Wow! My check engine light went on, so I took it to Jiffy for a check before taking it to the dealership. The dealer wanted $150 just to do a diagnostic on the light. The manager, John, at jiffy lube did it for free, topped off some of my fluids, and the light is gone. It would have been a bill of at least $300 at the dealer. Jiffy Lube did it FREE! This is the kind of honesty and professionalism Ive grown to expect here. I love Jiffy Lube!

Came in today at 4pm to get an alignment. They close at 5pm. David behind the desk asked if I called ahead. I said, an hour ago. I was told to come on down. He said they cant fit me in and that they are closed Sundays. Come on guys - an hour till close and you cant help me out? You had 1 empty bay. You could pull my car in and make some money. Guess they arent in the business of making money.

I came in for an oil change, it was my first time taking my car in myself and getting it done. To be honesty I truly didn’t know what to ask for or what I needed as far as an oil change. Cater was extremely helpful explained everything and gave a reason why he was offering needs/services. He also showed me the difference between what the filter looked like that had been in my car and what a clean fresh one looked like he told me where damage was happening on it and such. I had some anxiety about coming in not know anything about car thankfully everyone was super helpful and helped make the experience quick and easy! I will for sure be back

Has a male teenager beginning my life I don’t have dad to teach me or help with my car I haven’t got my car serviced the whole time I was in high school 3 almost 4 years but after I was done with high school I thought it was time and I went to jiffy lube here in convinton and I live in auburn because the one in auburn I heard terrible reviews. And I didn’t want to be disappointed so I went to convinton and they did a excellent job and the girl took time to talk to me and what my car needed . After everything it was a good price for oil change and filter change and engine cleaner. It was just above a hundred and I thought it was a very good price because I don’t have a lot money to spend but I was very happy will be returning in the future for any service I need.

By far this was the best experience of getting my oil changed that I have ever had. Everyone in the shop was so polite, friendly, and helpful. They took the time to explain their services, provide helpful recommendations, and answer my questions! I dont know a lot about cars, so being able to ask questions in a comfortable and welcoming environment was something I appreciated SO much!!They werent pushy with sales, and just explained what maintenance/checks my car should be getting every certain number of miles, and why it was important. They even gave me some tips on how to recognize when certain parts might need to be checked/brought in!Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, they had me stay in my car while they worked (which I thought was pretty cool). They always asked me when they needed me to open my door/window/hood, and did their best to maintain a good social distance when possible. All of them wore masks as well!I will definitely be going back :)

I changed the oil on my daughters Subaru Crosstrek as part of a list of items we were completing to prepare the car for travel from Tacoma WA to the Texas Gulf Coast. She shipped the car from Anchorage and in my haste wasn’t sure if I had over filled the vehicle with oil. We called ahead to John and James at Jiffy Lube. I asked if they wouldn’t mind checking the level. My daughter dropped in before they closed and they removed about a quart I had overfilled and sent her on her way. -No charge. This was done when the temperature was 105F easily. Her drive2000+ miles before she arrives in the coast. If there is a jiffy lube there, she will be getting her oil and antifreeze service there. If not I will be having the jiffy lube here service my truck in AK. Customer service goes a long way and I very much appreciate the Jiffy Lube in Covington WA for their efforts and friendly service.

Never thought i’d leave a review on an oil change place but wow! Best customer service i have ever received, it was wicked hot today and the tech ran over to the gas station to get me a water bottle… are you kidding me? Never going to get oil changed anywhere else.edit: his name was Carter!

Because of COVID I was asked to remain in my car while the technician performed the oil change. So, I was able to watch what they did. Well the technician removed and dropped/lost a bolt from my air filter cansiter. He visibly reacted when he did it and I heard the clinking of the bolt as it bounced of of metal parts as it made is way through my engine compartment. Accidents happen. I wasnt upset until the technician tried to send me on my way without telling me about what happened or offering to replace the bolt. I have come back from other oil changes thinking something wasnt quite right with the vehicle, but I never witnessed anything so what could I say or do. Now I have a nagging distrust of Jiffy Lube. As a side note. I did not drive away. I did talk to the technician, he got someone else to help me. They did try to make it right, but the technician never appologized. He just let a coworker deal with it. Im sure putting the coworker in an awkward position.

I wanted to personally thank all the staff at Jiffy Lube in Covington for their expertise and willingness to help me today. Specifically the GM Jonathan and Assistant Manager James for their hard work on my Lincoln Continental. I had another Jiffy Lube location in the area do some work on my car including replacement of my engine coolant and spent over $400 for the service. I left that location to run a few errands and received a error message that the engine coolant was low and to check engine temperature. I went back to that location today and they checked it out and said I should be good to go. Drove back towards the Covington area and received the same messages. I fortunately made it to the Covington Jiffy Lube with no time to spare as my engine shutdown and was smoking and overheating as I pulled up to the service bay. Jonathan and James spent well over an hour working on my car and discovered that air had gotten into the engine coolant reservoir from the previous service. They were truly awesome today working hard to help me out. They even offered to have me call them personally in case I had any overheating issues on my trip home and they would come to me with more engine coolant. That type of customer service and care is hard to find these days and I am truly grateful for their help and will be a loyal customer to the Covington Jiffy Lube because of my amazing experience today and I trust them to take care of my Continental. Thank you again.

