The guys went above and beyond. And was straightforward with me. I like that they were not up-selling or recommending things my vehicle did not need because thins like the battery, wipers, as well as filters had been replaced recently. Awesome quick through oil change at a fair price.

Talk about excellent service. I have been here 4 times in the last 3 months to get my van up to par and each time, these gentlemen are wonderful in explaining what is being done or what needs to be done, how long it will take, and the cost with no bs added. I can always count on the fact they will do a great job and have you out of there quick.

Premium Oil Change that included other services that werent even checked but the receipt said checked and okay. I didnt check that the receipt stated other things checked that werent because my rear driver side tire was a bit low and it said they checked all tires and everything was okay. Never going back but my arm wouldnt allow me to do the oil change myself this time. I took my own oil and filter.

Great team..very professional..thoroughly inspect your vehicle.....even had a transmission fluid change on my Chrysler 200..(car with no trans dip stick.. they have one) done and that fixed the slipping my vehicle was experiencing...wouldnt go anywhere else...they are true professionals...

I was surprised that I drove my vehicle into the bay. I stayed in my vehicle while they serviced my vehicle.

Very busy that day. But I keep coming back because they do a great job even with about five to six cars in the lot.

Waited until last day to get Registration tag. Fortunately this fine establishment was open on a Saturday to inspect my vehicle. There were 4 cars ahead of me when I arrived and they very straight-forwardly told me it would be about an hour. I agreed and they asked me to park my car in line. Thanks to the very efficient way they have things set up for inspections I was out of there in under 45 minutes. I really appreciate the professional way they handled me and the other customers.

Found this gem by accident.I was on my way to get my vehicle inspection done at another place when I got detoured and saw this establishment. I stopped to see if they could do the inspection since there was a sign but thought I would get rejected since there werent too many other cars there, plus most other places dont do inspections on the weekend.....But not this place!!They welcomed me before I could even ask if they did inspections on the weekend. They acted fast on my inspection, I was in and out of there before I would of made it to the original place I was headed to. This is going to be my go to place for now on, and not just for future vehicle inspections but for whatever other services they offer.I would have given five stars but being that this was my first time it may have just been luck, well see upon my next visit if Ill change my mind.Good job fellas.

My wife loves this place. She is confident she can trust them. She had gotten burned at one of the big service centers a few years ago, but at Minute Man, she knows they are honest and will take care of her car. We both highly recommend them.

Had my oil and filter changed they checked all fluid levels and tire pressure and replaced in cab air filter cleaned the engine air filter. I also had my truck inspected for registration. Great place to get ready for the road.

As well, a little peace of mind knowing they arent messing with your vehicle just to turn around and say something else is wrong with it. Fyi, print the coupon before heading there, they dont have a scanner as of yet. A little more then what I wanted to pay BUT well worth it! Ill be back : ) Almost went to Midas for the price. After reading the reviews...No, thank you! Remember, cheaper always cost you more.

Outstanding service, friendly and personable staff, and a 10 minute oil change as promised. No up sells for better products, just a standard oil or a synthetic oil option. Prices were better than the dealership, but with the dealership needing several hours to take care of a simple oil change. I will be returning to this location again if I am in the area.

Quick, knowledgeable, good price

I had to have a transmission fluid change on a 2013 truck and multiple places turned me down because the truck was set up the same as a diesel. I came to these guys and they hooked it up. A little pricey but they did not use after market parts or fluids. They showed me what the fluid before and after along with the filter. My truck runs like new again. There were three men working and never did I see anyone wait 40 minutes. Even though mine took 30 min. Only because they wanted me to know everything happening and it was being done right. So anyone who works that great with customers on a SATURDAY! Gets my five stars.

I do not live in the area, but needed to stop while on a business trip. I was concerned it would take more than 10 minutes since I was in the box truck for work, but I was glad to be wrong. True to the name it took about 10 minutes and I was on the road again!! Everyone was very nice and helpful! If they were in Houston I would use them for all of my personal and business vehicles!!

Very Professional

My wife took her car to Minit Man for an oil change. The oil she got came from a barrel, not the normal hoses. She said the oil looked black in the container they were using to put the oil in the car. I checked the air filter the next day and found two mesquite bean pods and a bunch of butterfly wings in the housing. My wife said she saw them check the filter, but the housing was not cleaned out. They claimed to fill the windshield wiper fluid, but they did not. When she asked who owned the facility, she was told that the company had been bought out. The facility on Kostoryz referred her to one on SPID to get the ownership information. The Ops Mgr at the SPID facility would not give her the information. We will not be using this facility in the future.
