Very friendly service! Always busy! Everyone loves them ! They have loyal customers!

I have gone to this place a few times hoping that the next person would do a better job and each experience is worse than the previous one. Don’t remove the cuticle & don’t scrub the feet. One time, one of the woman cut me so badly that my thumb did not stop bleeding. A colleague of my suggested to have the owner do my nails and I listen. The worst experience of all. She gave me the appt and I sat for 2 hours waited for her to do a gel mani and pedi and in between going to to eyebrows and full face hair removal for 2 other customers. To make a long story short, after waiting 2 hours, said that anyone could do me because she had 2 appts that came after me. How unprofessional she was and rude. She made me feel unwelcome. Worst experience of my life.

I just got a refill, she does not clean cuticle off nail, she said it’s extra but did not tell me until I was finished. For the first time in my life I did not leave a tip. I usually tip $10 - $20 because I have a lot of cuticle and I really appreciate them cleaned. I won’t go back. Other places understand nail and cuticle go together.

One thing I dont like is When you patronize an establishment and they give you what they want ....not what you ask for. Wont be going back

Eva is not a professional she had a really bad attitude with me and she is very poorly educated, also a place without hygiene, probably they dont clean🤷🏽‍♀️

I love this place! Everyone is so nice. They all do great nails. I usually go on my lunch break.they accommodate me every time, with or without an appointment. I get my nails done in a timely fashion, I get back to work in time and my nails and toes look and feel good

I got my nails done Friday gel polish by Wednesday they were peeling off. Went back to get them fixed and did not want to go with the same person she obviously did a terrible job so i asked to go with someone else and noone wanted to take care of me unless i paid the full gel polish change.Poor customer service, worst nail place I have ever been.

It’s nice, just the same as any other busyyyy nail salon I suppose. I’ve had my share of experiences, some great, some not so and rated Eva nails 1 star about a year ago... I recently decided to go back to treat my mother on Mother’s Day... my mother and I were happy with the services & treatment .... my only reason for not giving it a 5 star is because I don’t get that personable/ warm experience. I would recommend it ❤️

Friendly service a fast and curtis staff

I went here the other day because my usual nail salon was booked and I was in a rush. Not only did they give me the thinnest layer or acrylic that broke off not even 2 hours later, but they had the worst attitude about it. Regardless of that I came back for a chance for them to redeem themselves but after waiting for almost an hour/ their lack of urgency I left. NEVER AGAIN!

I made a google account just to write this review because NO business should be disrespectful to people who have given them money for years. I hope you go out of business, and soon. #youretrash

The attitudes of the ppl working here sucks! I know it’s busy on holidays but this is a business and they need to treat ppl with respect. I complained about 2 nails and they basically said “not my problem” then had a convo amongst themselves as I sat there awkwardly. POOR QUALITY ACRYLIC AND TECHS (EXCEPT THE OWNER) She needs to hire better staff.This is my last experience here ever.

The tech who did my nails, had a stinky attitude, unprofessional, she made me wait for a period of time while she was using her phone, knowing i was a new customer i didnt get a great service, plus she charged me 35 just for a full set( NO GEL).. not coming back!

Came to this location to get my nails done. I received a shellac manicure which was done poorly. The woman made my nail bed bleed. Within a few hours later my shellac manicure had already began to peel. Not to mention I felt like I was rushed getting the manicure after waiting a long time in the waiting area. Overall the worst place I have EVER gotten my nails done.... along with AWFUL customer service.

I went here on Tuesday for a full set and a pedicure. I received MULTIPLE cuts on MULTIPLE toes while getting my pedicure. Once I got home I noticed how bad one of my toes was bleeding. I have blisters on two of my toes. My advice NEVER COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LEAVE HOME IN PAIN. If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would.

Worse mani/pedi experience ever. The owner is pretty noisy asking questions that are not necesary. Something that should take about an hour .. turned out to be 2.5 hrs. My nails did not come out straight. They nicked my big toe pretty good and I wouldn’t stop bleeding. The lady used a brush that I’m sure she uses on others.. to wipe off the old blood. Will Never go there again! And they are pretty over priced ..it’s no worth it .

Sometime, when your tech is busy or away on vacation but you need your nail done “now” you seek other professionals. Found “Eva Nail” met Tina and she is amazing!! I am extremely selective with who and what I like to have done with my nail, OCD with my nails being painted ... Over the top, literally lol walked in and expressed how I needed my nails done and needed my nail meticulously painted and Tina did the whole Shabang lol she is very talented and professional. Oh, btw she is also very friendly too. Now, when I am asked if I know a good nail salon, I send them to Eva!! No, No my nail tech know I cheat on her occasionally but I’m still her regular lol. Yes, I highly recommend you request Tina and have her do your nails!!!
