Refrigerator had temperature changes, without asking. service person check over whole refrigerator, asked questions and said possibly cause lost of power, right now it is 5 days since the service and all is good
I no longer need you service I have the manufacturers company come out and fixed it without replacing the pump that your service guy said needed to be replaced it was just something in the pump as soon as they took it out of the pump it worked something that you repair man didnt check or even try to fix he just came looked at it and said he didnt have the part and never tried to see what the problem was he could have fixed it that day if he did his job but he was to lazy to look and see what the problem was and we had to wait three weeks to get it fixed rite I was very disappointed with that repair guy and the service I got from him. I have tried several times to contact your company by phone only to be left on hold for many hours to let them know that I didnt need there service because someone had fixed it when he couldnt do it rite the first time your service guy wasted my time and yours I am very upset that he didnt preform the service rite the first time I hope in the future that you find better people to do the work they were sent out to do and not waste peoples time or your time and money
The gentleman who came was quite knowledgeable about my old Kenmore dryer. He discussed options with me to get my machine to work before doing any extra work that would have cost me additional fees. I really appreciated that!
