Worst pedi of my life ended in trip to urgent care due to infection. The woman doing my pedi either was untrained or just didnt care. First, she used the grinding tool on my toes very carelessly. I told her she was hurting me and she continued to hit my flesh. This caused multiple wounds and in the weeks following they got infected because the machine forced splinters into my cuticles and on the tips of my toes. I ultimately had to go to urgent care and have a doctor remove slivers of nail. Also the pedicure was done in wrong order. She painted my toes first, then soaked my feet afterwards for a very short time. Despite paying $10 extra for callous removal she spent less than 2 mins, only used a pumice stone and barely even touched the callous . She didnt use any tools around my cuticles, just completely skipped that step of the pedicure. For a $70 plus tip pedi, the tech made a very poor effort. Also, You can only tip in cash. They conveniently have an ATM on sight so I was forced to pay extra fees in order to tip. But, thats not the real reason for my bad review. Its the toe nail shrapnel that gets me! The owner needs to do better quality control

My cousin did acrylic nails here and a pedicure and they are not professionally done. The price for the quality is outrageous! Her acrylic nails are crooked and tilt up, not a cute look. Do not go here to get your nails done.

It was nice. Pedicure and manicure service. They also do acrylic and gel nails. Nice store. Somewhat a long wait even after calling for an appointment but it was Saturday! Good times.

Walked in at 630 with my friend both for a refill. There were 3 workers, one was occupied with a customer. Instantly one lady separated us into different sections. The lady with the customer told her to hold on while she started my refill. After 10 min 3 other customers came in. My lady rushed my fill. My fill Literally was done in 15 min. I noticed my old nail Polish under my fill. I then told her I wanted a design. My polish need at least 3 coats and she only did two. My design was not even, and polish on my skin and then she charged me $7 for the design. Not to mention there was a special sign refill for 15, and she charged me $17

Place poorly maintenance,Not quite friendly, cold service. A little bit on the pricey side. I truly hope they take more care of their place and customers next time. Such a miss opportunity for a repeat customers.

Manicurist was friendly enough, but I got acrylic manicure and they charged me for gel manicure.Also clipped my own natural nail 2x while applying the fake nails and it hurt a lot. Took over 1.5 hr. My normal salon I’m in and out in 45 min for a full set. Sorry I won’t be back but best of luck

One thing that I love about this salon is their wide selection of nail polishes. They have a bout every color, which is amazing. The prices are pretty good for the quality of their service. I am super picky about who does my feet and I am so happy that I have continued to come here. They are very quiet, detail oriented and professional.I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

Very clean and doesnt have that overwhelming smell most nail salons have from all the products being used. I got a pedicure and I really wish I remember who did it. She took her time, was extremely friendly, and did a great job. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and even the front desk receptionist was friendly and held conversation! I definitely recommend giving them a try as far as pedicures go. Great experience.

I love going to to get my nails done. She always does a good job and makes the experience super fun. Its a little bit of a drive for me since I moved but I still make time to go see her. She never disappoints, she always does my nails just like I envision! I always feel so comfortable when Im in her shop! :)

We called ahead and made appointments and we were taken care of as soon as we walked in. It is a very sanitary salon and everyone who works there is engaging, professional and polite. I absolutely love this place. The staff are great and very friendly. The place is clean and neat, and they have a wide range of methods and colours for you to choose from. I got an acrylic set with gel + chrome, as well as a chrome gel pedicure, and both lasted far longer than I expected - everything looked neat and pretty one month later. The price is also affordable.

The owner is the sweetest! Everytime I come here I am blown away by their customer service. The moment you step in the door every single person is in a good mood. The employees are all happy and even the other customers enjoy themselves. The atmosphere is perfect! I drive 30 minutes outside of where I live just to come here & Im surrounded by nail salons! I think i found my new go-to spot! i set up an appointment for noon. i got there early and they took me right in! Technician did my acrylics paid so much attention to detail, and she even did a custom gel design for me. i was so happy with my nails - which is the first time in a long time ive left a salon pleased. i will definitely be back!

Ive been here for a few times. The price is reasonable, the employees are nice and polite,they do good job on me all the time, the place is always tidy and clean. I dont have a stable time for my job so I always have to do walk in and their wait can be accepted. Sooo, I think this place is a must try ! U wont be disappointed.

