Always very friendly and professional. They get you in and out as soon as possible and never have any issues afterwards. Ms. Coleman (I believe that’s her name) is the sweetest and actually pointed out an issue on my car that I didn’t even realize. I really appreciate her for that cause I could’ve ended up in a not so desirable situation. 10/10 would recommend.

I was very pleased with the service I received yesterday. I had been in on Sunday and had all paperwork done for a full set of tires but I didnt have the key to remove the unlock the lug nuts. I returned close to closing on Monday evening close to closely planning on leaving my car but Lee Searcy told me not to worry to give him a few minutes. He return indicated that they still had the tires and he would put on that evening. I really appreciate the effort and care for the customer I received. So please with the ride of my car with the new tires.

Lee took fantastic care of us!I got a flat tire on the highway while I was driving from GA to MO (for a military move). We had a loaded-to-the brim car and a cat making everything more complicated. Made an appointment, I arrived and my car was promptly pulled in to the bay. The staff was friendly, informative and wearing mask. They also had sanitizer available and the lobby was clean. I got my to four new tires installed and balanced in record time. I will return and would recommend this shop.

The service I received at Mavis was amazing. I was greeted immediately into entering the building with a smile. The manager Lee exceed my expectation with customer service. The bathroom was sanitized and clean. All employees follow guidelines with wearing masks, I felt completely safe and in good hands at this location. The wait time for a battery change was less than 35 minutes and I went on a Saturday. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Hello,I have been trying to speak to someone regarding an issue that my company has experienced with your establishment. I have called, left messages, and the phone has rang without an answer and I find this very unprofessional. When faced with a choice I will definitely not use your services again and will let other consumers know as well.My employees visited that location in distress, needing a tire replaced to be able to continue to service our patients. One of the rear tires was replaced which included removing the old tire. The crew returned home to our offices in McDonough GA. The unit was driven again on the 28th. Before the day was over, the crew heard a noise and stopped. All the bolts from the tire that was replaced, fell off and the rim was just seconds away from falling off totally. I cannot begin to tell you what could have happened. I contacted the location and the person who answered (didnt get name) stated that his guys changed the tire and he watched them replace it and they are not at fault. I reached out to a few mechanics and they seem to disagree. Additional monies were spent to fix this unit. I would like a District Manager or higher level personnel to please contact me, thanks.

I took my car to inspect the brakes I thought something was wrong. A mechanic informed me that there was nothing wrong with them. I was pleasantly surprised they applied a promotional rate to oil change which I didnt even ask for. Mavis won my trust.

Went into the shop a few minutes to closing with a missing tire valve. Had no real expectation that we would be helped. The Manage,r Lee, took us right in and fixed the tire on the spot! What a gentleman he was. He was such a lifesaver and will be fetting all our business! Highly recommend this place.

Very unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment online for brake replacement. Lady at front desk mentioned that mechanic is not available and she tried calling me to inform about it but was not able to reach to me. She scheduled an appointment for next day. Reached 15 minutes before appointment time next day but no one was available at front desk. One person showed up after waiting for 15-20 minutes and told that mechanic is not available so they cant work on it. Very unprofessional behavior and lot of inconvenience to customer.

These guys are great. Just installed a set of Michelin Defenders on my Buick Enclave and car rides like new again. This store is very efficient and very good customer service. This shop can be hit or miss. Sometimes I can get in and out in less than an hour. Other times I can make an aptmnt and still have to wait hours for my car. But overall I am pleased with the service I recieved and likely to come back.

Had a flat tire from a nail about eight miles away. I called ten minutes they were closing (six pm) asking if I could come in and if they could help me. I did not get the name of the man but he helped us out and it was a lifesaver. I truly appreciate it and recommend this place!

What is the point of being open until 8:30 pm on Thursday nights if they cant do work? I walked in at 7:15 pm on a Thursday night and the desk clerk told me the installer was about to go home and they couldnt install my tires and I would have to come back another day. There were no other customers in the store. So, its not like they were too busy to get the work done. He told me that Tirebuyer.com had made an appointment for me for the next day. Tirebuyer.com did not tell me they had made an appointment nor did they confirm that the time was good for me. And, yes, I have filed a complaint with Tirebuyer.com.

