Love this place, been going here for years. All of the staff is great and the atmosphere is relaxing. My stylist, Amber, is personable and intuitive about what I want to do with my hair - and Im very difficult to decipher with these sorts of things!

I never really rate places I go to. But I do have to say salon Serenity does hands down deserve 5 stars. Barbara is amazing she is one of the only people in rhode island I trust cutting and coloring my hair. Shes not only great at doing hair but her and her team really make their customers feel welcomed and at home.

Had the lashes taken off less than a week after they were done by another salon. Clumped and lifted thick lashes that caused alot of pain. Was told she was to busy to fix the lashes I was unhappy with. Didnt offer any refund not even partial. Dont recommend at all.