After reading through countless Google reviews for salons all over Cranston, I decided to get a SNS manicure and regular pedicure at Park Avenue Nail Salon. Not being from the area, I relied heavily on the reviews of others, and let me start by saying that my experience exceeded all expectations. I called the day before and the owner promptly and politely took my name and confirmed my reservation time for the next morning. Upon entering the immaculately clean and beautiful salon. Kim then confirmed the services I wanted and started a very relaxing foot bath. The pedicure was absolutely amazing (my cuticles werent smothered with polish and the coats were even) and I felt SO relaxed due to the massage by the chair and Kims expert hands. I was then helped off the chair to Kims station where she did my SNS nails. As it was my first time, I had a million questions and Kim answered every single one -- often addressing others I hadnt even thought of. Also, because Im a bit klutzy at times, I ruined my pedicure three times when trying to maneuver around my chair. Even still, Kim fixed my smudged polish with a smile on her face every time. Talk about fantastic customer service!All in all, I throughly enjoyed my experience at Park Avenue Nail Salon. Attentive, kind and polite staff. Reasonable prices. Beautiful, serene environment. I can hardly wait for my next visit!

Lovely relaxing salon. Got a gel manicure and it chipped 2 days later so I went back and they redid that nail and touched up all the other tips free of charge. Its been a week now and my nails still look fantastic! Will definitely go back.

Went to get individual lashes for the first time. They hurt pretty bad. I got them the shortest length but they actually hurt while being applied. I thought maybe pain was part of the process, but upon doing research, I learned that it wasnt supposed to be this painful. Still actually hurts very much.

I have been getting my nails done here since I moved to the area recently. This nail salon has the best customer service compared to ANY other nail salon Ive been to. My gel manicures also last MUCH longer than when I go anywhere else. They really take their time to do a great job!

I showed the old guy a picture and he didn’t even try to make it look like the picture. Each nail was uneven compared to my left hand and it was a mess.

Terrible! The place is dirty, over priced, and my gel manicure is already chipping day 3! They have the partitions for covid protection but the surfaces felt gritty, behind the pedi chairs were absolutely disgusting, the armrest of my pedi chair was dirty, the pedi chair didt work, and I dont feel at all they are disinfecting after each customer. I will never go back.

Love how they take their time. I feel so relaxed and enjoy the rest of day after getting my nails done here. I havent been disappointed yet. Coming back again and again.

I wish I could give no stars. I went here once for a pedicure cause a friend of mine works there. Walking in, right off the bat, I was disgusted. Absolutely filthy. The floors were disgusting, the seats were ripped and missing fabric... They didnt use any new tools on me, they were all used beforehand but were sitting in a cloudy cup of I dont even know what, and they were handing tools back and forth to each other. I was mortified. Mostly because I was pregnant and didnt want to catch anything. The woman who did my nails though was very nice and did a nice job. Other than that, horrible experience overall.Never would I ever go here again, not even for a friend.

Most important, this salon was clean! Very pleasant atmosphere. They are very accommodating and have excellent customer service. While appointments are not required, I made one so that I could get a mani and pedi at the same time (maximizing my time!) My nails look great and they even provide an added neck massage. I will return!

I have little confidence in many salons and often prefer no polish, just simple mani pedi.But lately Ive been really into nail art and exploring dip colors so I had to find a nail salon I could have confidence in near me and stop picking salons at random because visions of nail art just dont turn out as expected at random places.

Do not wasted your time going there. I did a pedicure with the owner which should be the example of her place. She rushed it and didn’t finish correctly, plus she leave you waiting in middle of her service with you, to go and take other clients to do her eyelashes.Never going there again! Seriously there more place in Park Ave doing better job than this unprofessional place.

Worst place ever. Girl that did my nail was learning. Every nail different size and shape. Every nail is bumpy and look like I could’ve done it experimenting with a tutorial. Don’t do it to yourself, place is dirty and just staff doesn’t have experience maybe the owner but seemed like she was booked into next week.

