Really enjoyed it the first time I went as I never had my nails done before. Quan did a good job. I returned weeks later to get the dip removed as they were lifting and it seemed they were rushed so instead of letting me soak the nails in acetone for a proper amount of time, the lady drilled it off and took half my real nail in the process. I now have paper thin nails that chip easily and ridges throughout. She kept saying it was my fault for getting dip nails, but I have looked online and this should not happen after getting it one time. It seems like some nails techs are quite inexperienced and should not be given a task they have never done before. I would have rather they asked me to come back another time if they were too busy to do the job properly. She kept apologizing afterwards, but the damage was already done.

I had gone to this nail salon for over four years. They are good at what they do that is obvious because they are always busy. Unfortunately when going to this salon you are subject to the world by Qain. He doesnt care if you have an appointment or even if you per book weeks in advance. He will take walk ins when he wants. Its not a restful or peaceful place any more. I have been witnesses of him yelling at the receptionist to the point of making her cry and yelling at other employees.Few things I have over heard him say or he has actually said to me in just the last few months. He doesnt see what the big deal is if you have to wait,if you like the way they do your nails you will wait. If he could only have skinny clients come in he could fit more clients in the salon.And when they got some new products I mentioned telling friends about it, he told me they didnt need any new clients and they probably need to get rid for some old ones. When I confronted him on how he handled things. He has now band me from the salon. It was a great place to go tell the last five months.

Ive only been twice but I love my nails, fast and friendly service with a wonderful bunch of women to chat with.

I go here with my wife every other weekend. The place is always jumpin! We call ahead and make appointments, but then check to make sure they are running on time right before. Occassionally they run behind and we reschedule. The receptionist speaks English and gets it right every time. The staff is friendly and quick. They serve refreshments! Covered parking is a bonus, and free! Good experience every time. I cant do a better referral!

Ask for Juan to do your acrylics! Hes been a blessed retreat from the stresses of the world for me and my nails stayed flawless for weeks! Not even a chip! Only have to get a full from growth of my nails. Amazing place to get pampered! Plus, Mai is the only place that will embellish with my beloved Mickey mouse. Love this place!

Called the day before for a reservation, even though it was a busy saturday they made the last minute appointment work. They were packed and very busy, we had a little bit of a wait even with the appointment but was understandable. Great pedicure:)

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of Mai Nails. It was my first and only visit here. We were packed in here like sardines and everything was very dirty. My manicure took an hour and a half. My nail tech didnt realize I had gel polish on my nails even tho I was asked when I scheduled my appt. And again when I arrived at my appt. She had me soaking in something but it wasnt for gel nails. She did a good job once she figured it out.

Mai Nails is the best place to go for manicures and/or pedicures. They take the time to really listen to what you want. They are attentive and just a fun atmosphere for a little me time.

They were horrible an they didn’t speak English, did whatever they wanted on my nails an didn’t ask anything. Talked to the manger who isn’t professional an wouldn’t re-do then when they didn’t ask me what I wanted. They are over priced an not worth going there.

Unsanitary and be prepared to wait for a half hour minimum even if you have an appointment. I’ve given them several chances and am always dissatisfied with my experience.

This is my second visit to Mai Nails and both times have been awesome! I just moved to C.B recently and needed a new nail place. I can definitely say I found it! They do charge extra for designs and anymore than two colors. Totally worth it!

Ann gave me my first ever pedicure. What an experience. Her attitude put me at ease as I was nervous and did not know what to expect. Place is clean and noticed all workers are very friendly and communicate with thier customers and with each other. This is exactly what I needed, it kept me at ease a bit and not so worried that I was the only guy customer. I would have tried a manicure but they were busy and didnt have that much time. Ill be back again for sure.

They made me wear a mask when I cannot wear one for serious medical reasons. There are barriers, and everyone else was wearing a mask. So ridiculous. I couldnt even enjoy the one little thing I wanted to do for myself. Its pathetic. I shouldnt have stayed, but I really wanted to get my nails done. Im very saddened, as this used to be my favorite place

The guy who did my nails was Quan he was supper funny and made sure I loved my nails. It was my first time getting my nails done and he made me feel okay.I absolutely love them. It feels save and like a big family there. :))

WORST NAIL PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO

Ive been to this place 3x, this time Im very disappointed!! My nails look amazing after a week. But under my nail has an infection, I been cleaning it all week, noticed it the very next day. 2 weeks later a nail falls off and one gets broken.

Always a wait even with a scheduled appointment you STILL wait they can’t even shape a stiletto nail I always end up with almond sorry but worst nail shop in cb I don’t recommend

Our toenails look amazing. And my toenails havent looked this great since I was a kid. Of course they were sealed under a layer or two of lacquer. A tad pricey but I dont do this normally.

Friendliness and quality of work are spectacular. Best place in town. Because of this, Wait times are often long though. Id advise to make an appointment beforehand, and dont be surprised to wait, even when you have an appt.

Way to much for a set of nails

I was very disappointed again. Third time there and the service was very poor. I had an appointment that I made eight hours earlier and still had to wait 45 minutes. Also my nail tech didnt even speak to me and she forgot to do one of my hands and then she glued her fingers together what a nightmare The so called owner Juan argued with the lady that books Danielle that sets the appointments the entire time . I also did not see them clean any tools or wash their hands. I wont ever go back. I will not recommend this place to my family or friends. VERY DISATISFIED 😡

When my daughter was unhappy with a manicure done at a different salon where she was pressured to get a design that she didnt want and paid an additional $6 for, we went into Mai Nails to have it fixed. They were friendly, understanding, and even buffed off the design for us at no charge! My 2 daughters and I will be going to Mai for all of our future manicures and pedicures! Thank you very much

I was desperate to get my nails done. Great! They fit me in. I have never had my nails hurt before, nor have the paint fall off two days later. I wouldn’t ever go here again.

