On vacation in the area and having issues with brakes, called and was setup with a quick appointment. Team was very informative of the issues I was having and explained in detail. When in this area I will definitely contact for vehicle services needed. Highly recommend, do not think you will be disappointed.

An air conditioning break down caused me to pull off the interstate and call JTR Inc. What an unexpected surprise that they fit us in immediately and had us on our way with fully functioning air conditioning within 2 hours. I could not have asked for a better repair experience- fast, affordable, professional, customer service oriented, in a spotless state of the art facility. Very few places will work on anything under the hood of a class C RV, JTR Inc didnt hesitate and I could not be happier with the entire experience- I highly recommend them.

Fast and efficient. We were told they wouldnt be able to get my car in for three days. We dropped it off and they had it in and diagnosed the next day. Had it fixed that afternoon. They kept us up to speed the whole way through. We will definitely bring our cars back in the future if needed.

Our motor-home broke down the Friday before the 4th of July while my wife and I were heading home from a 1,000 mile trip. We were extremely pleased by the service we received from JTR Repair. The gentleman on the phone was polite and efficient. He quickly understood where we were and what had happened to our vehicle. We didnt have to repeat ourselves over and over like you have to do with so many people on the phone. He sent out a service vehicle for a roadside assistance call who arrived within 30 minutes. The service tech / mechanic quickly diagnosed our electrical problem, made the necessary repairs, and we were one the road home again very quickly.I wouldnt hesitate to call JTR Repair again if I needed help while in the Crawfordsville area.

I went in for Diagnostic of a check engine light. After the diagnostic was complete, I was taken to the car and every point was discussed and completely explained to me. A few days later I scheduled the work, and the car isRunning great.

Communication with what was going on with my repair was lacking and I’ve talked to the owner about it. I’d recommend the mechanics as I believe they do do great work. The owner does a lot of stuff for the community. But as for us we will go to another local mechanic for repairs and maintenance based upon how the owner responded to us.

I was give 5 stars.the manager was asked if I could . Nice staff I really like the guy replace my truck turbo kit and I bought my own turbo kit . Until I saw the invoice $1924.01 they been over charge $500 for the parts . Next day I call the same dealer asked same part, $150 speed sensor they charged me$ 475.84. I had been charged other $99.20 and 2 bolt $58.06They even did not told me 24 hour open shop had over time charging $202.46 / per hrs. With 6 hrs. I really been their shop by 5hrs . Beware over charge.

Went in for a routine oil change. I had been smelling oil. About a year ago Goodyear (Pomps Tire) did a bunch of work. The oil leaks are from a bad job on an intake manifold gasket. Its leaking so bad oil is.pooling on top of motor. I have an appointment Tuesday with JTR to fix this. They are even providing a rental.

We have used JTR for about a year for our regular oil changes and rotations. When my Durangos check engine light came on, we knew exactly where to take it. JTR also worked on a very tight time schedule that day having my oil changed and the issue fixed before the time we told them we needed. Theyve been amazing!

I had recently had work done within 30 minutes of arriving here. I had blew out a brake line. Spurt of the moment decision took it there and they got me in asap and fixed my problem will definitely be back and refer this place to others.

Excellent and courteous service, drove in unscheduled and began the process of finding the problem, being midafternoon it was to late to drive to Indianapolis to get the part, they shuttled me to a Hamptons, which itself was excellent and courteous, and picked me up at Hamptons back to repair shop, back on the road by 2pm, delivered load at Indy 4pm

JTR I have used them on my motorhome and personal vehicle both times I had issues with bolts that were broken into block they done work other shops wouldnt in timely manner at reasonable price highly recommend this business for any thing you need done.

Traveling from Illinois to Indiana when check engine light came on while on interstate. Called JTR’s from the gas station down the street. They got us right in, diagnosed the problem and the part was there within a half hour. The coil was replaced and we were on our way. They turned a very scary stressful situation into very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend JTR’s. Everyone was so friendly and the property was amazing. My 5 young kids were able to run around while we waited. Thanks again JTR’s!!

Everybody at JTR is professional and kind. I was having battery issues with my Silverado, and they tried their hardest to find an issue with it. I had two different mechanics just make up a reason that the battery was dying in order to make money, but the guys at JTR were honest and that is priceless to me. I will continue to go to JTR for everything for all of my vehicles.

Fantastic service. I moved here from Oklahoma and was given a flyer for a discounted oil change. They were very nice and told me anything that was done or that they saw needed done at some point.Took my car back just this week bc oil pressure light came on. I mentioned a few other things as well. They checked everything and told me what they found, fixed the few things I needed fixed and we are waiting on a repair that will need to be done at some point! Then they came and picked me up and took me to get my car. I was even given a gift bag!☺They have the cleanest shop I have ever seen, customer service is top notch, fair prices! Very please and impressed with JTR from the very first phone call to after our repair was completed! They had a loaner car ready and available for us when we dropped off our car. Got a video text showing the suggested repairs. When my wife picked up her vehicle she was very pleased to see that they also included sweeping and wiping down the inside! Will be back for our other needs and highly recommend them!

Called twice for pricing. Both times someone was to get right back with me. Both times no one did. Spent the $700+ at Stephenson Auto with same day price. Dropped car at 10am done at 3pm.

Excellent service all the way around. Didnt take long at all. Theres a fridge with drinks available and a few little snacks. They also provide wifi while you wait. The gentleman at the counter was extremely nice and very professional. We will definitely be back.

I brought my car in for an oil change. They got me right in. The tech found a coolant leak I had been looking for for months and showed me where it was. There was no pressure to fix it, he just wanted me to know where it was. I appreciated that very much. And the cost was almost half what it cost me to go to Christi Hubler last time. Highly Recommend JTR Repair! Needed a large repair on my 08 pickup. Due to the age of my truck and nature of the repair I really needed a skilled shop for the job. JTR came through! Final price paid was the price quoted, work performed was clearly detailed on invoice from start of job to completion, and backed by a 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty. At a less experienced shop, this repair could have seriously gone wrong and cost much more time and money.JTR are true professionals, with the customer in mind. Their shop is over an hour drive for me, but Ill continue to make the drive. Superb!

I had a problem with my 08 Ram 1500. Noise in the differential. I assumed it was the pinion bearing going bad. It is not easy finding someone to work on a differential that knows what they are doing.1. Bailey in the front office provided all the answers I had when asking about differential repair. Took extra time to find a ball park estimate for the repair.2. Again Bailey called, as promised, about the problem that was found and provided an estimate before going ahead with the repair. Got a call couple days later saying the job was done.3. When picking up the truck, Mike came out to the desk and showed me the damaged bearing, along with the roller bearing cage broken in half. Much longer and the whole differential would of had to be replaced due to too much metal floating around inside the casing.4. The following business day Justin sent me a text to follow up on the work provided. (I have never had that happen from any other service provider)As I told Justin,A lot can claim to be good, few are actually good.Thank you JTR team.Highly recommended.

Some may not know this but jtr has a alignment machine. My car steering wheel was off. Took it too there shop come back driving better then ever. Was also inspected for free while there for other issues. Was told the front tires was going to need changed soon due to the alignment being off was showed pics of the on side of the tires. This saved me from having a blow out and being stuck on the road or even worse mess up the car from tire or having a wreck. I will be a returning customer for my needs on my other cars.
