I once applied at this place, but was turned down due to unknown reasons. It would have been nice to get into transmissions full time as I only do them on the side. Anywho, they always remained professional and honest. I ended up going back and purchasing a part needed to do my next build, Jim was kind and generous. A great place to go for service and repairs.

My car had an issue on a Sunday morning and no auto repair shop was open. Wilsons came to tow me to their shop to look at it on Monday, but was able to remove the broken piece and make my car safe to drive home (I was more than an hour from home). They went above and beyond!

Ive used Wilsons for a couple different services and have had a great experience every time! The girls are so nice, I am always informed of whats going on before anything is done. I will for sure be back!

This company was amazing! My son’s jeep wouldn’t go in forward or reverse. It was parked at wabash college. I called & they were there with a tow truck within 15 min. I used my AAA for the towing fee, his jeep was fixed that day & the cost was not outrageous. Very pleased with this company!

Took my truck in to get AC serviced. Kept for a week said they fixed it. They didn’t even check. Still didn’t work, took it back for another week. Ordered the wrong parts. Got it done. Still didn’t check and still didn’t work. Horrible follow up on their work and communication. Will never take any of my vehicles or ever refer anyone to them.

My bike was in an accident at 7pm at night was towed there and I was there to get it at 1130am the next morning. They changed me for two days of storage but was nice enough to remove one of the storage charges. My bike wasnt even there for 24 hours. In my opinion that is taking advantage of people.

They are nice people but I kind of feel like my leg is being pulled around. they have had my vehicle since tuesday at noon. Turns out the catalytic converter is bad which one idk I was told there are 2 in my vehicle. now Im going to be be waiting probably another entire day just to get an estimate. Who knows how long to actually get the job done. I keep getting told let me find out and Ill call u back then no one calls I have to reach out every time I need to know stuff.

We had to stop on a recent road trip to South Carolina due to an A/C issue. Wilsons was recommended by AAA so we called them and they told us to stop on in. This was after we were told by another company that they couldnt see us until the next day. The service at this family owned business was outstanding! They were friendly, knowledgeable and treated us like locals. We didnt know what we were in for but after about 45 min. to an hour, we were treated to a fully functioning A/C system and only a $35 bill! We highly recommend Wilsons and thank them for their wonderful service!

Unnecessary upcharge on vehicle storage and my vehicle was damaged during their handling. Come here if you feel you have too much money and want to get rid of it without anything in return.

Our car broke down in Crawfordsville on the way home to Chicago.They towed my car and 20 minutes after it broke down and it was well after business hours. They then had the car fixed first thing the next morning and they even dropped it off at the hotel we were staying at.They were friendly and charged a very reasonable price. We are very lucky we broke down where we did.Highly recommended.

Outstanding service and it didnt cost me a cent! I was traveling through on vacation when my turn signal (multi-function control) started smoking. Clint found the part number but was not able to locate a spare locally. I told him my route to Minneapolis and he was able to locate a part a couple of hours away along my route. He put the part on hold in my name and I was able to pick it up before they close (it was over 2 hours away). He helped me how to install the part myself! I was very fortunate to have found Wilsons Autotech and they didnt charge me for any of this service, it saved my vacation! You cant go wrong with these people!

This is our go to for auto repair.

About midnight on 10/11/14, we hit a pothole at the I-74/rIN 32 (Crawfordsville, IN) intersection that destroyed the right front tire, bending the rim. We were able to drive about a 1/4 mile to a Pilot truck stop on the run flat tire. We have BMW roadside service that was useless in that they could not find a tow service to help us, except they did call the local police department for a recommendation. The police department recommend Wilson Towing and Repair of Crawfordsville. We received a call from John and Wilsons who was very helpful and dispatched a driver with new flat bed which arrived within minutes. Their driver was courteous, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs, taking care to load the car carefully. This is not something anyone wants to experience, but if you do, I hope youre within range of Wilsons Towing and Repair.

Great place! Excellent workmanship!

While on a trip, I hit a deer on I74. Got towed to their place. They secured my vehicle. The owners let me use their personal vehicle to go 32 miles one way to get a rental vehicle. They moved my wrecked vehicle into a barn and helped unload my stuff and reload all of it into the rental. They really helped me and took care of me.