Got my nails done here a little over a week ago and the lady doing mine was very friendly but I didn’t like my first experience here because it seemed as they were very rushed and they made the nails very thin... I’ve gotten a full set multiple times with the person I go to regularly and I’ve never had this experience of my nails just snapping off from simply scratching my arm. so far I’ve had 3 of my nails break so at this point I’m taking them off myself and not coming back.

I went there and my nails look decent. My women rushed on my pedicure though and it wasn’t completely relaxing. My toenails look like they were rushed through. Also, my women who waxed my lip missed a complete spot and also kept dipping the same stick into the wax.

My sister and I didn’t make an appointment and they were busy. However they still accommodated for us. The service was very good and we left with high quality acrylics. Overall we were very pleased and we had a lovely time. The nail techs were very good at what they do and made the experience very enjoyable. This was the best salon we’ve been to by far.

Love love love. Great place to treat yourself to. They offer a safe place to get nails and toes done. The pedicure is amazing. They have liners for tubs. Best massage chairs. They offer free drinks. They have tons of colors to choose from. They use single use files and buffers. They use oranges and hot towels on legs and hot lotion and hot rocks for a massage also!! The staff are great. They offer lots of nail choices also. They have great prices and dont require appointments but help to get in and out quickly. You have to try this place!!

Absolutely love this salon!!! I was visiting from Southwest Nebraska and found this gem!! It was packed when we walked in (that’s a great sign to me). They worked us right in!! Quan was awesome with my refill and the ladies gave fabulous pedicures!! Definitely recommend and will visit again when I’m in the area!!!

This is the worst experience I’ve had in awhile. It’s my first time going here and i brought a friend with. We walked in and the lady said to come back at 3:30, so we did. I wanted a full set with an accent nail and a stencil flower and my friend did the dip powder. First, he didn’t try to match the shape of my nails (I requested coffin shape) and then he did the flower stencil and he smudged it and didn’t bother to retry. And here I am, not even a week later with 4 of my nails broken. If I’m going to pay $50 do my nails then I don’t think they should last less than a week and I don’t think I should have to settle for a smudged flower. And my friend that went with: her nail assistant cut her finger 2 times and she also had multiple nails break off. This is the worst place to go for your nails. What’s the point? How are they getting a 4.6 star rating? Never again.

My nail tech, Lisa, was efficient and conscientious about doing an excellent job on my pedicure. Honestly, it may be the best pedicure Ive ever had. The price was reasonable, especially since it included a hot towel wrap of my feet and lower legs and a hot stone massage. I will definitely be returning for future pedicures and I will definitely be requesting Lisa.

In my opinion, I think they do a great job. Ive never had a problem with the pedicures or the acrylic nails. I normally get the almond shape nails but this time I decided to get stiletto shape. They turned out adorable!

One of the BEST set of nails I have ever got!!!

Ive been here twice so far with my sister. The first time I had Quan and Kim help me, both very very friendly people. I was offered something to drink both times, my acrylic nails and design turned out really good for my first visit and I had shellac done the second visit. Bathrooms and clean and nice, entire place just looks clean and well kept. Its nice to see that they sterilize their equipment. Overall I love this nail salon and will be my go-to for getting my nails done.

I love their pedicures. I recently started getting acrylic nails. They were amazing about my Moms pedicure. Shes older and has a lot of trouble with her feet and legs. Always friendly.

Very Nice! Decor was beautiful and up to date with massage chairs, flat screen TVs, nice clean bathrooms, and comfy seating. Pedi bowl covered in plastic disposed after every customer, very clean, used clean/sterile tools for each customer. Excellent customer service, very polite,I was greeted at the door and offered something to drink. My Shellac Nails came out great, Hot stone Pedicure was heaven, I definitely recommend!!!

Quan usually always does my nails. The other 2 techs Ive tried were ella and ethan. Both of them did great also! Ive never had an infection on hands or toes. Usually holly does my pedis but they all are capable of doing great pedis. Yes its a very busy place but thats a good thing. Appointments are better especially during weekends,holidays, and their busy season. Very nice people,funny,clean and professional. Honestly Ive never felt more like family at any other salon or business!

Terrible Terrible Terrible! Went to this nail place because i seen good reviews. This place sucks! The staff was rude and made me feel like they had no time for me! The kid that did my feet didnt get my dead skin off my feet at all! The kid that painted my nails smudged all of them! I got home and my bf asked me if one of our children painted my nails! The kid that did my pedicure got the massage rocks way way to hot and burnt the top of my foot! I am so DISAPPOINTED! Im definitely gonna let me friends and family know not to go to this place! (BTW the same kid did all of this, I could tell right away he didnt like his job!)

The staff was extremely caring, and welcoming. They were very friendly and attentive. My friend and I were offered drinks (coke, water, sprite, etc.) by three different staff members. They showed the cleanliness off, making me feel more comfortable. The foot baths were covered with plastic, and the tools were removed from sterile autoclaved packages. Kim, who helped me, was extremely nice, and made sure that I was comfortable with my experience. Tina, who helped my friend, kept making jokes and made the experience more enjoyable for both of us. The general environment was very welcoming, and without a doubt, my friend and I will both return and highly recommend it as the best nail spa in CB.
