Hopefully this will be a good storage unit. Have only been there in daytime. Feel safe so far. A bit pricey but like that it is month to month.

Very nice and secure storage facility. Climate controlled units and they offer the first month free. Rates are decent and location is convenient.

Storage Mart made renting a unit easy. Dennis was helpful and kind. I was able to pay in advance and auto pay is an available option. We moved to Iowa from Oregon and had planned to use this storage unit. We ended up having to cancel as my in-laws surprised us with a unit of our own within their property.Dennis, who helped coordinate our storage logistics was extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable of the area. He gave me an in-depth tour of the facility and was very helpful.The storage unit was clean and very put together. They were abiding to the COVID 19 precautions and considerate of my space.I would recommend this unit to others!They sell everything else you may need for your unit at the front desk.Thanks Dennis for being so accommodating to my familys needs!

Very clean well-maintained units. However, we had nearly 12sqft more in our previous unit at another facility for $20 LESS per month. So it seems possibly a bit overpriced. But the manager is awesome and the place is clean and well-lit.

We use StorageMart in Council Bluffs, IA. I was hesitant to use a storage facility, but, after the tour by Dennis, the manager, I was convinced it was a clean facility and very safe. We chose one of that was climate controlled and feel that the price was a good one, too.

Dennis was really nice and easy to get ahold of when you need to.

The manager is top-notch he always takes very good place secure the place hes very alert about city of the place and I was just put 100% into job and gets very fatigued pride in his work very impressed with your sorries place and Im very impressed with the office Dennis top notch

My call to Headquarters was a very pleasant one with a lady named Michelle. I really appreciated the fact that she not only was able to calm my nerves about the things that were happening in my life concerning my storage issues but also had some really good advice to offer me regarding my Deaf mother who was also born with No peripheral vision just by simply listening to my story. This is a great example of what it is and/or means to be or have great customer service working for your corporation. Michelle is a Fine, Great, Extra Exemplary person who represents Storage Mart in thee Highest Regard for your Company. She is someone who listens to evrrything the person has to say and then offers the customers a solution to their problem but not only did she do that for me, she went above and beyond. I appreciate and wish there were more people like Michelle working in the Customer service industry. Ive used storage Mart when it was empire storage. Now storage Mart is still a place I would recommend to anyone wanting to get a storage unit. Its clean and Dennis the manager is awesome and helped me out. Great job and great place.
