second we were referred to Pomp’s by another tire place we found online. Pomp’s had our odd tire size in stock, they were able to squeeze us in promptly when they were short staff. Luckily, they were able to repair the tire. Karen, store Mgr, knows here stuff and couldn’t have been nicer. The newbie who fixed my tire was awesome, he inspected the vehicle for other damage from the piece of metal that was beating in the wheelwell and ricocheted off the underside of the car. I made an appointment and they got me right in for an oil chage and tire rotation. They did a complimentary inspection and they didnt any attempt to up-sale me like the quick change places do.

I had to have a tire repaired and they got right on it and got the job down. Tech did a good job and covered seat and tloor as not to get them dirty. Good job, I will go back..

Would give negative stars if I could.Went to have brake pads put on I bought,was told brake line was leaking.Was charged 21/2 hrs to replace ONE 8 brake line I could of done myself if not for back problems in an hour. Got home realized front bumper was caved in from someone BRETT hitting something unbelievable hard of course didnt notice at time of pickup.Just left there and totally denied it. Avoid these people.This Brett was a real piece of work when he was at Big O Tires hasnt changed filing report.anyone have a collision report with them since 1/22/21 ??? Thank you Jay Hellwig

Pomp’s Tire Service provided timely replacement of my Kubota tractor tires. They communicated to me as to time of service and did an excellent job. I will use them again in the future and highly recommend their company.

Overall great and thorough service. staff are friendly. the only thing I would change is I prefer the contents of my trunk to be placed back in the compartment after the battery was changed and the oil life gauge reset on the control panel.

Everyone at Pomps is friendly and helpful as I waited for them to repair a flat. I listened as Aaron helped each person that came in. Over heard him offering to help someone in desperate need of a solution to get to it before they closed at noon and it was already 11:30. Best place in town for tires.

Very bad service took way too long to do a repair job on a tire

Karen and the team at the Crawfordsville Pomps went overboard to help me pull off a surprise gift for my wife. First, they helped me order a great set of custom wheels from Pomp’s website, and when it was time to install them, Karen was able to pick up the vehicle from my wife’s office - under the guise of getting an oil change - so she was very surprised when she stopped at Pomps later to pick up her Pilot! Thanks so much to Brett; Karen; Richard - they always take great care of our vehicles, with that personal touch.

Hmmm I took my 2012 GMC Acadia in for a rotate and balance My husband didn’t think it needed it but I am the primary driver of this vehicle and I like to keep it maintained. It had some road noise so I decided to do it before we took a trip south Iur regular tire place went out of business due to CoVid)I waited in the lobby for 2 full hours. The conversation in the room was so noisy it was hard to read a book etc. I was so glad when it was done. I left the drive and felt a dip I thought was in the road then my car started bouncing. I heard a pop at the right front and said out Loud what the heck was that?’ Then the car really started bouncing. I’m telling you my heart was thumping. I thought a wheel might fall off because what else could be wrong when they rotated and balanced?I called them and told them my car was undrivable so they said bring it back. Now it’s 5 pm closing time. A guy came out to take it for a drive then he had the mechanic to take it for a drive. They found front left wheel was counter balanced wrong so they fixed that. They came out and told me BOTH My Struts had blown all the gas and were no good!They told me I shouldn’t drive it (which I knew) and gave me an estimate of $820.00 to repair it. Well it’s Labor Day weekend and looks like I won’t be driving this on our trip!This has been a fantastic car and truthfully brakes, tires, oil change regularly and I’ve always felt safe. What are the chances of this happening at this moment?I called AAA which took another hour to get my husband to pick me up and the big truck to load up my vehicle. Sorry I can’t let them do this repair. Just saying.Not so happy

My rims were stuck on my car. They not only got them off but ground the rims down so hopefully won’t happen again. Really appreciated the extra service. Would recommend to anyone.

I have always done business with them but this time I had to wait 2 hours and 45 minutes to have 1 tire put on my motorhome.

Karen is an absolute gem! This gal knows her stuff and she is so sweet! Brett is amazing as well, he always informs me of any costs or additional things that may need to be addressed. They have always been good to me, so I will always be a loyal customer to them!

I replaced a brake caliper on my 2002 GMC Sierra and couldnt get the air out of the brake lines. I scheduled an appointment at my local Chevrolet dealer for a brake line flush, which they told me it would need because of the ABS system. Took the truck in on a Thursday morning and was told it would be done by evening. Went to pick it up and they hadnt touched it. Told me it would be done Friday afternoon. Went to get it and yet again they didnt even look at it. The manager came out and promised me they would get to it first thing in the morning. Saturday they sent me a text and said they couldnt get the bleeder valves broke, the calipers, brake lines needed replaced as well as the master cylinder. Quoted me a price of nearly $3,000 to fix. I bought this truck 2 years ago and had already replaced the brake lines master cylinder and had just put the 4th caliper on it so I knew something wasnt right. Brought the truck home and pulled the wheels off one by one checking if indeed the bleeder valves were rusted and couldnt be broke to bleed the system. Every one of the bleeders broke with ease and from what I could see the bleeder valves hadnt been touched, not a sign of a wrench or socket on any of them. Just my opinion but I think my Chevrolet dealer lied to my face. I think they just didnt want to work on the vehicle because of its age and the problems they could run into from past experience. Ive done my own car repairs for 45 years and only use repair shops when I cant do the job, in this case, I couldnt get the air out of the brake lines by myself.So after discovering all of this, I called Pomps to see if they could bleed my brakes. For $51 and an hour to do it they definitely have my business should I need a repair shop again. I would like to thank them for their honesty and for not trying to gouge me like the local Chevrolet dealer tried to!

Don’t take children if you’re going to wait! Went in for a tire and an oil change with my daughter and there were regular barrages of the F word and many other choice words from multiple employees. This made waiting an hour and a half for service that takes 30 minutes at most other places even less pleasant.

Quick, accurate, helpful, and courteous service all in one is very rare. I found it with this team.

Tires rotated and balanced & oil change

I recently purchased 4 brand new tires and Im very satisfied with them but I got a screw in one of them so I called in the morning to come and have it fixed. Appointment was at 2:30 didnt get out of there till 3:30 cause tire technician was spending more time on his phone than working on my tire. I could see him through the window setting his stuff on the hood of my car like wallet with phone in his hand talking. Very aggravating

Excellent service very thorough

Had several issues with the rack and pinion steering unit on 2003 GMV truck. The service department Crawfordsville Pomps Tire was persistent and after several repairs resolved the steering issue. Any work done prior to resolving the steering problem credit was given. I take my 4 vehicles to Pomps Tire because they get the job done, and treat the customer fairly.

They squeezed me in last minute. They were super quick and customer service was amazing!
