Dont use them. I was a cash customer and was told by salesman that he would include the service plan if I only bought oil from them. I had a problem with my heater and asked them to come out. They say that I never had a service plan with them. They also say I havent bought oil from them since Feb. it is now Nov. and dont believe that I havent bought oil somewhere else. Sorry guys if my house is insulated good and im cheap so I dont turn the heat on much.

Never a problem with service. Had boiler problem (just very noisy) on a Sunday. They were here by 9:30 Monday morning. Everyone always polite and prompt
