The owner was extremely rude to me when I came in. I asked to use the restroom and she rushed me saying “hurry go go” so I came out confirming that they close at 7 and she said “yes but I have to be out in an hour hurry” so I said I can go somewhere else if your going to rush.. and she said “go go go somewhere else” I will never go to that place again. Learn how to talk to people lady.

Rose, April & Amy are the absolute best. It gets super busy. Best bet is to make an appointment. Normally is a small wait. The dips last 3 weeks!! Gels last about the same too. Never have breakage issues.

I paid $30 for probably the worse acrylic set of my life... it was like he had never done nails. I wanted almond shaped and not long, they were all different shapes, lengths, and the acrylic was bumpy. They chipped not even an hour after I left. I ended up filing and cutting them myself afterwards. I went since I had heard such great things but I will never go again.

Was publicly humiliated to the point i was in tears, simply bc I asked the tech to fix an error he made. Love April, Rose is sweet, but Ill never go back after years of being their client!and your reply is not only false, its a public display of how valued customer service is.I have the right to get what I paid for and as professionals, you should be putting perfection out on display when someone leaves your building. my nails were gar too thick and missing acrylic in areas, which is why Rose fixed them as she went. Im not condescending, but if I were, the way I was treated isnt good customer service . its not my fault I have to ask him to fix stuff . unreal.dont worry, I wont be back, and neither will anybody Ive told. good day!

I dont remember who did my nail set. But I asked for short ( I have a baby so long doesnt work for me.) She gave me medium length such killed me for 2 weeks and I asked her for shorter she ignored me. She kept wanting to add on stuff to my nails for more money. Then when I needed a fill I called and she said oh no I cant take you for a month..... I ended up taking them off myself. Wont go back. She also killed my nails..I called Roses nails. And made a appt to get a acrylic nail let done. Around my birthday of last year. I dont know the ladys name who did the work. She was a older Asian lady. She asked what type of nails I said the acrylic set. Short nails because at the time my daughter was a year old. I still had to change diapers and buckle her up in her car seat ect. so long nails just dont work for me. The end product was medium length nails. When I asked for short. Like mommy nails. Then she said come back in 2 weeks and I refill for you. I called ahead they said yes. They have a opening today. I get in and they said oh I cant take you for a month. We busy.Yes sandy bottom road. In coventry. It did happen at your location.

I came a half in hour before closing 6:30 and they wouldnt take me for a full set very rude stating that they are closing soon when I arrive a whole half in hour before and there wasnt any customers waiting before me glad I didnt give them my money customers services the most important in a business !

I called to make an appointment and the lady was extremely rude and we couldn’t even understand her and I called earlier to ask if they could do design and marble they said yes then I called and they said no designs or marble and I tried calling to cancel my appointment and they HUNG UP on me extremely rude never calling again
