Friendly staff and theyre very punctual with their appointments. I love this place.

I went to Crystal Nails and got dip powder with a gel top coat without thinking anything of it. The next day, I had an allergic reaction because I forgot to tell them no gel! I called them and told them I was having an allergic reaction and they got me in immediately to fix the problem. I was under the impression I would have to remove the entire manicure and waste my money all together, but Vinny simply removed the gel top coat (which was causing my reaction), gave me a whole new design with regular top coat, and gave me a discount for my troubles! Overall this place is very welcoming and relaxing. I highly recommend!!!

This nail salon is AMAZING!!! Lilly is the only one I trust with waxing my eyebrows. They are also fantastic with manicures and pedicures! Polish last long and my nails and toes look amazing! They are also SUPER nice and friendly. I would give them more stars if it would allow me!

I love Crystal Nails SO much! After I came with my friend once I decided that I was never going to another salon in Rhode Island again. I go to Providence College and I still drive down to Coventry to get my nails done because they’re that good. Vincent is my fav but all the nail techs are great.

I continued going to different nail salons to try and find a place that actually did my dip right. Salon after salon disappointed and rushed my nails which caused them to chip so fast. I finally went to Crystal nails and love how my nails come out every time! I have now been coming here for 6 months and am always happy with my nails.I love how clean and professional everyone is. Got gel they looked great but after 5 days were peeling off. Then they fixed them for free but were rude about it and made them very uneven this time. I’ve had the new ones on for not even a full day and my thumb chipped. I don’t do a lot with my hands so there is no reason for them to chip this soon. I wouldn’t complain if they hadn’t been rude to me or didn’t even try when I went back for them to be fixed.

I got a Spa Pedicure today and it was amazing! The chairs are so comfy, the place is so clean and the pedicure is amazing!! If I could rate higher I would!! All of the staff is very kind and very professional.

Started nice and quiet. My third appointment i told them i needed a new full set. They told me NO i didnt and that they would only do a fill. Went back 2 days later with falling off nails and they tried to charge me again. And they argueed with me about everything. From my nail design to my color!!

I came to this location as my wife followed her nail tech all the way from Cranston. Vincent was very welcoming and passionate with customer service. The place is very clean and following all of the covid guidelines which made the experience that much better. Lilly was also great and friendly taking care of me. Definitely recommended 👌

Can’t say enough good things about Vincent and Crystal Nails. The designs they can do are amazing! My color would last for 3 weeks but I’m back in two, just because it’s that awesome. The pedicure is soooo relaxing. Prices are excellent for the service that you get. I have been going here for the last two months, would never go anywhere else!!

Wonderful place to get your nails done and relax!I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my nails done. Lilly is a great nail technician and knows what I like and always keeps my nails looking great and healthy and they have a HUGE variety of nail polish colors ( both, gel and regular) as well as powder dips.Vincent . the owner really stays on top of everything. Best part is that I can always pay via Venmo when I don’t have cash on me of forget my debit card which makes things way easier. I HIGHLY recommend !!!

I am highly disgusted with this establishment. I had visited a few months ago and was so pleased with the work, figured I would give it a second time. Per usual, I showed the nail tech a picture of exactly what I wanted and my nails came out terrible, even when I asked for another tech to come over and fix them. $45 completely wasted. I would give them 0 stars if possible.

I had a very nice experience here, it was only my second time getting a manicure and first time with acrylics. I didn’t have an appointment and only had to wait about 10-15 minutes. My nail technician (I don’t remember her name) was really nice and worked really well. She was gentle and answered all of my questions and concerns in a kind and professional way. The price was reasonable and my nails came out perfect, the color and shape. I will definitely be back again!!

Everything about this establishment is 5 star!First off, the salon is extremely clean. I have never seen a spot of dust or dirt anywhere in the salon. Equally important, the staff is incredible! Everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly. Furthermore, they are incredibly talented nail technicians. For one, they take their time, while being extremely efficient. In addition, they are up for any nail design challenge you throw their way. If the person doing your nail isn’t confident about the design they will ask their co-workers for advice or even help just to make the client happy . In addition, they are incredible at making recommendations on the days you don’t know what color you want. In addition, I have probably visited this establishment at least 50 times and have never been cut during a mani or pedi. One of my favorite things about Crystal Nails is the consistent service I receive every time I walk through the door . I honestly would trust everyone in that building with my nails. I know whenever I step foot in Crystal nails I will be cheerfully greeted and taken care of by the wonderful staff.

The service was great, very attentive and they did a great job on both my nails and feet !

There’s new nail techs taking over and there really good . One of them was Jenny, she worked at another nail salon in Cranston .. I just had to follow her all the way to coventry because she’s soo good. But all jokes aside she’s a really good nail tech as well as the other staff, I highly recommend.

The first time I got my nails done it went pretty well. I went again thinking that this place was pretty good, and it was terrible. They cut my finger and just kept going, and when she hurt my nail again she said that it was my fault, and kept putting on nail polish that stung. After taking a look at them they were all different shapes, and they didnt look good. The nail polish was smudged on my hand, and it was over all bad. I will never come back here again. This place does not deserve 4.1 Stars.

Girl cut my finger open and every single one of my toe nails was messed up. Now I will have redo eveything again and it wasnt cheap. I was charged 90 dollars and nothing cost more than 30 dollars so not sure how that added up...

Got a really fantastic pedicure and everyone is so nice!

The air quality in the salon is horrible and the place isn’t clean. There was a small dog who was thrown around like a doll in the salon, which was disturbing. The staff do not wear masks and are loud. It was not relaxing at all! The pedicure was average for $27 plus tip, at least.

If you have not been to Crystal Nails you definitely need to go. New management for over a year now. The staff is so talented. First time I went I had the dip they did a ok job, I figured I would try them again, went last night got the dip again, the clear gel they put over it all peeled off, she didnt do a 2nd dip on one nail, I wont give them a 3rd try.

Had my first mani pedi ever here. The staff were nice but very quiet and not too personable. The pedicure was spa treatment with all the luxury one could want. My manicure seemed very rushed sadly, and when I was cut and did not stop bleeding just seemed to ignore it sadly. Ive never had a mani or pedi so was not sure what to exspect. In the end nails were painted and guess thats the end goal.

Went here to get a full set of acrylic nails and i felt rushed and after they were crooked all different shapes and not cleaned up well. i will not be coming back here again. not even a weeks after getting them done they all fell off without me even doing anything and it was a waste of money.

Absolutely love this place. Go there almost every Monday