I accidentally overfilled my oil and turned on my car the next morning to white smoke billowing out of my car. I called and spoke to Jonathan at Jiffy Lube who said he could help me. I got my car towed to their place and within a few hours, everything was back to normal. Normal oil level. No white smoke. Not only did Jiffy lube do a fantastic job but Jonathan went above and beyond customer service. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Shelley provided excellent and fast service on my GMC Sierra. Very helpful and knowledgeable since I didn’t know what oil to choose for my truck. She also advised fairly priced upgrades to ensure my truck will be running smoothly. Due to Shelley’s service, I have now became a loyal customer to this location. I vision her definitely running multiple locations due to knowledge of Jiffy Lube’s products, and her strong customer centric approach.

Came in at 8 am on march 18 2021 right when they open to tell me there service tech is coming in 45 minutes late, and that she herself couldnt work on any cars. Should hire better staff that know what theyre doing.

Shame on you jiffy lube shame on you. Taking advantage of my Son when he requested an oil change ONLY and was charged 217.00 for something he didnt understand. This was his first time doing this on his own. And then told fluid levels are extra charged to be topped off. Thankfully he was smart enough to declined the other things that you wanted to perform. He definitely learned a valuable lesson.

I love this place! Shelly was not shy to inform me of services recommended so I will be returning Monday to get my spark plugs taken care of, jaron noticed my nearly bald tires last time and informed me, I got new tires as a result. Johnathon noticed a hose loose dealing with my air/fuel and iaden was working side by side the whole crew!More than just oil changes. They truly seem to care that you are safe on the road once you drive away!I definitely recommend Covington Jiffy Lube!

After completing service, left my battery cover off and proceeded to force hood to latch on top of it. This has bent my bodywork and potentially the hood hinge. These photos are what the hood looked like when I noticed. How do you close a customers hood and not notice this?Offered only a 50% discount on an expensive service, and only if I could drive 4 hours back. Extremely disappointed. Will not be going back.

Jonathan was great - pretty quick oil change. Service was solid. I worked at this Jiffy Lube about 15 years ago - not sure how oil changes went from $30 to $50. Jonathan did say he provided me with a coupon discount. If thats true and the actual price is $60 - thats insane and should probably drop this down to 3 stars. If I had a garage, would never pay that much. Fortunately the service and speed were good. Hopefully that extra money is going to paying their employees more than minimum wage.

The process during covid is great! You pull into the bay, everyone is wearing a mask and you stay in your car! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Great experience!

I have been putting off getting my oil changed because my last visit to a Jiffy Lube was pretty traumatic. I usually go to the Jiffy Lube in Snoqualmie but those guys are rude, and they try really hard to rip everyone off. They don’t have concern for their customers just their bonuses. The Covington, WA Jiffy Lube was a pleasant change to the typical Jiffy Lube experience. The guys are all very polite, they are very professional, they took care of all my needs very fast and didn’t lie to me. This will be my new oil change home. Thanks guys keep up the fantastic work. Really a $90.00 for an oil change and you specifically charge me $0.66 (cents) for topping off the radiator fluid.We had to answer the same questions to more than one employee. What are you here for? Really! They offered Synthetic blend option on a late model Subaru. Mfg specification is Full Synthetic.

Stopped in for a quick oil change, and man was it quick! Tyson, Trevor, and Justin were there to make sure it was an easy process, as I know that working with fleet vehicles is not always straight forward. Everything was checked tire pressure, battery, air filter, you name it! I’ll be doing all future oil changes with my new pit crew!

I needed a quick AC evac so that I could disconnect the AC and finish some work on the vehicle without causing a hole in the ozone.This was the only local place out of the 6 I called that was willing to evac my air conditioning system while I waited. Everywhere else required an appointment or couldnt get to it until the afternoon.I think its kind of lame that I have to pay for them to take my valuable refrigerant, but everywhere is like that.

They did great job. Take care of whatever my car needs. And they are very nice too really appreciate their hard work.

I already hate the thought of having to pay double for something I usually do myself but I didn’t have much choice having just driven in from Michigan. Today’s visit reaffirmed my convictions of not having JiffyLube change my vehicle’s oil. The crew lead seemed put off that I asked to use the filter I had with me and not filling out all the info to their liking since I don’t want any promotional emails and such. So after being polite and still getting attitude, I notice my next oil change has to happen in 12,600,000 plus miles.We all have “off days” but after paying $87.17 for a mediocre oil change (willingly eating the cost of knowing the oil filter price wouldn’t be deducted) I shouldn’t have to be writing this review. It seems this experience says a lot about how I’m viewed as a customer having driven four days from Michigan to help family move.

I called about needing to have my drain plug replaced, because the previous mechanic at this shop stripped it. They pulled up my invoice, told me I could bring it in right away and when I got there they already had the invoice open and ready to go. I showed up at 555, when they close at 6, hoping to atleast have them confirm the problem and told them I could bring it back in the morning or when they weren’t getting ready to close. The store manager said they could do it right then and he made every effort to make it right. The crew was super friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience. As long as this crew stays around, I would gladly take my car back.

This is always my oil change spot. Service people are efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. My LCSA Cody was great. I went there on my quick break and was out within 20 minutes. He took care of my oil needs for the vehicle and vacuum the floors. Lobby was clean and welcoming. Will definitely keep going to this location.

They informed me that they did not have the correct oil for my vehicle, and then told me they used another that was probably fine. Not really ideal, or what I wanted, but I didnt know what to do in the moment.

They are Very well organized. I was in a rush and Cody and Trevor both made sure my car was done fast. Everyone there is very nice I do recommend getting an oil change here.
