You could not ask for a better experience!! I have always had acrylic nails off and on. They suggested dip nail because it is healthier abd I could not be happier knowing they are thinking of the customer and not just profits. I will be back for my pedicure also because it was amazing!!

Star Nails is in my opinion the best place to get the pampering we all need! Always friendly people, salon is always clean and sanitary. The manager Jessica Do is one of the hardest working people Ive ever met. Her staff is dedicated to making your experience warm, comfortable, and totally satisfactory. I always recommend Star Nails to my friends and family 😊

They allowed my 7 year old daughter to put on acrylic nails.......looked good but common.

I got dip nails here 24 hours ago, they are chipping at the cuticle, I got yellow and they are see-through, they charge extra to have cuticles cut. I am just visiting family from out of town but I will go somewhere else next time. At my home salon it cost me $35 here is was 67 plus tax. Not worth it!

They were VERY slow. I had a 2:30 mani/pedi appointment, didnt even get water in the basin for the pedi until almost 3. Didnt get out of there until almost 5.

I had myself, my sister and my daughter. We went in for just pedis. I ended up leaving with Manis and pedis due to the high pressure sales of the stylists. On several occasions they asked if I wanted Manis and I repeatedly declined. (like four or five times) We each had different stylists, and I was the one paying. They asked my daughter and my sister if they wanted shellac and was told no, they put shellac on her anyways and charged for it. We spent well over 300.00at the salon. As I left, my finger nails (that I didnt really want done anyways) already began to smear due to the 5 coats of polish. We visited the end of March. We will not be going back.

They always do an amazing job and make sure the quality is exactly what your wanting.

The techs rush when doing your nails. My preferred salon was not available so this was close. The service and quality made me realize why I stopped going there.

Ive been going to Star nails for years. Always been extremely happy with the quality of my nails, friendliness of staff and prices. Until today. They did a great job on my nails of course but again, Ive been going for years and getting the same thing. #1 PLUS the callous remover. Costing roughly $40. My best friend and I went and got the exact same thing. Same color, same service... everything. Then when its time to leave our combined total was $125! Her face turned super red when I asked how two $40 pedis can be $45 more. I made her show me how she got that $125 on the calculator yet she came back with $82 instead. I understand the pandemic has been hard, but to try to rip people off is shady. I dont always pay attention hard on the total with them cause Ive gone so long... i just wont ever be back to them.

I went in for a simple thing. he messed up 3 times and made me bleed a little. i payed 63 dollars. one of my fingers are smeared because he messed up. i cried all the way home. never going there again.

-0!! Terrible service. I went today, was there 2 hours and still left WITHOUT my nails being done. The tech had no clue how to paint tips. She took 43 minutes just gluing them on! I will never return.

This place is the best in CB. All of the nail techs are friendly, and they’re funny as hell! Jessica can do amazing things with nails and is always learning the newest salon trends.

I am absolutely furious. I used to live this place and havent went in awhile. I went for dip powder. The lady i had seemed very rushed. She didnt speak to me, she cut my nails short before she asked me if u wanted them short. She made one to short. She hurt my pinky twice and one thumb nail is longer then the other. I will not return ever again.

Usually they do an amazing job with my nails but not this time. I spent over 100 bucks for mani/pedi and with in a few days I had chipped nails on both my fingers and toes... went and had the finger nails fixed only to have them chipped AGAIN less than 24 hours later!!! Deff NOT happy with my most recent experience..

Hasn’t even been a week since i got an acrylic dip done and 3 of my nails have broken off. definitely not worth $65.

Took my daughter for her 18th Birthday to get a manicure with aquilick nails on while I was getting a pedicure. I told her that I just wanted the $26 pedicure but, she kept pushing me to get the $36 one saying that it was better, which I dont doubt but, was just trying to get the cheapest one.. she then continues pushing til I agreed to get the $31 pedicure. Meanwhile, on the other side of the shop, my daughter (who is very quiet and shy) is being pushed to add a design (which took the price from $40 to $46) that she didnt want and wasnt happy with plus a few of her nails were not very straight! I ended up taking her to another nail shop in town to be remove the additional $6 design. The people at the new shop were happy to help and buffed the design off without even charging me for it! We will definitely take our business to the other shop.

This salon does not have nail tools autoclaved or individually wrapped! They use same ones on different customers without using a sterile cleaning. I witnessed this and asked about cleaning and they ignored me. If you want your nails done and dont care about Hepatitis then this is the place for you. Also had a used gross nail brush just laying on sink for everyone to share. No prices posted. I am contacting Dept. of Health. No license posted. This place was DISGUSTING!

Jessica is Amazing, every time I go in for a Pedi, it dont matter the crazy designs I request, she is always up for the challenge, and she NEVER EVER disappoints me!! I always walk out of there with a huge smile, and feeling good not just about my experience...but, about myself as well!! I have been other places and have been so very disappointed...but, at the same time can not complain, for the sake of sounding ungrateful to whom may have taken me out as there treat. I prefer to go to Star Nails Only, and ask for Jessica!! Let me add though that all whom work at Star Nails are more then qualified to take care of your needs, an or wants!! Thanks again Jessica🥰

Place is kinda pricey for not that great of a job, probably a smarter idea to just drive into Omaha a bit and get your nails done.

