Got a great haircut! Affordable and not too busy. The only detraction was actually the parking, mainly in that drivers on the main road swing into the lot really fast.

I was in the same day for a cut and color. Candace was so helpful, educated, attentive, and gentle! I have had many different hair styles and colors. This tops it. Its like she knew how to help express myself through my hair. I will come back and tell everyone about it!

Im typically not one to complain publicly but after the experience and hair I ended up with im not happy. When i went in for a root touch up an ended up with a yellow ring on top of my head after working with someone with no personal skills in sitting in awkward silence the whole time. Then after she went to ask the other stylist how to fix it they said oh go back through an weave the dark into it an do this I said nope just dye it dark well after sitting there for another 1.5 I came home with barely dark hair and blonde patches everywhere. Will not be going back here very disappointed will be throwing some box dye over it so.i can cover the patches up an I cant afford to go get it redone.

I went in and asked for something specific. I have naturally very thick, dense, curly hair. The woman who cut my hair was incredibly rough and kept yanking and tugging and pulling my hair. That should have been my first clue. When she was done, I was happy with it in the chair. But then I got home and realized the mistake. She thinned my hair SO much. I didnt ask for it to be thinned at all. I also had very very long hair that took me many many years to grow. I asked to keep all the length in the back. When I got home is when I noticed how short it all was. The entire cut was done so short! She also cut it as if I had straight hair so now when I let it be natural, its worse! I now have to straighten my beautiful curly locks every single day because I cant leave my house looking like the witch of the woods. I have been crying for days because Im sad at how much hair is gone.

Abbie was very patient with my 3 year old. I am very happy with the cut. I went back in for an appointment for my hair with the same woman. I am extremely happy. I will continue to see Abbie for as long as she will see me. Ive already gotten so many compliments on how she styled it. ❤❤❤

I’ve been coming here for several years with generally positive experiences, so I’m sad to say how disappointed I was in my haircut today. I have short hair and like it faded on the sides and back with the bangs kept longer. The hairdresser I got scheduled with today was someone who did my hair before a few months ago. They had given me an undercut the previous time, which is different from the usual fade I like, but I was pleased with the results (although they cut through my necklace chain in the process). As such, I asked for the undercut again. There were several red flags in the process. First, the haircut took an hour, where it’s normally taken 30-40 minutes with other people. On top of this, there were several points in the haircut where it seemed like the hairdresser was redoing their work. Particularly, they faded and textured my hair in the back, but then redid the fade. Their explanation for this was that the lighting and my hair color made it hard to see the shadow of the fade. Finally, they didn’t show me the back at the end (I realize now I should have asked for a mirror to see the back). Coming out of the haircut, I found out that the back was not faded properly (it’s a buzzcut with bang-length halfway up), and the sides are faded to different lengths. I’m looking to find someone else to fix this, and probably won’t be back. I feel very embarrassed to be out in public with how this cut ended up.

I went there with my friends at the first time and they had a really good cut for men while I didnt cut my hair at this time. But, the second time I went there for my haircut, there was a male barber who had less patient and refused to give me advice. So, I would recommend the people who want to go there have a nice haircut to have other two female barbers. The haircut includes hair wash but the male barber didnt ask me this service spontaneously, its quite terrible.

Took my boys for a back to school haircut done by someone other then myself....should have done it myself! I am noticing big chunky parts where there should be clean lines. She wasnt social with my kiddos, when i asked her to redo a line she had marked she seemed very annoyed. Will not be returning to this salon.

Ive had a couple of great cuts and highlights from Tim and another stylist (whose name is escaping me), but today was given a health trim by a woman who didnt introduce herself. I have long and very curly hair, and suggested multiple times that she cut it wet, which I think is standard for my hair type, and what every other stylist Ive had for the past several years has done. She ignored this, and proceeded to fine-tooth comb, then brush, my hair-- again, not something you want to do with tight curls-- making comments about how dry it was and asking me if I used serums, moisture masks, etc. I dont think she intended this, but it had the effect of making me feel chastised. She took virtually nothing off and charged me full price for a cut. Really disappointing, given Ive had good experiences there up until today.

