I 10/10 recommend this salon! I recently started coming here because I’ve had such a hard time finding a place I feel comfortable at and I’ll never switch now. Rosemary and Andy are the sweetest people and they always make the experience so amazing. I’ve never had anything negative to say about them and several of my friends and family also started going to them. Thank you for being great!

I have gotten pedicures and full sets from here and each time they always have a wide selection of colors (both regular and gel) available and some cool design options. Staff is always friendly, welcoming, and social who, who take the time to give you a perfect, relaxing service!

This is my 2nd time at the salon. I was a walk in both times and I was taken within 15 mins. They offer so many colors and designs, I took the whole 15 mins to decide. My first set was Gel Purple Cat Eye for $42. That set last a 3 weeks before needed a fill. Current set (pictured) cost $28. Love the salon and feeling pampered once a month is nice.

They went fast paid 45$ for a deluxe pedi n my nails look like my 3 yr old lil cousin painted them and my feet aint soft they suck will never go back

The one time I had a problem (my nail didn’t dry completely under the light - the machines problem, nobody else’s,) I went in the next day and they immediately fixed it!! Not great. They took me and my boyfriend as walk-ins. I asked her for an acrylic fill and the prices were so cheap I was excited that I might have found the next best spot. However, she found one of my nails was coming off so she pealed off all of my nails which was really painful and didnt even ask if I wanted that. Then she asked if I wanted a full set. I did not have time for that as I had only planned for the fill. I chose to just get the gel polish. She did two coats of a light blue polish. The polish was see- through and I could still see my natural nails underneath. She then just painted a top coat before asking if I wanted another coat of the color. I was really disappointed. There were a lot of other people there so Im sure she was rushing to get them done, but I was still expecting something that I wouldnt have to paint over myself the next day. Cheap prices, but cheap work.

I was very impressed with the quality of work done at this salon. I had a gel manicure done 2 days prior at another salon that had chipped, so I googled salons in the area with the best reviews and Perfect Nails was #1. Its 2 weeks later & the gel polish is still looking great without a single chip. So incredibly reasonably priced. Would go back there again in a heart beat.

There are a lot of choices in Cranston for a manicure or pedicure but this one is the best. Such good work, so professional and such nice people. Rose and Andy are just the best. Lovely people. And great work! My daughter gets acrylic stilettos there all the time, and there is no upcharge. I dont know what the one reviewer was talking about, but I have been there when, sadly, some rude customers treated staff poorly and the staff was always professional.

I had my nails done with a gel manicure which came out perfect. I also got the permanent eye liner done which also came out great. The staff was very nice. The only downfall is that I was there 3 HOURS to get Everything done. It took very long. Other than that service was awesome!!

Perfect Nails is the best nail salon hands down. They offer multiple services. 3 years ago I was introduced to the salon & Ive been coming ever since. I refer everyone to them. The customer service is out of this world they no all of the customers by there first names. They are very polite & friendly. The establishment is very neat & clean. The work they do speaks for itself. I get so many compliments on my nails & the quality is awesome. Sometimes I miss a fill & my nails still look shiny & beautiful. The pedicures are to die for. GREAT GREAT GREAT nail salon. Let them no Renee sent you. I can go on & on I love Perfect Nails!!!

Im very happy with my nails. After looking for some time a good nail tech I finally found it. Andy took his time to take care of details other technicians didnt take before. I finally can say... my search is over, I have a nail tech💅. Thank you Andy.

I like the new way they do things they take your temperature, they have plastic walls to separate you from others and they give you your own bag with nail supplies to bring back definitely wouldnt mind going again, Andy is super nice and his nephew too

Will never go back. Friend and I went in for pedicures together and honestly I could have done a better job myself. While we were getting ours done a woman came in to say that she had her nails done a few days prior and was unhappy with the results, the staff was rude and offered her no help at all..no compensation nothing.

Im so sad. Ive been coming to this salon for several months now and Im so surprised and mad with this situation. I went with my daughter for a full set of gel and a refill of gel. The bill... $74 + tip. The refill was $18 and the full set $38 as is stated on the board. When my daughter asked about it she was told the charge for the shape of the nail we choose which was coffin shape and stilleto but still... how does that add up?? How come in a refill were my nails had already being shape and charge 2 weeks before to charge me again for it if my nails already had the shape? You cant just do stuff and not letting client know the extra fee... how dare you???? how much for the shapes? How much for the hand cream and massage? That was what I really needed to know which was not answered. All this time I thought my search for a good nail tech was over but I think Im not done. This is bs and not smart. Ill take my business elsewhere. Im sorry guys but I do love my money and because Im a pretty good tipper doesnt mean Im giving my money away. They might be very nice but not all a client is looking for.

Dropped of my girlfriend and daughter here for a manicure and pedicure. They both came out happy and said the staff were friendly, accommodating, and did a good job. The place was clean and there is plenty of parking. I thought the prices were great compared to other places I have taken them, so I was happy about that.

I got a fill, with Gel polish Friday 4/15/19, while filing my nails she cut me several times. Put glue on my blood and the cuts. I let that go. But by the time I had left the nail salon two of my nails were already peeling from not being dry correctly. There is no reason why gel shouldn’t be dry!!! The shaping was all messed. When I asked her to fix it, she said it was just my nail. Also you could see my nail underneath because she didn’t go over it twice with the polish. I couldn’t even bring myself to complain because of how upset I was, I just wanted to get out. Never again.

Love Rosemay and find it very clean and everyone friendly. Been getting my gel pedicures here for years!
