So this lovely human decided to 1st attempt to lie about the truck not having the antenna and molding. Then went on to say it was “missing” and now three weeks latter is no longer returning my calls/text. Let me explain something this was a CASH deal. He literally did NOTHING but answer the phone to get this sale. Sebastian the salesman and the used car manager have decided to not return my calls. I know how “sweet” of them to take full advantage of an easy sell and then attempt to “steal” via lies and none returned calls the parts that should have been on there to begin with. I’ve now called parts and was told that that’s a Ford part so he has no clue what’s going on. LOVELY little group of people.Update:- after 7 phones calls and being transferred all over the place I finally made it to sale manager that has agreed to send both parts! And apologize for the over all service! So although there phone system is a joke and the salesman was less then par the issue was corrected!

Beware of Lithias deceptive advertising. Their website listed $35k as the sales price for a Dodge Ram 1500 I was looking at. However, they refused to sell it for less than $41.8k (plus tax, title, and license). They claimed their online price did not account for $6k in dealer-added accessories, which sounded like it was worth well under $6k based on their description. At one point they said they would honor the online price, then backed off and said they would lose money if they did so.They wasted enough of my time and it seems like a clear enough violation of Texas Vehicle Advertising laws that I intend to contact the DMV.

Bad experience! I was asking for more photos for one car I may like, because there is only one photo of it. The guy told me she didnt have time to do it and asked me wait. The next time I asked, she told me the car was under inspection and would be good on that day. I waited for another day and then asked again, there is no response anymore for the following days even if I asked many times!! Really dont think they want to help customer!!
