Truckers beware! This place is known for making you wait! The only good thing is they have a bathroom you can use, as they do allow onsite overnight parking! (Probably because they KNOW this is their normal way of operation.) How kind of them, right?! We are originally from upstate NY, and Rochesters facility is the exact same! And just a little FYI, the Drivers check-in area is located all the way around to the opposite side of the building where you enter through their gate...have to do a 360....there are no signs posted to inform you if its your first time here.

I love the office folks here. Their is one lady, who is always smiling and just the loveliest personality. We are always directed to the main office. Her kind heart and lovely smile make the trip worthwhile.

A bit tight on space for dropping off trailers, but the warehouse personnel were highly respectful.

I had an appointment for 11am, and I got there between 5am-6am. It took them 6 hours to get my load on my trailer. Try not to show up before a shift change like I did. They will take their time

Had a 2pm appointment got to main address at 11:45 AM they told me I had to go to the other warehouse and I did got there at 12:00 noon got right to the door and been here ever since I know my appointment was for 2 pm but here it is 5pm and they still have not started to load me and I will be out of hrs for the day in another hr. If you’re an owner operator do not come here to get loaded you will regret taking the load !!!!

Riding with my trucking man for American Transportation, got to pactiv hour early for delivery and was done in less than 2 hours. Polite people. Thank You Pactiv in covington Ga.

Not a bad place to deliver easy access right off I 20 pretty quick turnaround as with most places Covid19 has it slowed down a little bit but everyone was friendly and helpful

Office is friendly, but the facility tends to run behind. Be prepared to wait 2-6 hours for your load. Restrooms are not available at this time. Parking is tight on the property. Walmart now runs trucks off the property because of a local ordnance passed by the city. Plenty of food choices you can bobtail too.

Drp n Hook w 53 dry van. Plenty of Driver amenities, restroom, vending machines, & overnight parking. Friendly staff- negatives, lot is a little cluttered & theyre picky about those yellow tracker trailer magnets.

Avoid at all costs, will burn your clock out to get loaded. Layover doesnt pay enough to be here. Watch out for nails at docks, seems ppl cleanout there trailers at the docks. Very tight docking on one side, plenty room on the other side.

Arrived here at 4:30 am waiting on a load to head to North Carolina and still waiting on it almost 20 hours later this will be my last time coming here and to make things worse they have trailers parked on the yard so if your leaving here it will be a challenge. Also I’ve noticed that j.b hunt and volume are the only trucks coming and leaving at a fast rate don’t come here unless your looking for a 34 hour reset.

No direction if its your first time here, stay to the right follow building all the way around until you get back to the front and youll see driver check-in guy at front desk obviously hate his job or something why come to work

This warehouse has very few issues. Its a drop and hook location and its very rare foe your pickup to not be ready at the appointed time. Their staging area is not the best but, they try. It has a trucker lounge area with a bathroom that is always clean! I did not give them 5 stars only because of the very small staging area and the mountain of trailers you must maneuver through at times to find your trailer.Make sure to as them what yard your trailer is on b4 you spend a heap of your time looking for a trailer on the wrong yard.Thanks Pactiv Employees for doing a great job!

All of the drivers speaking on the 5-8hr load times are absolutely correct. The only reason I didnt give it one star is because there is a Walmart and restaurants up the road you can drive to. If youre a OTR driver start your sleeper berth after you check in because by the time they finish you, you will have gotten a 10hr break in.

Avoid live loads on this place almost 7hrs to get me loades

Trailers parked wherever they will fit, even directly in from of dock doors, this place aint nothing but one big mess. They schedule all these live loads but have u sitting here hours waiting on it to be loaded and readyThen its all u can do to get your trailer off the dock door and through the obstacle course of trailers in the way. They seem to cater to Volume and raven, they are the companies I see leaving in and out with freight.

Dont even bother going to get loaded or plan to leave on time if you do. They took a little over 9 hours to load on a FCFS pickup and denied detention even though driver logs and truck gps records show when driver and truck were there.. They provided one more reason to get out of the game.

If you are scheduled for a live load please stay away from this place as best as you can. I arrived at the shipper around 11am-11:15am and was told by the shipping department that I would need to go 3miles to one of their other warehouses to get loaded. I arrived at the other warehouse no later than 12 noon. They started to load my trailer around 2pm. Went to sleep for 2hrs and they were still loading the trailer. Around 7pm I was told that my trailer need to go back to the initial warehouse for the rest of my load. The times is now 8:35pm

I probably shouldnt comment on a customer, but I will anyway. The good news is they are very polite and will let you take your 10 hour break here. They have a small drivers lounge with clean restrooms and vending machines.Aside from that, youll want to be well prepared before arriving for the long wait. Be sure to bring plenty of food, water, blankets, medical supplies and anything else youd take into the wilderness with you, including something to put yourself out of your misery. Dont build a campfire though. I was yelled at for that one. Also, be sure to forward your mail and notify your next of kin in case you dont make it out alive. Luckily for me, Im close to bumping against my 70 and would have been way early anyway. This way, Im getting paid detention and still have some emergency rations left.

One of the worest location! if you go there to pick up load which is live load at least expect 5 to 6 hrs so not good for owner operator.

Takes forever to load. When asked if I need to slide tandems or anything was told no. Just back into the assigned dock, only to find out I had to disconnect & go park and wait.Employees would rather hang outside talking, listen to music & smoking than load the trailers. Only ones working seemed to be the yard dogs.Forgot to mention is was supposed to be a drop & hook, but they said the day shift didnt feel like loading it so its a live load.Drivers stay away, very far away.

The receiving female on the inside has a very nasty attitude & alternates appointment times to cover up the fact they hate loading and are slow as possible at it. Her attitude is offensive to preempt inevitable backlash she likely receives due to poor time management.This company needs a work force overhaul as bad as congress does & replaced with workers who have a good work ethic. There are plenty decent folks looking for a good job.Look at the ratings here? How about stepping up and making this company have a reputation its founders would have wanted?Everyone who fails here should be fired. There are a couple good people..Kudos to you & I am saddened by your lazy co workers who are giving your work place a bad name.

I like this place, nice people. Reason why I did not give 5star is because you dont know if your load is there or at another one their warehouses (preload). Very irritating if youre low on hours.

I would give this company -1000 stars if I could! Worst place EVER for a truck driver. I arrive 2 hours early. My company gave me an address for Pactiv W/H at the same exit, but they told me to go over to their other W/H. Okay so I did. The black guy in shipping gives me a door number. After docking and sitting there for 2 hours, a shifter comes up and tells me, They will not load you until you disconnect and park on the other side of building They NEVER told me that! 6 hours later they call me and say The trailer needs to go to ANOTHER W/H for the rest of the load, Do you want to take it or should a shifter take it? I told them, let the shifter take it....Thinking the shifter will bring it back, WRONG! Another 2 hours later and they say your trailer is ready, come get your papers and directions to pick it up! GRRRR The only good thing this place has is a small drivers lounge, and will allow you to park for your 10.....Stay AWAY!