I purchased four new tires from Mavis Tires & Breaks in July 2019. Exactly one year later, my back-passenger tire blew out. I drove to a friends house. The tire was in poor condition... My friend suggested that I replaced the two rear tires. I went to Mavis and told them I would like two new back tires. I assumed they inspected all three tires then called to say all tires were showing the inside wires. That sounds like an alignment problem; the guy said yes. I said I brought all four tires last year from this Company; maybe they were not aligned in the first place, and what about the warranty, insurance, etc.? NOTHING.Disappointed, I agreed to get the replacement, warranty, alignment, insurance, etc. 4 hrs and 6 minutes later, they called and said the person who does the alignment left, so I should return the next day. The next day, I returned, waited 2 hours & 13 minutes. They said I was good to go. I was not driving for a few weeks due to COVID. In August 2020, I realized the car was pulling a lot to the right. I called them again, instructed to return. Drove for a week when I realized that the alignment was still not done. Extremely frustrated, I called again. I was soooo over these people. I asked my daughter to take the car to them last Saturday, September 5th, 2020.Long weekend, no driving, drove the car on Tuesday of this week, the car is STILL pulling to the right. REALLY??? Now, I feel that I do not have any warranty and all the services I requested. BTW, the day I purchased the four tires (July 2020), I told them to save me the best of the three as a spare. I went home and tried to open my trunk to remove the tire; the truck could NOT open. I used a piece of wire and open the trunk from the inside and remove the tire they put in the trunk. I called the next day and was told to bring it in. The young lady worked on it, but that was unsuccessful. She said I should take my car to the dealer, then call corporate. She said the number is on the back of the receipt. I AM STILL LOOKING for the number. To this day, I cannot open my trunk the usual way. It is incredibly frustrating and disappointing to know that our local place of business is not trustworthy, unprofessional, including many things. Sorry, I did not mean to write a book. I just wanted to share my unfortunate experience in detail.

Went here yesterday for brakes and oil change staff was great very friendly and informative they also were honest didnt try to sell me parts I didnt need. I ended up also needing rotors so I got all three items serviced brakes,rotors, and oil change for a great price they even gave discount where they could, bottom line they do great work at fair price couldnt ask for more happy to be back riding safely

These guys are AMAZING! I called to see if they could change my headlight and they told me to come in in. Only took about 20 minutes and they also offered to change my windshield wipers (I brought all of the parts in). And they did it all for FREE! I couldn’t recommend it more :)

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation the day before. I got there on time for my appointment at 12:00. (My husband brought his truck here a few weeks ago, and it only took 30 minutes until he was out the door) Well, it is now 1:58 pm and my car is still not done. I keep looking in the back, and I have only seen someone working on my car twice. Please keep in mind.. I am the ONLY customer in the building. I asked a worker, if I could go ahead and pay for my service, since I was supposed to be back from my break over 30 minutes ago. So, I paid for my service and told her that I was in a “time crunch” and she told me that they should be almost done. I’m sorry, but when I’m the only customer in the store, it should not take 2 hours for my car to have an oil change and tire rotation. 😡

Went to go get new tires put on and come home and find my brand new wheels all scuffed up and chipped. Called and complained and all they offered was to repaint them. I could do that myself with touch up paint. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Mavis has a Monday only promotion after Atlanta Falcons games in which they take $25 off for ea. quarter that the Falcons score a touchdown up to $100 on designated tires. Problem is there is only a limited number of tires in ea. tire size and the prices changed from 7am to 10am. This is quite a change from the original deal that Kauffman tire used to offer which was on any tire they sold. I printed the page with the tire size I was looking for at 7am and when I received a call from the store to confirm my appointment I was told that they didnt have the special in stock, which I hadnt ordered but inquired about. The employee even tried to convince me that the tire which I was inquiring of wasnt the one in the offer even after I told him I was looking at the online ad which I had printed. The company also has a notice on one of the pages that 6 mos. financing on purchase of $199 or more on the Mavis Credit Card and right beside the add it adds plus $60 rebate on qualifying purchase. If you click on this supposed offer, it says with a purchase of $599 or more (okay I was under the impression it was $199 or more, glad I read the accompanying print). It seems this company has a lot of smoke and mirrors. Check and double check.UPDATE: I am pleased to report that Mavis looked into my concerns the very next day and rectified my situation. Thank you Mr. Lee Searcy.

After reading these reviews I must say the crew at the Covington location Mavis Tire are as consistent and professional as they can be. Sometimes I will go looking for a specific employee but someone else will come up and give the same great service! They take care of business and are aware of how valuable your time is! There aren’t too many people I would trust with my car but at the Covington location Mavis Tire..... I’m covered!

I came in whenever the head manager was away and Mr. Zackariah took care of me and my family. Normally I would bring my son to get his tires done but we caught a flat on the side of the road late on 01/26/21. Even though mavis had close. Zackariah came out, took my tire, repaired it, put it back on. We need more workers like Zackariah

Had nail in my tire and was priced for a new tire with out examining the issue and thanks to Bulldog tires I learned the nail had not even punctured the tire.....very disappointed with Mavis.
