I would never recommend this place. Unfortunately, the nail tech was not able to perform a dip service. Natural nails, new dip. The top coat would not harden. Asked to just have them removed because remained sticky. The owner was not happy. The owner removed the dip that was applied and left my nails in horrible condition and then charged me $40. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON.

The lady who did my nails I’m pretty sure was the owner since she was doing scheduling and ordering customers around. Anyways, she was super rough when removing my gel polish it felt like my nails were on fire then when she did the polish and was curing it I noticed some bubbling and asked her to fix it you could tell she was annoyed with her attitude. Once fixed I looked at it again and there was ALOT of lumpiness and bubbling and when I complained she tried to embarrass me by saying to the other employees “it looks fine no bubbles or lumps right” so I got annoyed and just left. I shouldn’t have had to argue with her about my nails I wasn’t happy so it should have been fixed if it were up to me I wouldn’t even give 1 star it’s not even deserving of that. Not to mention I had my nails done prior to this and they messed up. I was giving them a second chance I definitely should have went with my better instinct on this one! $43 down the drain!!!!!! 😡

I hadnt been here for years as I moved away but in searching for a nail salon today I remembered this place & how friendly the staff were & how detailed & professional they were. Im so glad I came back, this has such a spa like vibe with employees who actually talk to you!! I will make the extra drive to come back regularly!! ❤

Probably the worst set of nails I’ve ever gotten. The pedicure was fine but the polish didn’t get a top coat. The nails though, are bubbles that are too big and too thick to look anywhere near natural.

I started going here in March. These people are great! Artistic too! They are knowledgeable and helpful. A lot of regulars go there. Im happy to say, I am a regular now.

My nails were fine, but my besties perfect almond shape were completely destroyed by a tech that clearly didnt look at her shape beforehand.

I’ve been to this place twice. Each time was worse. The first time I came I left with my nails looking horrendous. This time they told me they had time in an hour so I left and came back. A tech started going my nails while another client sat down. The tech then proceeded to switch in between us and try to do our nails at the same time. So the whole process took twice as long and was very unsanitary as she was using the same tools on both of us. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. I will never go back!

I paid 45$ for the most painful manicure of my life! I was in tears. I’ve had my nails done for ten years, I was having them removed, she used a fake nail to rip my acrylics off. After two nails I was in so much pain and asked them to be soaked but she said that takes too long. I was in tears. The tools to file were dirty. The water scorched my nails because they were sensitive I got ice cold water instead. There is a whole in my nail bed from the removal. Very painful!

Got a full set and a pedicure. The pedicure was absolutely amazing. Being pregnant and sore from it and work, the spa was exactly what I needed. They both did an amazing job and Ive never felt more relaxed. The price was decent as well especially for how good the service was!

I love the service and pedicure and manicure were nice. However the quality wasn’t there it hasn’t been a week my toe shellac is half off and my full set with shellac as well is coming off. I paid 150 for nails and toes. I will not recommend for anyone looking for quality. I won’t be back.

I took my husband for pedicure, he loved it.

Last time I visited I had a shellac manicure and she willingly moved to a seat not next to another patron per my request (due to COVID). I liked that. The shellac did not last. It should last last two weeks was pealing after 10 days. But since I was treated well I decided to return to this salon for my pedicure. Today, the technician sat me and another woman in the pedi-chair with feet in the water then disappeared on us. After a while when she hadn’t returned I motioned to another technician and after some discussion I couldn’t understand, a different woman came to did my pedicure —with the wrong polish! When I pointed it out to her that it was not the sample I chose NO EFFORT whatsoever was made to correct the error. I hope the polish lasts, even though I don’t like this color! Not pleased. If the technicians had spoke to me instead of to each each other, the problem could have been averted. And the customer paid! I won’t be back.

I got a mani and pedi. I really enjoyed the conversation with the gentleman that did my nails. Sadly I wasnt able to enjoy the full experience of relaxing as they did my nails at the same time which made me have to be turned a certain way. My nails did chip within 3 days. Overall tho I would ask next time it be done at different times.

Just left this nail salon. My nails look alright. Not bad, not great. Honestly, I never get my nails done just for the look afterwards but rather for the relaxing experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case today. I will admit I did not have an appointment. So it was nice of them to get me and 3 other ladies in for manicures and pedicures. However, everything felt so rushed. The pedicure lasted around 10 minutes. The massage portion was definitely lacking. For my manicure, I was never asked what shape or length. My nails are uneven. And the lady skipped my favorite part of the hand massage and lotion at the end. I’m sure if an appointment would have been made, it may have been a different story. But if I’m going to be spending $70, I would really like it to be worth the money.

My daughter and I had mani & pedis right before our vacation. I was in complete sticker shock when checking out and the bill was $285!! But, I didn’t make a big deal as we both got acrylics. By the third day of vacation I had already lost 2 nails, by end of vacation 4! My daughters nails did the exact same, just lasted a few days longer. For $285 and the nails didn’t make it a week for one and two weeks for the other is greatly upsetting.