Got dip powder on Thursday, had to go back on Friday because two were broken. Today 5 of my nails are cracked. This is ridiculous!!! I am going back home to Michigan early Monday before they open, so I won’t be able to have them fixed. I will have to pay to get them redone when I get back to my regular salon. I am so upset, either the brand of powder they use is sub par or the tech didn’t know what she was doing. I think it’s the latter because she took a long time and didn’t seem too confident. My nails have always lasted 3 weeks or longer and I only have to get them redone due to new growth. I hate I wasted my money, time and gas going here.

I had called in and asked if there was time for me to come in and get a fill and a manicure without a wait and the girl told me that was fine and to come in. When I arrived the place was beyond packed and we sat there for about 20-30 minutes before even being acknowledged that we were there which was frustrating. On top of the customer service the place is a complete mess. I was watching a couple people get pedicures while waiting and it looked as though they washed off the tools they were using straight in they were using and then threw it into a cart. No sterilizing, no real cleaning of the item.....this to me is completely disgusting and i do not want what was used on someone elses feet to be used on mine. My gel only lasted me a week before it started to chip. The nails themselves has a nice shape to them but the quality of the paint job i wish was a little better. If i could give this place 0 stars just for hygiene id be pleased.

WORST nail salon experience I have ever had! The guy was rude and made me super uncomfortable. Soaked my gels off with ENORMOUS wads of cotton, that dripped acetone all over my hands and the table. The place was filthy, and I used the bathroom, not only was there pee in the toilet but there was no soap in the bathroom at all. Super grossed me out because there was no tp in the toilet (meaning one of the men had just used it & then not washed their hands after!!!)He cut my cuticles too deeply, and did a terrible job filing my nails. My nails are uneven, rough, and peeling in some spots. I was going to get a new set of gels but he was doing such a terrible job that I stopped him after removing the polish and said that was all I wanted. He told me it was 5$ to remove the gels, but charged me another 10$ for filing my nails. Ridiculous! I should have refused to pay.I will never go back.

Awful awful awful. The tech that did my nails did not care about anything I asked For. She ignored me when I told her I wanted gel and not dip. They charge $25 for gel polish and $25 for a fill. She made my nails so bulky and gross- she couldn’t shape them, blamed me for a nail she destroyed because I came in with it chipped and did whatever the f she wanted.Save your money and wait to go to your own salon, or even one at the mall. I came here because nothing was open after 5 in my area. I 100% regret it.

I am not one to write reviews. I did want to share my experience.I Called first,to see if an appointment was necessary I was pleasantly told to come right in. As soon as I stepped in the door, I wasnt quite sure I wanted to be there. There was no receptionist, and the few people that were there seemed to be busy on their cell phones. I was asked to take a seat at chair#6, ( there was a gentleman sitting in the next seat playing on his phone, who clearly worked there, I said hello, and received no response. when the technician came over to fill the basin,soon excused herself to answer a text message. I certainly did not feel my business was appreciated. I asked the tech how she was and she winced as a reply. I mentioned I was happy to be there. I wasnt able to engage her in a conversation. My pedicure was ok, although nothing special, I often look forward to the foot and calf massage ( a super special treat for me, as I am on them 8+ hrs a day at work) which was well below what I am used to.Quite a disappointment.The salon could also use a good cleaning, the floor was filthy.i would not recommend this salon or service.I will look for a another salon that will provide me with better service and will appreciate my business,PS my sons name is on the review, not sure how to change that. Lol

Excellent experience! Been a while since Ive gone to a great nail salon in Cranston. I got the gel mani and regular pedi. Massage chair was great. All Manicurists were kind and very sweet. In fact when more customers arrived, more manicurists showed up. All accommodations were met. I left a very relaxed and happy about my mani pedi. This is my new nail place!

Very disapointed. If I could give this company negative stars I would. I called for a 3:30 appointment, didnt get in until 4:20. Staff is very unfriendly. The place is dirty. A coupon is offered on the website but they dont accept it because the price is already discounted, why do they bother having a coupon then? Supposedly the regular price is $25 and they discount it to $23 without the coupon, so they dont take the coupon. The guy who did my daughters nails didnt talk to her at all, except to ask her if she wanted to pay before he painted her nails. Part of her thumb nail wasnt painted. The worst nail salon experience of our lives. I recommend spending a little more for better quality and service elsewhere. I will not be going back!
