It aint what it used to be. Bathrooms always fithy and its lost its main advantage over the Super Sport down the street now that its always so crowded at all most hours of the day.

Place is clean, has a decent range of options for lifting and plenty of cardio equipment. Some specific machines are a little sparse, but I havent seen the gym too crowded, so this is minor. Better than a lot of gyms Ive been to as far as stations per patron go. Locker room is also quite clean and has plenty of room. Staff have all been friendly, and showed me around when I moved back into the area and started my membership.

Location is good, all the equipment necessary is available and employees are helpful. The only major thing is they’re not enforcing the mask rules during these COVID times. We’re not out of the woods yet. Today I had a guy come workout right next to me, no mask and cough. Could be nothing, but you can’t be too careful now. I wish the employees would walk around to make sure people are wearing their face coverings.

This location is less crowded and has better signal because it is not underground compared to the bigger one in triangle square and that makes it better personallyAlso in case you are wondering yes this location has showers and they are operating

I joined for one reason and was lied to yet again by gym staff. Because they are powerless in their personal lives they try to have power over me and dictate what I do at the gym and how I work out. They will not even be open 24 hours again? This doesn’t make sense. Figure your program out Im sure you will go under again if your company continues to treat people like this.

Lots of weight machines and free weights. Fairly clean and good sized locker rooms and gym space. The equipment needs to be updated, and a few pieces were broken

Great place for a hard workout. Love the personal trainers there too - Claudio is a gem. Try to pick your times because it can get busy!

Review №11

The good was that, in comparison to the Super Sport nearby, you do get a pretty good bang for your buck. The bad is that the machines are a bit on the old side and the maintenance can be kinda spotty. If you want a lower-cost 24 hour gym with all the amenities, though, this would probably be up your alley.

Good gym! Not as busy as the super sport across the street. Has a good size free weight area and plenty of benches, a larger cardio area, a lap pool, big jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Not fancy, but if you want fancy go to a country club not a gym

Nice gym, clean and good towel service. The only downside is the creep thats always wasting water in the shower exposing himself, the front desk is aware of this man jumping from sauna to showers and pulling his shorts down, to expose his privates when people are walking by...but for one reason or another the employees dont confront him and review policies with him...for that reason Im out, no longer going to this location. Bummer how such a nice place will continue to lose good members due to an idiotic perv.

Never any paper towels or cleaning solution, machines are constantly broken. Maintenance and cleaning team are either non existent or lazy. It never used to be so bad. I’ve been at this gym for 15 years and it’s gotten worse in the last year. I moved to the super sport across the street.

Ive been a member for 2.5 months and not once have I encountered a clean bathroom. Consistently filthy; smelling of feces with toilet paper strawn across the floor and mold on the showers. Unbelievable.Equipment circa 1990s--beat down and finicky with catching weights and torn seats.Extremely understaffed. Took literally 19 minutes to get the NCAA title game put on a TV during the championship game despite a couple other customers requesting same channel be changed.Mamagement and policies also very unkind. If youre going to charge $54.99/yr for club maintenance then maintain the place. Simple as that.

The mens restrooms smell disguntingly like urine all the time. The locker rooms also smell extremely bad. There is little or no ventilation there. The steam smells disgusting too like if its rarely clean out. Im talking about a disgusting smell not just something kind of uncomfortable. The equipment is very old.. there are loose bolts on a machine i used and i think its going to snap and eventually get injured; be careful. This is one of the worse 24 hr fitness ive seen. Maybe because its a sport and not a super-sport location. Because all the super sports ive been to seem to be clean, with good equipment, more staff and just a better atmosphere overall. Im on a budget and had to switch to a sport location which is the worse thing ive done.Still, 30$ for this sport location is too much in exchange for a disgusting smell on the steam room and locker rooms and old risky equipment. Ive seen few reviews and people seem to agree with me.

Excellent spin class on Tuesday today at 5:30a. I think lead was a sub but she was really great.Mens locker room in unbelievably bad repair. Falling apart. Zero toilet paper in all 3 toilets. Told front desk staff they were out of TP. Just got a we know response from sole staffer before she went back to her snapchat. Cracked sink. Crazy small mens showers w no hooks, shelves or seats to put your stuff. Plumbing in shower coming off wall. No paper tower in locker room to dry your face or wipe the residue wetness mess on the counter from the guy before you. Bad, bad, bad. Management is asleep at the switch.Give it a 5 for the spin class taught by sub but 1 or 2 for the facility itself. Try putting a bench outside spin room for people to put their shoes on. This stuff really isnt that hard to figure out.

I came to the gym with a group of friends who are all members, who proceeded to enter the gym as I dealt with your employee. I asked if I could join them, use the pass, and carry on with the day. He again rejected the request, and nearly asked me to leave. I have managed teams in the past, and if I heard of any of my employees treating a client wth this disrespect I would immediately terminate him/her.As if that wasnt enough, I surrendered to this poor customer service and proceeded to register for a membership. While I gathered my things to pay, your manager WAS SCROLLING THROUGH FACEBOOK ON HIS PHONE. Right in front of me! If thats not unprofessional I dont know what is.The cherry on top was when my boyfriend who was working out with the rest of the group, seriously injured his back and was laying on the basketball court needing help. When I asked the front desk for ice or a first aid kit cooling patch, your same manager was sitting at a desk, on his phone, and your 2 other front desk assistants were too incompetent to help, I was forced to run upstairs to neighboring restaurants to ask for a bag of ice, something one of your employees should have done. Last time I checked, gyms should be prepared for workout related injuries.Overall, my first experience at this 24 hour gym was TERRIBLE to say the least. I hope your neighboring locations dont provide the same lack of customer service.

I just joined and I am very disappointed. This place is a sh*thole. The sinks and toilets are filthy and there are no hand sanitizers anywhere upstairs (or maybe anywhere in the building). One of the water fountains is rusty?! WTF, people?? I am already considering going to another gym and I joined two days ago! Please do a tour before you join or go to the super sport across the street. I expected more, though from 24 and the for the area. This is a bad way to get people to pay more for your super sport gym.

Right (Aug. 2013) now they are working on the wet area (aka: the pool & jacuzzi), which hinders my workout routine at this location. To be fair, there is a Super Sport literally across the street at triangle square (& also one on Anton), but the one on 19th is in its own glass menagerie, and im not down with paying for the upgrade just yet.Pool ETA is 2nd week of September so ... its this or the one on Adams, & I hate the layout of that one.
