Credit card machine not currently working in handwash bays. Its Thursday January 21. The wand put out LOTS of soap so thats a plus. The crystal rinse didnt work. My car has very visible spots all over. If the interstate was nearby I would have hopped on and drive for a few minutes to dry my car before it spots.
It had been quite some time since I was able to thoroughly clean and vacuum out my suv since covid. I was hesitant to use the vacuum there, always had bad luck with either poor suction or wasted money to get it started. No more, they had upgraded theor vacuums and I was there for over an hour removing pet hair and dirt accumulated from hauling plants and the country roads. The vacuum was strong and the time allowed for the money gave me plenty of time to finish the job.
My go to wash been going here for years love the fact they installed a new automatic wash
Gets the job done, btmutni can still see the dirt mrkw on my windshield
Easy to use self & drive thru car wash. Clean, everything was working.
Clean. The foam brush ACTUALLY works. Alot if car washes the foam brush never works. They take cash and debit! Huge plus!
I’ve used this car wash self service for 10 years, whatever the unmarked price increase is (shortened wash time), it’s not worth it anymore. Used to be able to get it washed up nice foam brushed for $10 now for that same price is a two laps of rinsing it off covering in soap then timing out at $10, the next swipe is a $5 minimum. Our company is going to invest in a garden hose instead. Thank you for your years of service.
I keep going back here, hoping it will be different, it never is. This time only 2 bays open, only one of them with both sides open, & no soap! IN ANYTHING!! No soap? Really? An $8 rinse is what that was. I have finally learned my lesson.
They need bigger signs that say that they dont give change back on washing your car yourself
Is there I just use for shortcut my bicycle through
When I pay for the most expensive wash in the automatic, I expect a clean car. Literally didn’t wash the bottom half of my car
Average self serve car wash. Equipment typically performs correctly. Have 1 automated bay and 3 self serve bays. The soap and clear coat usually have been filled so youre not using plain water. 3 vacuums across from bays usually work but not very powerful.
Every time I have issues there customer service gives you an excuse saying the computers are down I would give 5 stars but its the three times Ive gotten screwed brings it down to three stars
Love this location. Yes, its conveniently near my house, but its always got good water pressure and operational equipment. Repairs are rectified quickly since i have never scene any damaged wands or brushes. Plus, unlike other service providers, Ive never scene warning tape or a stall closed up & unusable from lack of maintenance or repairs. (the never- too once in the beginning of the season and the end of the season. )
This place is a rip off it took 20 dollars from me and they did a couldnt get a refund i will not be going here anymore
Great place to wash your car or truck
Good car wash, need hangers for floor mats.
Cold water and huge pot holes in the parking lot full of dirty muddy water that you cannot avoid once you exit the stall.
Pre wash didnt seem to work. Gave it a minute and no suds, had to switch to high pressure wash.
It was ok but no hot water when washing. It did not clean well.
I went to the council Bluffs location and just wanted to rinse off my car,I used my debit card and was literally there 5 minutes and when I checked it charged me $10.70 for a rinse down,if you go here I would use cash and he a attendant wash the bays down, how can you clean a car that’s sitting in mud
Just too expensive, but almost want to give more stars for motivating me to just go out and purchase my own pressure washing for much more than just vehicles that fit. Capitalism at work! Your too expensive, so Ill go to this person instead kinda thing. Thank you for showing me how quickly my pressure washer can pay for itself!
The last time I used them, the automatic wash didnt work but they sent me a code for a free wash. So I went to the one on East Broadway and it worked great!
I like Gorilla wash as it is an inexpensive wash that does the job. The dryers leave my car a little wet afterwards. Its nothing fancy but I prefer it as its touch less. They also have self serve washing stalls. Update: 11-12-17 seems like a nice and new wash system. They have an app to pay now if you want which is super cool. Love the new wash. Not happy with the new dryers though. Stopped halfway on my car leaving the back half of my car wet. Maybe Ill go with the $30/m offer so I dont feel like I wasted $12 on a wash. Because that to me is a great deal.
I was half way through the second soak of soap and the machine stopped working, so lost 8 dollars in my wash and had to finish in the self wash bay for another 6 dollars . This was my first bad wash and been going there for some time, I quest today was an donation day.😪
Great wash but the change machine ate 6 Dollars
So I usually like gorilla wash and this one used to be great. I recently moved back to the neighborhood and have used this wash many, many times before I moved away. Back then it was great. Now its really not great, unless youre the only person there. If any other day is in use you have no pressure at all. You might as well just turn a hose on. It has been this way since last fall and I will not be going back to this location until its fixed.
Mostly broke bays
The car wash at buckeys right up the road before you cross the bridge is way better for the same price
Great wash, though never gets inside of wheels without using manual coin open first to blast off dirt/snow, etc.
Its a car wash, some options were worn off the selector so I wasnt always sure which option I had selected
It cost five dollars for 5 minutes. That part is ok, however it takes a long time to start the wash then if you want to go to another mode it takes a long time. Your 5 minutes is more like 2.5 minutes.
Wish I could give this joke of a place a “-5 “out of 5 no one answers the phone when you all about the unlimited car was the card reader at both locations or disabled in my opinion this business sucks and can’t even return a phone call. But this is all in my opinion
I love the touch less wash over here. Though it has broken on me mid wash twice now, their customer service has always made it right. I wash my car probably about 2 times/week here.
Save your money and go somewhere else. There is never any pressure in the hoses and half the time the soap barely comes out. I complained last year about this and after some time I received a free car wash. Decided to give them another try and is not worth the money.
I wash all of my Gorillas here.... always have!
Its hard to beat location
Always a quality wash. That why I have the the monthly service
Good place to get your car washed, if you are a do it yourself kind of car washer.
Time seems to go by really fast but still a bargain
Rip off - dont waste your time
Psh, it works I guess, my cars cleaned.
Too Expencive, Water cuts off quick
Gets my car clean and good price
Love the touchless wash!!
We pay a monthly fee so can wash my car every day if I want.
Ok place to wash you car.
The shami machine took my money.
Seems to be a good little wash er up, scrub a dub dub :)
Water pressure was terrible and had to go somewhere else to get quarters stop wash
Great wash
Good wash
Good car wash
Close to me. Takes credit cards.
Not as updated as the one on West Broadway, but usually not as crowded either.
The automatic wash had a leak in the main line, so not a lot of cleaning product made it to the car.
So many specialty machines
Getting costly to wash the car
I washed my mountain bike there
It did its job
Great
Doesnt clean
Decent
Ok place