The girl who did my nails messed up the shape and started peeling day off then two days later i get pain in my nail and I find out its a fungal infection.

I have been to this nail salon many times. The results always vary but today’s experience was awful! The guy kept telling me to relax and was yanking on my hands during my mani. Not only that, but he made me bleed with the nail file 4 times!!!! Once is understandable but 4??? He was so rough! For the money I paid, I am not happy with the service I received!

My nails were not even the same shape. Had some rough spots in them. My daughter was supposed to get her nails and toes painted as i was getting my nails done and they only did her hands. Was not very happy. I wont be back.

I have been going here for 3 years and they did a terrible job, they made my fingers bleed and kept going and they don’t how to do designs and can’t shape and do not know how to paint. They also messed up my nail and didn’t fix it and told me to go dry them they are very rude here. I would not recommend and will never come back

Juicy Nails in Council Bluffs.NOT HAPPY.I showed the nail tech the top picture and told her I wanted all 10 nails in the fully covered design, not the tipped design.Nail tech: So you want ring finger?Me: No I want the flag design on all 10 fingers. I pointed it out. Then I pointed at the tipped ones and said I dont want these on any fingers. This was repeated a couple more times. Then the nail tech proceeded to paint two of my tips black. I told her to stop. She argued with me about the colors of the American flag. I made her remove the black and again told her I wanted NO TIP color. I want the full design on every finger. You see what I got. I was charged more than when I get what I want on every finger.TWO THUMBS DOWN!They told Shannah hers would cost 27 dollars, then charged her 39. When she brought it to their attention, they said it was the 7% tax. Last I knew 7% of 27 was 1.89. Should have come to 28.89. NEVER AGAIN.

My friend and i went to get acrylics and my mom got a pedicure the nail polish on my mom is on her skin and my friends nails came off 2 days later my nail is sticking up and i will probably not be coming back anytime soon.

I absolutely love this place! I came in last last week got my nails done & that night 2 broke. I was so disappointed because normally the do such an Amazing job. Well, I went in a few days later, unfortunately it was very close to closing time, but they welcome me right in & Brian stayed late to make sure my nails were perfect!!! I was a loyal customer before this happened & because of their OUTSTANDING Customer Service I will continue to drive over from Omaha to get my nails done!!

I went in and paid $60 to have to go back and have them redone because they were horrible. When I went back they were fine but all they did was drill them down. They were super thin and broke off! The polish peeled off 2 days after they were redone. I have a hole in on of my nails where it was drilled so far down into my nail bed. I cant get them done till it heals now! Two other nails have big gaps where there is no acrylic at all. Between me and my daughter I paid $137 which I will never do again! This was the worst experience ever. Ive paid less for way better quality!

I’ve gone here for a couple years for pedicures and shellac and dip manicures. I’ve never had an issue with pedicures, but recently I’ve had multiple issues with manicures. I was getting dip manicures that were great at first, but I stopped because I felt it was ruining my nails. After several months of regular manicures, the dip polish started not adhering as long and would peel off my nails within a few days to a week. When I took the polish off, my nails were extremely thin, broke a lot, and had huge divots from the drill being used too harshly on my nails. I gave my nails a break for a few months and then tried shellac. The first application was great and lasted a full 2 weeks. The next time, they were done by a different lady and literally started peeling off the next day. I went back and the same lady redid them (free) with a different polish, but they started lifting at the edges and peeling off again within 5 days. This isn’t normal. I even wear rubber gloves doing dishes/cleaning to protect my nails/manicure. I did not go back this time. I hardly have time to get my nails done on a normal basis and can’t keep going back to get them redone because something is wrong with them. It’s frustrating and disappointing.

Awful experience. First walked in, and was asked what we wanted, my friend got taken care of right away as I just had to stand there while there were techs on their phones and just looking at me. I tell them I would like a refill (as their website says refills are $17) and I told the lady taking care of my friend that I would just like the paint on, no shellac. So she told me to pick from the rack of fake nails on the opposite side of the wall. Another lady starts doing my nails, and after they are painted and all, I look and they’re uneven, 2 of my nails are missing a corner to them, they aren’t all even the same shape, and they’re shorter than when I last got them. And she said they looked “perfect” then proceeded to ring me up. The total? $42.80?! That’s more than a complete full set should be?! (My friend paid $50 for hers which is completely insane since their prices don’t match up to their website whatsoever). I told her that the website says $17 and she said that I picked the shellac when the other lady told me it was not shellac. Feel really upset & actually kinda feel conned out of my money considering she had me pick out shellac knowing it isn’t what I asked for at all, and yet I still had to pay the full amount? Never going back.

I had my nails done last Sunday by Jenny. She did an amazing job! I will never go anywhere else!

