Great do it yourself wash or automatic wash one thing they do need is upholstery cleaners to removes spots ECT from your car

Did not go very well. I bought the best or at least the most expensive option they had. When finished in car wash sides of car looked like they were not even touched.$15 and had to go somewhere else and wash again

This car wash is in a convenient location. It has vacuum cleaners and several bays for hand washing, but I prefer the touchless automated wash. There are several options, of course. It accepts credit cards, which is great, because I dont carry much cash these days. It is any easy in and out. The place can be pretty busy at certain times. Its good to go a little early or a little later to get through faster.

The pressure of the water was very low. It took 15 minutes to just wash and rinse my car. Not worth the money.

I drive a fancy sports car, so I prefer touch-free car washes. This is great place, however they only have 1 bay, so there is always a line of cars out to the street, all afternoon, evening, and even at times such as after 8PM at night. I hope they can build another automatic bay someday to help the flow of traffic

I usually stop here in the morning to get all the trash out of my car that my three kiddos leave behind. It is always very clean and in the morning there is always a very nice gentleman there cleaning the bays and making sure everything is working.

Glad it was open after dark in December. Nicely lit in the wash. Wash was fine. Kiosk to pay was a little dark. I hit the wrong button.

The vacuum had no suction as the top came loose. And car wash did not complete the wash as it kept saying to move forward. Then it stopped all together

My is not any cleaner then in went in. Mind you I got the works. Had to come home and re clean it. Not HAPPY!!

Vacuums always broke and takes your money.

Used to like it but now I go across the bridge where I can pay $8 for 20 min. Last time i used this wash it was $5 to start and gave me 7 min to wash before it stopped. There was still soap all over my car and I will never use any of the gorilla washes in cb again. They are just ripping people off now and its not right

It didnt clean the side step rails. Not sure why and we bought the 9.00 wash.

Poor pressure in self service bay, rinse cycle was soapy, contacted the assistant on duty he was extremely rude when he come over to the bay and turned the rinse cycle on he told me I would have to pull my truck out in order for him to check it out which I did . He then preceded to wash down the concrete . Never did come over to where I parked to try to rectify the problem . This guy has a big problem with little man sindrome ! Will not spend another quarter at a gorilla wash !

I like the DIY option but the vacuum hoses are hard to control.

Usually come here to do the wash myself. Generally have enough time on one card swipe (14 or 15min max). I feel the wash does a pretty good job. Wish theyd change out the brush head on the foam brush. Doesnt always seem to be effective depending what bay youre in. And importantly, I always feel safe at this location.

Paid $12 with cc. Didnt get a complete wash. Called the help line. Jim came out and tried to get it working. After waiting about 30 minutes and trying it 2 extra times it was just like the first pass. No under car wash. No wax. No polish. No air dry. Just soap rinse and spot free rinse. Even the $5 option includes the underside rinse. Never offered a discount or refund. Will have the cc payment reversed when the next statement arrives. Poor Jim needs a different employer.

Ive been to this car wash and had good washes. The last time I went was terrible. Half the wash didnt work and they didnt even call me back when I complained. They did send me a token for a free wash, but it would have been nice to get a call to know what they were going to do for me.

It stoped half way through the wash. A car behind me pulled in before he should. Then the wash stoped. The car behind then backed up but the wash didnt finish. I then had to drive around again, repay to have the soap rinsed off.

Always has working machines. The lines are a little long in nice weather. It has self serve bays as well as two touchless bays. They have vacuum stations as well. They have a change machine. They also take debit cards and cash at the car wash. The vacuum is only quarters.

Everything worked as it should and it was below freezing

Didnt clean film off windshield and didnt dry this is my last time. .

Have spongy rollers that spins to clean your car (north tunnel location), wish it was shammy cloth curtains they seem to clean better. Dryer dont quite dry the car as well as another car wash I use.

New automatic wash is nice. A bit expensive, but still the best around. Touchless, none of that soft-touch business.

Dont waste your time or money at this place, at least the one on Broadway. I need water to wash my car, this place doesnt seem to have any!

Nice loud speaker system in the drive threw, however the air blowers are not very strong.

Used the automatic wash pay paid for the good wash it quit after soaking my vehicle ended up pulling over to hand wash to wash off the soap was in there long enough just spray it off used my card to start charged me 10 bucks for 2 minutes called and told them they never called back that place will rip you off and not return calls doesnt even deserve 1 star
