We were out of town driving on the interstate when our low tire light came on. A helpful local suggested Surbs tire! Luckily we were able to make it after airing up at a gas station!! The staff was very helpful and kind!! Quick service!! They were able to fix our tire and we were on our way!!! Very satisfied customer!!!!

We had to stop here after an emergency to replace tires to get home safely and after being in a car unexpectedly for 20 hours, this was not what we were hoping for, for one reason only. There is an employee by the name of Summer who by far has shown the WORST service. I personally watched her go off, cuss words and all, on a fellow employee over something he was unaware of. No employee should EVER have to deal with being talked to like that at work. In addition to that, Summer then walked over to our car and started aggressively going off on me and my family for something that we were also unaware of. It was rude, condescending and she has no place working in customer service. She, and whoever hired her, should be ashamed of themselves for hiring someone who is okay with talking to employees and customers in that manner. However, I want to mention that our technician named Greg was absolutely amazing. Professional, friendly, and quick. I would HIGHLY recommend asking for Greg when visiting this shop... just avoid Summer.

We came in late in the day during Strawberry Festival with a flat on our dually. All the tires we bad which I knew and hitting a pothole blew the 1. They had 6 light truck tires and had them mounted very quickly. We had a great experience and price was good.

I needed new front tires for my Ford fusion and after having a bad experience with Pomps I did some searching. Not only did I get better tires for a better price but the warranty for the tires if something happened out of state would be covered and would be good for all Surbs tires and affiliates within the warranty. They were friendly, efficient and had my tires done quickly without waiting 2 hours or having a tire blow upon driving home. Will have my tires done here for my future vehicles. Thanks again

Surbs is THE BEST. I work in Cville and today was the third time Ive gone to them to patch a tire. This time it was not repairable, so they did their best to find a replacement. Unfortunately, this exact tire wasnt available (at any tire shop) and the only perfect OE match could be found at a dealership in Avon. They put a loaner tire on my car in order to get me home safely (to Brownsburg) instead of having to drive on the tiny spare. The best part?... After all of that effort on their end, they didnt even charge me a penny. Instead, they just asked me to return the used/loaner tire at my convenience. Everyone there was kind, knowledgeable, and did their absolute best to help me.

Ive used them 5 or 6 times over the last couple of years. And theyre always super helpful and informative. And their prices are far.

In the last month, on 3 separate occasions, I took 3 different vehicles here for service. Each time I was disappointed by the communication of the staff. The customer service reps seemed to be inconvenienced by questions, and there was poor (or altogether a lack of) note taking about the concerns I had with each vehicle. When speaking with them, they came across defensive and even disrespectful. At the very least (giving them the benefit of a doubt), it seemed as if they had better things to do than give attention to customer concerns.On my last attempt at taking a vehicle for an appointment (that I scheduled a week in advance), when I arrived, the customer service rep found the note for my appointment (which only had one of my six concerns listed), and told me, Well see if we can get this in today, as if the appointment wasnt certain.

I would recommend surb tires to everyone. We were traveling from Northwest Indiana to TN when our brakes went out on the truck. We got it to their shop in Crawsfordville and they went above and beyond. The looked at the truck got us a room at the Holiday Inn with a great discount, drove us over there. They called us before closing the shop for the day to see if we needed anything else out of the truck. Came and picked us up the next day when the truck was ready. Great service.

Theyve been in the business a long time, you dont do that in a small town if youre screwing people.A good value, price and excellent service. Theyll tell you if somethings not right. We were on a trip from Michigan to Arizona. Flew a tire. They had only one. They put it on and realized there was a slice and needed to patch it. Because we had to wait a little bit longer and because of the patch, they gave us the tire for free. They didnt want us to leave in a bad tire or the donut. They have great hospitality and my family and I greatly appreciate their care for us(and everyone else who walked through that door). They went the extra mile with everyone in there. Would recommend them time and time again!

Can’t recommend Surb’s highly enough!On Monday I was moving cross country from Chicago to North Carolina. Partway in Indiana, my tire went flat beyond repair. We realized that the spare was also completely flat.John from Surb’s met us on the highway, filled the spare with air and led us back to his shop where the staff quickly replaced my tire at a fantastic price and had me on my way in no time. Not only that, but two hours out of town, we realized we had forgotten to grab the spare wheel. After partially unpacking the car just to check, we saw that they had put the spare back in. Which meant they would have completely unpacked my car, put the spare back in, and repacked it perfectly including my delicate cello and many valuables. I am so impressed and thankful for their efficiency and kindness.

John and his guys worked a true miracle for us today! We are were on our way home to Washington, IL from dropping our daughter off at Virginia Tech and it was a rough ride for Mom already (lots of tears) and we ended up almost losing a wheel due to wheel bearing failure but by the grace of God we made it to the Pilot Travel Center, it was after 5 on Friday so we got towed to Surbs, got a hotel and got a call from John first thing this morning. Once he found out we were stranded he called in reinforcements and got us fixed and on our way back home to our 3 younger kids who are anxiously awaiting us! They fixed my mothers car after she hit a curb and tore a few pieces up, but good!!!!We ended up turning it into insurance and by the time the work was done, they saved me some money so my total out of pocket with some extra work they did was about $200 on a $2200 bill. I was very happy with their work and they communicated well with us on the work. I am thinking of having them do some work on an old truck I got.