GREEDY AND RIPPED ME OFF!! All I had was a shellac manicure and a pedicure they tacked on all these extra charges even for using a magnet over magnetic polish!! My total ended up being over $80 we even asked if they charged extra and they wouldnt answer and then talked to each other in Japanese. For a snowflake on each big toe ended up being $12.00 plus many more other charges. This place is not worth the time or effort and they didnt even do that good of a job.......

First- the lady was like your nails are uglySecond- she made my pinky bleed being so hardThird- Im simple and basic and I just do regular polish on acrylics. She kept trying to tell me that I had dip on my nails and that she was going to do dip and which I had to repeatedly say no it is Polish I am not doing dip and then she says okay youll do dip next time I said no I wontFourth- she said $20 fill- $3 bc I have round shape $3 to fix one & $3 bc theyre long. (Theyre not long) and then 3 more dollars bc I wanted one finger a different SOLID color. $31 for a regular color fill.I used my card to pay for it and wrote down cash on the tip line. She then went and got a different worker who came up to me in front of everyone and said that you put cash down for the tip but we dont see any tip youre going to tip her right? Wheres her tip?I was livid. And one nail has already broke after 4 days

Terrible customer service today. I wanted a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. I had my pedi first and it went great. When I told her I wanted a schellac mani she said you do? Looked at the clock and said shed do that for me. Had me walk over to station barefoot and I sat down. She was obviously irritated and mad at me now. The rest of my experience was terrible and she made me feel very uncomfortable. She wasnt gentle when removing my old polish or switching fingers to paint. We spoke 3 words the entire time. I will never be back to Star Nails.

Hope yall take the time to read this, and take into account what I have to say, this place is not that great, most of the nail techs are friendly, I suppose, but a few were pretty pushy and overall just kind of an uncomfortable experience. The lady that did my nails was pretty damn rough on my nails and they are actually a little bit sore, now a few hours later. The lady was pretty unprofessional that did my nails. I didnt get her name, obviously, because I will not be returning. I came in and she had a lady before me that was getting her nails done, as soon as she finished, the second the lady left the chair she had me sitting down in the chair without even cleaning the station or anything, there was even nail clippings on the ground everywhere. I wasnt thinking much of it AT THE TIME, being the non confrontational person that I am. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and before her even starting I asked if she could do the design, which was not something outrageous or anything, it was just one accent nail on each nail but it was a camo design. She started doing my nails and a few minutes in, her phone started ringing AND SHE ANSWERED IT line it was nothing while continuing my nails. When she started to do the design, she had failed attempts twice of trying to figure it out before she threw her hands in the air and said I cant do this, pick a different design. So me, again being non confrontational, I was thinking why cant she ask one of the other 8 nail techs sitting here? Wouldnt that be customer service? Whatever so I said okay Ill pick a different design. She gave me NO time to pick a new design and made me feel rushed and uncomfortable so I just told her whatever just go ahead and paint them the one color and forget the design. At this point, I really wanted just the color no design. I was getting upset. Her, trying to make more money probably, said oh I can just do a black design. So, me, again being non confrontational I said alright cool fine. She does it RUSHINGLY of course because she had another client waiting even though we BOTH had appointments. She didnt ask me what kind of design I wanted, she just Started going for it without asking me what I would like, when she was done, she had painted feather on both of my accent nails, without even asking me what I would like, that being said, one of the feathers does look good, but the other one does not match at all. It was completely rushed. The nails do look okay, but they were not at all what I wanted. I wanted Camo to match an outfit for a special event so the feather design has nothing to do with my look. Not happy... Also the lady getting her nails done next to me seemed unhappy too, giving me disbelief glances from across the chairs. Not my story to tell but not a lot of us seemed pleased. I wont be going back.. Pretty disappointed. They are also stupidly pricey. Even though she wasnt very personable, and didnt take her time, I didnt have the heart to tell her to remove the design. Plus she was already rushing and acting like I was a waste of time. So, no thanks Star Nails. I feel like I wasted my hard earned money for something that Im not happy with.

Im never going here again. Spent 70 dollars and the matt polish flaked off the next day. They didnt want to fix my nails at all.

Im only giving this place 1 star cus i have to...but this is the worst nail salon i have ever experienced... it took multiple redos for them to make my nails some what more than what my 12 year old daughter could do... i spent 92$ for them to put acrylic on when it was supposed to be shellac and im not able to use acrylic... told them that multiple times yet she didnt listen and i ended up with an allergic reaction from ACRYLIC!!! when i called to get my $ back the lady was rude and wouldnt give it back... i highly recommend not going here ever!

The lady that did my nails didnt talk to me at all and she was very rough with me she made my hand bleed and she didnt get rid of the hang nails. one lady came in just for a nail fix and she hadent been touched or spoken to the entire time i was there. but the final product of my nails were amazing. for french tips and zebra print on the tips it was 45$.. very good price.. :) wish they wouldve interacted more...

I went to star nails yesterday to get my nails acrylics done and the lady who did my nails had filed them so much she actually had made a cut in my finger which started bleeding and on top of that the length and shape were both different from what i had specifically asked for (the older lady i believe she is the owners mother)
