Always super friendly and helpful. I have three units here now and have had a few others in the past. After over eleven years theres never been an issue with access or any of my stuff. I also will only use the chateau locks!

Good location and decent rates. Sam got me in on short notice and everything taken care accordingly. He is professional, extremely nice, and is always there. Somehow my door got jammed and I called the office, and I turn around and he walked clear over to my unit to help me. As a new customer I think you and your team are great!! Been a customer for over 3 years. Very professional, polite and nice people to work with. Very secure location, fenced in with security camera too! The lot and grounds are kepted up (mowed, cleaned, snow cleared fast too!). And, Im still a customer!

Affordable, our only complaint is the outdoor storage for campers is pretty tight when trying to pull your camper out, the storage units are in the way and the parking spaces are very close together. We did has a tail light cover stolen off of our unit last summer.

Its okay. It is as secure as a storage place can be. The man in office had the door locked.There was nothing posted except to call the office number. I had to call and talk to him on the phone, even though I was wearing a mask. To pay the bill I had to put my credit card through the mail slot handing it to someone I could not see. He gave it back with my receipt. I suppose this is due to the Pandemic to protect us both but it just felt weird, but what hasnt been strange in 2020??

I went to get some things out of storage and pay my sons monthly bill. I guess due to covid-19 they would not let me into the office even though I had a mask on, and I had to speak to the manager through the door which was difficult. Then he had me slide a credit card through the mail slot and thats the way I paid the bill. He did give me back my card and a receipt. It just felt weird to me to do business this way, and not see the persons face with whom Im dealing. Also, I had difficulty finding the correct storage due to them poorly marked, or not marked at all.

Poor/no security. Use a heavy duty padlock or kiss your stuff goodbye. Management is friendly but no help in the event of break-ins

When I rented the storage locker I was quoted a monthly rental fee of $70.00 which is why I chose Armor Storage. Instead I have been charged $82.39 monthly.

I store my boat at twin city and have had no issues. And the price is fair.

Do Not Rent From These Crooks !!They need federally investigated.They Auctioned off my unit with no notifications During a pandemic, (lowlifes)When the law says you cant break a lease agreement at this time, And says no gatherings so how can you even have a Auction. There was no notification in paper.This company just stole over a hundred thousand dollars from me .They would not give name of auction company Probally dont exist.This is a inside job they clearly stole are things and if anybody can help me I sure could use it are family is devastated over this

I really like storage and I see video camera so I have been for year long time

I recently went to this location for a storage unit. When I arrived I noticed there were cameras and a monitor in the office that were displaying live activity on the property. This did make me feel that my belongings were going to be safe and secure. The property manager was friendly and was able to accommodated me with other moving needs, like my U-Haul rental reservation and supplies. It was by far comparable to the other storage facilities in the surrounding area. They have staff on site 6 days a week also which I found was another great selling point for me.I would and will recommend to my friends, family and co-works for future storage needs.

The manager is down to earth and willing to help you get started. They have many units and sizes available. Their prices are the best in Council Bluffs that we could find. The only problem is there are no lights or outlets inside the units.

We have NEVER had any Bad Experiences as far as THEFT, or Poor customer Service. Pretty decent place to store but there are some undesirable people that are there at times. And the cameras dont see everything.

Manager lied. After having over $1000 worth of items stolen from my unit within 2 weeks, he then tells me there is no video cameras watching my unit BECAUSE ITS BY THE BACK FENCE, where it would be needed most. When I made a POLICE REPORT, they mentioned that storage is notorious for being broken into. He forgot to mention that as well or I would have went somewhere else. I had 2 locks on my unit and he told me they recommend not doing that or someone may think there is something valuable in there. DUH IDIOT. Then he tells me this AFTER I got ripped off. He calls me 1/2 hour before close and tells me my locks are gone. I said Im on my way and I got there at 10 minutes to 5 and he was already closed to avoid me. (They close the office at 5) Another lady who pulled in when I was loading up what remained of my belongings, she said she also got the same call at the same time. I called the manager to try and get a refund and they told me they would have the owner call me. Still waiting for that call. This really hurt me because one item was a rare tube amplifier I will never be able to replace. Im guessing there is a crew of theifs that live behind in Twin City and they make regular rounds through here. One would think they would beef up security and actually have cameras covering all the units but anybody can come from behind, climb the fence and spend hours there and nobody would know except the victim the next day. Im still sick about this. They will now re-rent my unit to the next unsuspecting, mislead person. I cant believe they are taking peoples money. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST AND SPREAD THE WORD. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND LIARS.

I am sad to report that my confidence in this facility was misplaced. There have apparently been a lot of thefts from this place lately, and I am the newest victim. Camera coverage was overstated. Thieves come at night, and cameras are useless.

No security. Items stolen. If you want to keep your items safe, dont leave it here. Police stated thefts from this storage worst in town. Not all areas covered by surveillance.
