Hannah is the best at what she does. The whole staff is amazing and friendly. Leena is absolutely amazing and is very welcoming and makes sure things are on time and on point. Anna is also extremely welcoming and efficient and makes sure the attention in on the customer .I am thrilled with my nails as I am a first time customer and will go nowwhere else but here.

Worst place to waste money. Came from out of town to spend some time with friends. A girlfriend of mine wanted to get her nails done. So I figured I had a week before I normally would get mine touched up so i joined her. Worst mistake. Not only did I on the day of my visit have to reexplain myself over and over again that I wanted a French tip. Then she proceeded not to even put a base color for the French tips. I indeed needed to remind the tech. Then the next morning the gel nail polish I paid for started to chip drastically. I contacted the shop. When speaking to the manager/ owner. I explained that I was leaving the following morning and I did not even live in the state and I wanted to come in just to be touched up. She stated that the person that did my nails wasn’t in and she wouldn’t be able to help me. I explained again that I wouldn’t have another day to come in since I didn’t live there then continued to say she couldn’t help me unless I waited two hours to be seen. I explained to her again that I was stopping my visit just to touch up nails that shouldn’t be even chipping and told her I would be there around 3 p.m. for the touch up. When I arrived she made me wait about 39 mins to be seen. When I sat down she began to go off on how everyone works on Commission and that she shouldn’t be helping me because I’m not her customer. I asked her if there was a owner or manager I could speak to and she added that she manages everything. But doesn’t do other coworkers people because she doesn’t make any money out of it. As if I asked her to start from scratch on my nails. She only went over the color once since she didn’t want to be involved. The following morning. I now had 3 chipped nails and was leaving town. Day 3 all the nail polish is chipped and my real nails are cracking. Don’t waste your time money or ruin you’re perfectly healthy nails. Highly disappointed.* my main reason for writing this review is to make it clear if I pay for a service no matter who does it I am paying for a service in one facility and should be treated as so. In all Reality the facility runs on the payments we make for service regardless of who’s performing the service. If I contact the facility one day after service I should be treated as if my payment is valuable and should feel comfortable enough to be taking care of. Without hassle. Lastly if you are concerned about COVID avoid this place at all cost. Extremely dirty and no protocols are being taken. I highly recommend J&j nails on admiral street. Way cleaner better service and no hassle. It’s my go to when I am in town. Sadly I didn’t go here and now I live to regret it. French tip also looked like a 4 year old did it no wonder it didn’t last.

Maria gave me an excellent pedicure. She is very friendly and took time to do my nails. They look awesome and I dont even wear color on my nails.

May is the best. She’s sweet and quick. When I was unhappy with how one of the workers left my nails she fixed it for me after she was done with my mothers nails with no charge. She truly knows what she’s doing and her work is amazing. Ask for her if you want someone who takes their time to give you good quality service.

Worst place to get nails done. I went to get my gel taken off and they left all my nails uneven. I told the lady and she treated me and my mom terribly. They have the worst customer service. They can’t get the job done correctly.

I clearly told the lady I wanted I wanted a REGULAR pedicure ok after she hands me a $60 bill. Not cool you do that to ppl and the service wasnt even all that. You switch up ppl order so it cost you double at the end. Never again will I spend my hard working money here.

Just relocated from Miami and I love this place, i’ve only ever been seen by Kim and she’s great, can’t speak for anyone else. Friendly and efficient service, also the best eyebrow wax i’ve ever had. Love them !

Great customer service and professional nail technicians. Don’t speak much English but one of the best I’ve been to. 100% recommend. But very sad John had to move away. Come here and leave with satisfaction.

Nails are always different shapes and sizes. Don’t recommend.

The women weren’t bad. But the guy refused to fix my nails. Usually nail salons shape before and after polish. He shaped them once, and that was that. Didn’t even use the tools to smooth out the acrylic or nothing. He applied GLOBS of powder, leaving my nails too thick and heavy feeling. When I asked if he can shape them a little better after my nails were dry, he said “too late”. He rushed the price at me before my nails were even fully dry! I left unsatisfied and ended up taking them off days later

I come here every two weeks to get my nails done, Kim (the owner) does phenomenal work on my nails, I’m very satisfied with my experience each and every time I go, the atmosphere is relaxing, & the staff is Amazing!! Kim, Nancy, Tina & Rachel always make my experience memorable, I highly recommend Hollywood Nails for all your nail services!

My favorite and only nails feet and eyelash place to go

First timer. My under nails were with chunk of acrylic and around my fingers too. You could see my disappointment but even though I wasnt happy at all I didnt say a thing. Im a nail technician myself and unable to do my nails due to surgery. I dont know how she didnt notice the horrible nails she make me... but Im going to fix it... $37 the set and $10 in tip. Never going to put a foot on that place again.

It was ok,, but they dont do thing my regular nail shop do ..I wish they were more friendly and took there time with the foot work..

For the service that they give, that in another place they do it better, it was too much the waiting time!

I had the opportunity to have Linda as the person who did my eyebrows and nails she was fast friendly and fun she asked me questions about style and color she joked with me she did my nails so good they stayed on for almost 2 months lol The atmosphere is pleasant the place is clean the customers are helped in a timely manner and the employees are great the gentleman there helped my daughter with her nails he was attentive and patient very much appreciated I drive 45 mins to come to this ship which says alot

Definitely would not recommend booking an appointment if you’re someone that has a tight schedule.. there’s no point, you have to wait regardless. I booked an appointment for 6:30 to fix one nail, waited over 30 minutes, like how annoying.

I had been going here for almost 11 years, but my tech John moved away. I am so sad, noone did my nails like him. He always fit me in anytime I needed and great with my kids. I will be returning just not sure who I am going to love the same, I stay loyal!!

Its okay I went two weeks ago and the lady was a little too rough she made one of my cuticles bleed, I went today and she forgot the top coat on two of my nails I realized that after I got home so I had to apply my own top coat

I loved my deluxe mani pedi results and the experience is nice too. They are really about customer service and having a small wait period. Also major bonus for having a website were you can book and pay ahead.

$50 just for a full set ... Not going again .. Sorry but not sorry...