Had a trim and color done by Tim and had an amazing time! Not only did he get the colors exactly like I wanted, but he was a wonderful person to chat with the entire time. I am definitely going back to him!

One lady was up beat and seemed to be happy working but the lady we got had greenish hair and I don’t think she even smiled! She appeared unhappy. We came for our little guys first hair cut and she seemed almost annoyed by it. With our others kids for their first cut we got some of the hair with a card that said the date and who cut their hair. Very disappointing especially since the small amount of hair cut and less than 5 min still cost over $14. I’ll just cut the next ones myself. Definitely won’t be returning.

I left after 20+ minutes of not being acknowledged. There were three women working and only two people (including myself) waiting to get a haircut. I waited by the register for about 5 minutes to check in before realizing nobody was going to talk to me, so I decided to sit down and wait. Not only was I ignored, but a woman (who was a first time walk-in like myself) came in after me and she was immediately greeted and taken back for a haircut. The employee who checked this woman in did not say anything to me before taking the other woman back for a haircut (even though I was the only one in the waiting room at this point). She did not ask if I had been helped or if I had an appointment, like others were asked. I decided to leave. I would strongly advise finding somewhere else to get your haircut.

I went in for a trim and to have layers added.. what I asked for was about an inch and a half cut off and she took off 5 inches. Im not sure what her name was.. but shes in her forties, larger with glasses and chin length curly brown hair. The cut looked cute.. but Ive been growing my hair out for a long time so having that much lopped off really made me mad. I also asked for a v-cut.. but she didnt do it. All in all, probably will not return. Be very clear what you want otherwise they can get a little scissor happy

THE WORST customer service experience has happened to me at this salon in Corvallis!!! The lady was so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!THE WORST GREETING Ive had in our nice little town!!I get my hair done at a salon every couple months or so, and since I got some free time I didn’t want to wait and decided to come in and get a full all over highlights to refresh the blonde that I already have. So I came in smiling and started asking this Slavic lady at the front desk about the products that they use and what I would like to get done that day. Then I stopped noticing that this lady doesnt want me to continue speaking by the way she was looking at me with a weird smile on her face. I asked what is wrong and she said that they don’t sell products??!!! Umm what??? Did I ask to sell me their products?? She didn’t pay any attention on what I was telling her. So having that spiteful look on her face she asked like she was almost disgusted by my hair or smth “what is that?” pointing at my hair that has a pink vivid color that I didnt want to be touched that day. So without even properly greeting me I had to get every single word out of her like I am the one providing services. I totally understand why there was no clients there at all. After couple minutes of total disrespect I just smiled at her, said thanks nevermind and left. She just kind of laughed back at me while I was heading out. I couldn’t believe the way I was treated by her!!!! I came in to spend my money, and enjoy my time away from school and work but instead I left with this horrible feeling of being disrespected!I had a good experience a while ago by another girl who did my hair and sold me their products. However, even back then I noticed that lady and the way she treated some of her customers that were younger looking than her. I don’t know what is her problem but she ruins the reputation of this place! Many people complain about her attitude and that resting “****” look on her face that tells she has no interest or desire to talk to new customers or even be there! I just don’t understand why people work this kind of jobs that require a good communication and customer service skills! It’s just terrible the way she made me feel !!When I called and asked to speak with her I was told that she was with another customer which I really doubt. When I explained what happened to another person on the phone she didn’t even apologize. I simply wanted to talk to her and ask why she was so rude to me and tell her that it is not okay to treat her potential customers this way.Seriously, if you want to be uncomfortable and get a service done by mean unprofessional hairstylists then this salon is a great spot !

Review based solely on poor customer service. I called to confirm. That they had a child friendly area and the woman who answered acted like she didnt know what that meant and then rudely said well we have an area where kids can watch TV and kids chairs in the back (this would be a kid friendly area fyi). So I let it go and asked about available appintments and she said today they were booked. I asked about tomorrow or later this week and she said she had morning and afternoon what did I want? I told her I just needed two together and I could make it anytime and she said Wll Inhave morning or afternoon so..... Ultimately she was just very short with me and I decided I would be happier looking for a different salon. Or maybe Ill keep taking them to Little Angels in Salem eventhough we just moved and its far at least theyre pleasant.