If you go here, ask for one of the men to do your nails. They men are great, take their time, and do things correctly. If you are unfortunate enough to get a female, they will go as fast as they can, not pay attention to detail, and the shape and paint will be sloppy. The one positive that I can say consistently about getting my nails done here is that they will stay on for over a month if you don’t get fills every 2 weeks like you’re ‘supposed to’.

I went here for a full set of acrylics and the old lady with short hair i had was not very nice and did an awful job. She cut me a few times and they were super thick and uneven. some spots were smooth and some were not. some sides were thicker than others. the sides were missing powered. it was just a horrible experience. I ended up just picking them off. Waste of my time and my money! i dont recommend going to this lady for any nails services.

Shellac fell apart two hours after leaving. Didn’t have time to go back that day. I paid $45 including tip that day. The next day I go back and she covers the chipping parts of my nails with more shellac but you can still see where it was chipped lol thanks?

I was a walk in 20 minutes before they closed today. I thought I had over an hour. I was nicely greeted and shown to a chair where the gentleman had a big job ahead of him. My nails were a mess from a previous shop! He did not complain one time. I felt awful for coming so late but he made me feel comfortable. Nice, clean bright shop!!!My hats off to him. Ill drive from west omaha to go there from now on. Highly recommend.

My bf and i went in for a pedicure. The staff was so welcoming and great. My toes look amazing. This place is so clean and ill definatly make this my go to for my nails for now on.

My shelac is pealing off like I just use polish on them. I was told they could fix/ glue a cracked nail. No 2 days later to broke off. They were friendly. However the work I had done did not last as it should of.

I was just in there to get a dip with the lady at the second station and it was a waste of my money. this was my first time here and first time getting a dip and it was awful. She did not even remove my old color fully before applying the new stuff. She just covered it up with the dip. The paint job was uneven and did not cover the entire nail so now i have two colors showing on my nails. The dip is awfully thick as well. I will not return to this salon again..

Always gotten my nails done and they always have done great but unfortunately the last time I went my nails where rushed and I was really unhappy with all of it. Not great. I usually dont go here but it was a Sunday and I was desperate. Nails are uneven and the edges arent covered in the dipping powder. It was a walk in appointment, but Im used to waiting to get seen in that case. I was asked to make an appointment next time. She was in such a hurry that she didnt get all of the old dip off my nails.

I had gone in to buy my girlfriend a gift certificate and I asked how much it would be for what she wanted, what color she wanted, what shape she wanted, and what type of polish she wanted. and they told me $27 so I bought a $30 gift certificate. My girlfriend went in and told them what she wanted and they did it. At the end of the session she was charged $58! Why did the price jump up $30? Also the didn’t trim her nails or clean her cuticles before they did her acrylic nails. Do not recommend coming here all around bad customer service.

I have been going here since 2001 its the ONLY place I will go to get my manicure and pedicures. Its a laid back environment very welcoming. I only recommend this place to everyone

I just had a fill today with regular polish, so nothing fancy, but everyone was very nice. I didnt have to wait and it was a pleasant experience. I was only charged $18 something, plus the tip I typically give.

Thought this was a good place but when paying for my nails she added a gell polish I never asked for. Then said well I can take it off the polish and put different on but waited over an hour and was told it would be 30 minutes. Nails should have been 32. I ended up paying 39. They will never get my service again for the way tonight went. That is just bad business to add something I never asked for .

Staff has always been super friendly. It’s the only nail salon I will go to because they are great and know what they are doing.

I went in for shellac. The girl started painting it on and I asked her if there was something wrong with the polish as it wasn’t looking very good. She told me it needed another coat. She put on 3 coats. I told her it looked bumpy and still the color wasn’t even. She told me the top coat would fix it. The top coat didn’t fix it. It was painted on pretty sloppy. The color was uneven and it was bumpy. She went and got another girl that worked there. The girl walked up to me and said “can I help you?” She started off quite rude and she did offer to change the color but after sitting there for over an hour I really needed to get on with my life. The original girl took a very rough nail file and filed off most of the color then wrapped my nails in foil and acentone. Then she scraped off the rest of the color. She then told me they were still charging me $16. I went to the front counter where the girl that asked how she could help me was sitting. I told them I didn’t understand how they could charge me for making my nails look worse than when I walked in. Since they are now scraped up from being filed with a super rough nail file. And they are still covered in bits of the color that they couldn’t get smooth or even. She then not so nicely handed my card back to me. I cannot believe this is how anyone could run a business. Especially since I told the girl doing my nails during the process that it wasn’t looking good. I could tell she knew because she was brushing so many times on one nail. I’m not sure if the color was old or bad or what but she should have stopped at the beginning and fixed it and done it right. Now my nails are trashed and I wasted 2 hours of my time.

My wife loves getting her nails done here. They make her feel as beautiful as I know she is and for that I appreciate them.
