They r normally pretty good. Only reason I gave three stars instead of four is cause I tried to call them several times but nobody wanted to answer the phone. And I know they was still open. I will still continue to use them but not happy about the lack of customers service.

Came to get tires mount

Great place to get your tires, no scams or bull like you get from the other tire stores. You call they tell you the price and what they have in stock and when you get there thats what you get. Unlike other places that lie to you and when you get there they conveniently just sold the tire you were priced over the phone, but for a nominal fee they can upgrade you to a tire they have in stock. Again I love my Walmart no tricks, gimmicks, and always low prices.

Order the tires online set up the appointment and got there they could not put the tires on

Mechanics did a good job in changing my oil and rotating tires. Rides very very smooth. However ... as with many auto centres I have to mark my tires and triple check that they were actually rotated (despite being told at counter they would be). Waited 3 hours for the oil change and when the car was brought around they hadnt rotated tires. Had to check my tires and then ask mechanic himself to please do it, despite requesting it at front counter. Overall, waited 3.5 hours for the service during a time when they werent busy at all.

Long wait, left store satisfied customer! Met some really nice customers while waiting for tire to be replaced!

Had to get a replacement battery for my car. It was completely dead and wouldnt take a charge. Got quick service at a great price for a 5 year battery. Thanks, Walmart.

Horrible experience. I purchased 4 tires and when I went to pick up my truck, there was a big scrape on the passenger side quarter panel. When I mentioned it to the cashier, she got an attitude and said, are you saying one of my guys did it? I responded, yes, someone did it. She walked away mumbling something as she went to get a man named Scott. We overheard them talking and she said to him, you need to just go talk to him. He then came out and looked at it and said, We dont have anything white that would have done that. What an expected response. At this point I just left, knowing that it would not go well. All I wanted was honesty and an apology. My truck is not pristine, it is a matter of integrity for me. Please save yourself the trouble and pay a little extra for good service and honesty. From now on I will take pictures of my vehicles when I drop them off anywhere. I cannot believe what customer service has come to. Thank you for helping me to Live Better, Wal-Mart.

They were very helpful. They also have good prices on tires. Did not have any problems with rudeness like others have claimed. Maybe it depends on the day. Seems to be the best place in the area for tire related issues in terms of price and urgency. Had to order the tires in and hopefully they arrive next day. I reccomend

Went for oil change this visit. Only one person ahead of me. So I went into the store to do some shopping. Before I knew it 2 hours had passed and they had not paged me back to auto. Okay, so I went to check on my car. I ended up waiting over an hour more and nobody could tell me why my car wasnt ready! The oil change was fine as always, but the time it took was ridiculous!

Tried to call them, phone rang for a minute and a half before I heard someone pick up the phone and instantly hang it up

The only problem is waiting it took 3 hours to change 2 tires and oil the staff is freindly

My husband went in with a trailer tire he had to have patched today! His trailer is used for his business and it had to be repaired asap. He arrived with 20 minutes before they closed. No other customers were there, he told them what he needed and the person behind the counter looked at the clock and said umm we close in 19 minutes my husband said that was plenty of time to have a patch on the trailer tire. The person then called another lady to the front who said that they close in 20 minutes. Poor customer service.

Travel a lot for work and have to get my oil changed all over the country, WalMart is always a convienent and easy place to get it done. However, I wouldnt waste my time this dump!! Lazy mechanics and an even lazier shop manager. Lazy people cut corners and look for the easiest way to get something done, why would anyone have them work on their vehicle?

Last time I went over there got it change they didnt put enough oil because I lost a lot oil almost ruin my car I dont know I want go back unless they got better

Some employees were extremely rude and not compassionate at ALL! The mechanics do great work, though, to their credit!!!! Will definitely be goingto the Conyers location, definitely not this one!!!!!!

Needed to get a tire fixed, slow leak. Tire was repaired while I shopped. Service techs were professionals and friendly.

Wife waited two hours for them to rotate her tires then they called her back there and told her they couldnt do it because tires were too thin. Then it took them 30mi to get her keys back. The employees were rude and disrespectful to her. I had bought my tires many times at Walmart but I wont do it anymore.
